One of the best places we’ve stayed on Airbnb. Ian was really helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Beautiful house in a great location. Quiet neighbourhood with easy beach access whilst being easy to get to the city centre and beach.

Lovely stay, me and boyfriend was in the area for Tulleys Farm Shocktober festival, and wanted to make the weekend out of it. We did a hike on Saturday which was beautiful and then ended up in the Fox pub which was so warming and casual, then off to the festival later that evening - all in all a very humble weekend. And staying in this lovely home made it even better!

I had an amazing stay here. Diets, the host, was incredibly welcoming, and the apartment was spotless and larger than expected. The space is beautifully decorated and perfectly situated, making it easy to explore the area. Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

This is a lovely spacious house in a great location for the coast. 2 living rooms make it good for groups or extended family gatherings. Kitchen is well equipped and the garden is a lovely extra space in good weather. Jill and Ben are friendly responsive hosts and gave helpful advice on the locality. We loved swimming and meal at Saltdean Lido and coastal walks from South Hill Barn.

We had a lovely time. Gorgeous family house with the sweetest cat. Rooms were spacious and the kitchen was functional and had everything we needed. Would definitely visit again, thank you so much!

Lovely welcoming hosts and very comfortable bed and an excellent shower. Would definitely return. Bus into Brighton and Hove is super convenient, basically on the doorstep.

We had a lovely stay at Emily's place. We were only there 1 night, but it was so cosy and Emily had really thought of everything. She was really friendly and great communication before we arrived. A really beautiful part of the UK, just 10 mins from the pretty town of Arundel, 5 mins to the beach. A beautiful period property with lovely gardens surrounding it

Myself and my friends stayed overnight at Jenny & Graham’s wonderful place, bringing in the New Year in nearby Edenbridge, and returning in the small hours to Finches. Such a brilliant stay - some very interesting decor of the Pyrenees, plentiful games, DVDs, as well as a well-equipped small kitchen. The beds were all ready-made for us all, and very comfortable. Peaceful surroundings, and a grand stone pillar entrance, which was exciting to drive into as we entered! Jenny and Graham were just lovely. Jenny gave me a very warm welcome, and as we were leaving, I had a great conversation with Graham. I had left my watch at the place, and Jenny was incredibly understanding and patient as I arranged a time to collect it. I would highly recommend Finches to anyone looking to stay in a peaceful, beautiful location - with Ashdown Forest practically on the doorstep, you are in a prime spot to explore the wonderful landscapes and places that East Sussex has to offer! Fabulous property, a real 5* stay. Perfect abode, beautifully presented. A quiet spot in the middle of everything and Jenny’s communication was excellent too. Thoughtful provisions, which really helped it feel homely and welcoming. Lovely, lovely, lovely; we would definitely book again.

This is a lovely spot for a few days in Brighton. It's close to the sea, and also to the centre of Brighton, as well as well placed for Kemptown. St James Street at the top end has all the amenities you could need and some excellent places to eat and drink as well. The flat itself is spacious, characterful and well-maintained, and has everything you need. Peter gave clear communication at all times and was quick to respond to messages. Highly recommended.

Alfred was a wonderful host, incredibly accommodating to us which was much appreciated as we travelled as a family of four for the first time, with a new baby and toddler in tow. The air bnb was great value and had everything we need. Thoroughly recommend.

Hubby and I stayed one night due to a Gatwick flight. The room had everything you can imagine to make our stay super comfy and convenient. Everything provided in the kitchenette and ensuite so no need to unpack your own shampoo and shower gel. We would definately stay again. Thanks Terry for your super hospitality.

Richard is a wonderful host, very thoughtful and going above and beyond that of a host. We asked for an early checkin which he was happy to accommodate, even offered to pick up my partner from the bus station, very sweet. The ‘savants quarters’ as he calls it were delightful, the view was amazing and we had a really comfortable stay. As Richard and his wife were away for the week we also had access to the kitchen which was lovely. We would recommend Richards place to anyone. Thanks again, Danielle

We had a great time during our stay at Simon's Airbnb! The Airbnb itself is really well kept, the ambience is nice and cosy, and it had everything we needed for a short stay. Location wise it's far enough out of town that it's quiet and peaceful, yet it's still only a short walk to nice restaurants, cafes and shops. Simon himself was also very helpful and responsive as a host.

I recently stayed 4 nights at John's place and was made to feel very welcome. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable and John was up at 7.00am to cook me a full English breakfast. A very pleasant no hassle stay.

Absolutely loved my stay in the shepherds hut, beautiful scenery of the land. Was very nice and clean. Hot tub was a nice addition to are stay as was the swing in the forest. I would definitely be coming back to sue as she was such a friendly host. And she gave us some nice recommendations of places to go and visit. And lovely homemade breakfasts brought to us every morning. Can’t wait to come back.

My husband and I booked this stay for the night of our wedding, as a halfway point between our reception and Gatwick airport. We checked in around 00:30, and the instructions left made this super easy. We could not have chosen a more beautiful, peaceful and relaxing location. The room felt modern but still with lovely little home touches and countryside details, as well as having all the amenities we could have wanted. The cleanliness was 5 star of both the bathroom and the room, and we particularly loved the stand alone bath. Having breakfast delivered to us in the morning was a real treat, not to mention it was absolutely delicious with perfectly runny eggs ! Having this in the privacy of our own room yet with the stable door open to the beautiful area was just perfect. We will definitely be staying here again and for more than one night next time!
