Connie's place is a beautiful apartment tucked away in the hills above the sea. That means that you go to bed and wake up with the best views onto the bay and the ocean. Toucari beach is just 2 mins drive or 20 min walk away and offers great snorkling and just a very relaxing vibe. We got good recommendations for food and where to go from our host, which was super nice. Whenver we needed their help or had a question Connie and her husband Lorenzo responded quickly and helped us out. Thank you a lot again for this nice stay!

Where to start? I only regret not booking more nights at Paulette’s house. Paulette, her husband, and their entire family are truly rare gems—warm-hearted and incredibly welcoming. They do Airbnb not just for hosting but because they genuinely love meeting and connecting with people. From the moment you arrive, you can tell they are travelers themselves—the thoughtful details Paulette has put into the house reflect that. I’ve stayed in other places, but this was by far the best in terms of quality, price, and hospitality. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe and supported, knowing I could count on them for guidance and reassurance when things got tough. Paulette is also a fantastic cook and a deeply caring person. If you’re up for it, you can have deep and meaningful conversations with her, but if you prefer your space, she respects that too. The place was spotless, and I especially loved the outdoor shower—it was a unique and refreshing experience.

Nous avons passés un séjour inoubliable chez Léonard. L'appartement a répondu totalement à nos attentes. Situation très pratique pour visiter la Dominique car proche de Roseau. Nous avons suivi ses recommandations pour la location du 4x4 et tout s'est très bien passé, ainsi que les indications de visites recommandées sur son livret d'accueil ( Screw 's sulfur spas qui était génial)

Ce logement est vraiment extraordianiaire : la vue imprenable depuis la cuisine/salon ou le lit sur la baie et Les montagnes, la qualité, les équipements, le jardin magnifique, etc. Jennifer & Crispin ont également été de superbes hôtes : gentils, pleins de bonnes intentions et recommendations, proactifs. Franchement c'est l'un (si ce n'est le) des plus beaux endroits où nous avons logé, tellement paisible, mignon et beau ! Et Les petits animaux, oiseaux et insectes de l'environnement sont tellement beaux à regarder :) Pensez juste à louer un 4x4 ou SUV car le chemin d'accès est en terre mais au pas, ca se fait très bien ! Je vous laisse découvrir à votre tour ce petit coin de paradis ;)

Our stay was wonderful! The house was very clean, spacious, well appointed, and had a beautiful view of the ocean. The pool was lovely. The house was a short drive to restaurants. Even before check in, the hosts were very responsive to questions. And during our stay, the hosts were extremely helpful in providing suggestions for things to do. I would highly recommend staying here!

Nicks place is beautiful with amazing views over black sand Hodges Bay Beach and has many things to see and restaurants within a nice walk it local driver Pascal is a local charm. Little market less than 5 minute walk. Nick is very responsive and the place exceeded expectations. Thank you!

We spent three nights at Villa Passiflora cottage. We loved the open air concept. The kitchen was well equipped, comfortable bed and a nice sitting area with a lovely view. The location is superb. It was within walking to Calibishie village centre, restaurants, Hodges Bay Beach, Pointe Baptiste beach and the chocolate factory. Calibishie was our favourite area on all of Dominica. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. ❤️

I have stayed in many b&bs and have had my own. This place was comfortable, in a local neighborhood, not far from downtown Portsmouth. But the greatest thing was getting to know the host, Philson. He was the most hospitable and helpful host I have ever encountered. I hope to come for another month next year.

This property is the definition of modern luxury! High-end, comfortable, and serene, it offers a peaceful retreat that’s second to none. And THE VIEW? It cannot be put into words—you have to see it to believe it! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. Our host greeted us with fresh local fruits, complimentary drinks, snacks, and the kindest hospitality. We felt right at home and were always ready with great recommendations for local sights and restaurants. Cleanliness is a top priority for us! We started our usual routine of sanitizing common surfaces, but it quickly became apparent that our efforts were almost unnecessary. Even our Clorox wipes revealed not a speck of dust on tables, countertops, remote controls, or bathroom fixtures. It was pristine beyond expectation. If you’re looking for a blend of modern comfort and breathtaking scenery with hosts who truly care about your experience, this is the place for you. Highly recommended—we’ll definitely be back!
