We have stayed a lot of places in the area and this is the best- for so many reasons! Nadine is just a wonderful person super accommodating and thoughtful! The place is warm, comfortable and has a great location! It feels like a home away from home and we can’t wait to visit again! Thank you!!

The location is great and the place was clean. Mitchell was very communicative.

Emily was a great communicator. The bathroom is tiny, so keep that in mind if you have 5 or 6 people staying. The TV wasn’t workable. however Emily was very responsive about it. The luxation is great. Right by the water. It would be perfect for the summer if the main purpose is to go to the beach. There are 2 convenient restaurants right next door. We were there for URI family weekend and we had a nice time!

This place was so lovely! My mom and I had a lovely calm, relaxing vacation here! We cooked and ordered in and watched the boats on the water and took out the paddle board! Super easy to get it in the water and it was calm and easy to paddle up and down the river. I even saw a young sea turtle which was unbelievably special! Our host was communicative and accommodating and had great recommendations! I was able to walk to a local coffee shop that was excellent and very cute and another close by that have fun bubble teas and great breakfast food. Highly recommend!

Bill's place was pristine and just as described in the pictures. He was very responsive and accommodating; even suggesting places to see and hand-picked restaurants ! How thoughtful. Wonderful host !

Our family had a wonderful stay with Melanie! Her home is comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. She was always responsive and helpful from the time we made our reservation through checkout. Would stay here again and would definitely recommend.

This was a lovely, cozy home with lots of amenities. (Le Creuset pots and a nicely stocked kitchen for those who love to cook!) Gorgeous views of the water. Secluded and quiet. Very nice linens, two washer/dryers, and a great outdoor area. Lisel was very helpful and responsive about questions (including our curiosity about a painting in the living room). The bathroom upstairs leaked when we showered — perhaps the only downside.

Me and my family spent the weekend at Poseidon’s Palace and it was a great time. Upon check-in, Alex was very communicative and was able to answer any questions I had. The house was very clean - fresh linens, towels, and wonderful kitchen fully equipped for the whole family. We were very comfortable. The house had lots of room for everyone, with lots to do for all ages. We traveled with 3 kids ages 10 months - 6 years old, and it was so nice to have comfortable rooms for everyone. Of course, the pool was the main attraction of the house. The sauna was definitely an added bonus. Not to mention the incredible beach view. Overall, it was a wonderful house perfect for a staycation with lots of great food options nearby. We loved it! The only thing I’d mention is that the pool area and pool temp were a little cold for some of us - it would have been nice for that area to be a little warmer. Nevertheless, it was a wonderful house with a great host - thanks Alex!

We like this resort very much.

Home is pristine with beautiful views of the Ocean and surrounding area. Owner has thought of everything! Bed linens, bath and beach towels all provided. Loved the open floor plan on second floor for ALL of our family to enjoy. Even offers a tucked away lil den in case someone needed a moment to themselves for a call, convo or nap. Kitchen is large and well laid out for entertaining. All cookware and cutlery at your fingertips. We appreciated the pantry having a great offering of spices too. Bedrooms are thoughtful, comfortable and offer privacy and retreat. We were very appreciative of the multiple bathrooms. After a solid run, pool was a great cool off. Morning coffee on the deck with a cozy chair was welcomed too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would HIGHLY recommend!

We stayed for only 1 night. The description and reviews are accurate. The house was exactly what we needed. The location is great with an easy walk into town. Our son caught 3 fish off the dock. We loved our quick stay and would absolutely stay again.

Thank you Chris for the Airbnb rental we had an amazing time. Everything in the rental was perfect. Amazing views great accommodations, great location, walking distance to restaurants, stores,trolley, boat cruises, ferries the beach is minutes away. The amenities from the sister hotel was awesome as well which was right across the street. Looking forward to coming back🫶🏻

Gary’s place was beautiful and serene. It was perfect for all us friends to gather together . There was everything we needed and the views made the trip a relaxing couple of days away. It was also in the middle of so many things , Newport/ Boston / Cale Cod. Gary was an exceptional host and was always responsive.

the home is a beautiful cottage with lots of updates. amazing view of the water, easy access from the house and use of a variety of surfboards, paddle boat.

Donna was a wonderful host. Her attention to detail was exceptional. Communication was spot on. The house was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. This is one of the best AirBnB homes I've stayed in. The location was great. Walking along the water was a highlight. We were so happy to visit her home and learn of her family history. We definitely plan to return. There are ton's of restaurants to choose from in the New Bedford-Fairhaven area and Donna has lots of the menus available. The kitchen is well stocked to cook a family meal as well. She has thought of just about everything you could need while away from your own home. Our stay and communication with Kate, from booking our post-Christmas getaway months prior to our checkout, was outstanding. Her spacious home easily accommodated our family of 7 adults and was SPOTLESS. It was filled with everything you need to feel right at home and more. We really wanted a place to relax that had a hot tub and fireplace and this home delivered-even in not great weather we got in a little soak! Beds were comfortable, linens clean and beautiful decor was perfect—we especially liked the tasteful winter holiday touches. Would love to return to enjoy the beautiful patio and gardens.

Beautiful home! This was our first time staying in a house instead of a hotel and we were not disappointed! House is clean and comes with everything you could possibly need! Brenda is so nice! Would definitely stay here again!

The cottage was well appointed and decorated, very clean and very comfortable. Wayne and Sherry were responsive and helpful. Island Park is a great low-key location with nice bars and restaurants and a lovely beachfront within minutes of the cottage. This cottage was great value for money.

Pamela’s house was very clean and the location is great! Literally within walking distance to the beach. Check in and check out was easy. Pamela was responsive during the booking period. Since the house was well stocked and check in was easy, we didn’t need to reach out during the stay. Would recommend Pamela’s house to friends!

Everything as described. The bedrooms in the house were "separated" so everyone in the family was able to have their own space, while having common rooms big enough for all of us. Quiet location, perfect for our family with grown kids and easy access to everywhere we needed to go. Leonard was also very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to every question (our first time renting an AirBnB)
