We really enjoyed our stay. It was only for one night but wished we could stay longer. We had everything we needed. Woke to a nice breakfast and loved spending the morning in the sun admiring the views. Highly recommend.

Was a lovely hotel. Walkable distance to the shops and near a road full of restaurants and bars. A lovely bar within the hotel and breakfast was included ! :)

Thank you to Sophie & family for such a beautiful property! Our stay was perfect - our children & dog were besotted with the donkeys! Such a peaceful place, good and easy access to everywhere as well as being close to local amenities. The house was exactly as described, clean and spacious! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We are already planning our return!

Our stay at Kate and Mark's was far too short! They are both lovely people and we felt very welcomed into their beautiful home with comfortable beds. Jane Austen's house is an easy, short walk away as is the Grey Friars Pub and the beautiful Chawton House Estate. There were sheep in the pasture across their driveway as well--always a plus for me! I highly recommend staying with Kate and Mark if you are in the Chawton area. I can't wait to return!

Really hospitable and perfect for our needs - 2 private rooms and a shared bathroom. John was welcoming and cooked us a mean breakfast. And took us to and from our wedding destination. Saving the hassle of organising a taxi at 1130 at night! Thoroughly recommend

Alex and Rebecca are warm and friendly hosts who enjoy sharing their beautiful home, which is very close to all attractions. I was in town to perform at an arts event and was very touched when Rebecca came along to support me AND left the gift of a book for me on the breakfast table. The top floor room is spacious and private, with a beautiful view of the cathedral. Daffodils on the bedside table were a lovely touch. I really appreciated the quick and positive response to my request to drop off my bag at noon. I enjoyed the breakfast with a view which Alex prepared for me.

Chris is an amazing host. We have been several times at his cottage and he has become a friend. Chris is so engaging, very attentive and a fab host. His house is a real gem in Sussex.

Janet was friendly, welcoming and interesting to talk to. I met Andrew briefly at breakfast and he was friendly and nice to talk to also. The room and en suite bathroom were comfortable. The continental breakfast was a nice touch and appreciated. Good to have a dedicated workspace and off road parking as well. There is no view over the Goodwood motor racing circuit or racecourse from the room but Janet said there is from somewhere not very far from the house. There is a bit of a view from the window of the downs beyond the housing. The place was clean and attractive and a good place to spend the night. I'd be happy to stay there again.

Sarah & Colin so open and friendly they make you immediately feel at home. A beautiful home in the perfect location, only 5 minutes walk into the center of Winchester. A great stay and included a lovely breakfast.

The most fabulous stay at Sheila’s beautiful home, made even more special by what a wonderful person Sheila is, and also such an incredible host and the breakfast was top tier. Cannot wait to hopefully return x

Liz and Steve were friendly and helpful from initial contact. They are always responsive and helpful. Even gave us heads up about weather for our arrival and daylight saving time change. Their lovely place is just as described. We cycled from there to New Forest and to West Quay. There’s everything you might need close by. Super and we look forward to returning!! Fantastic property, just what we needed for the month. Clean and tidy, property very warm which was a godsend when you have ben outside all day. I would definitely come back again.

Janet was very helpful, good breakfast. Upgraded me to the self catering cottage for free which had everything you would want in a small cottage. Fantastic location for views and walking and Petersfield which has lots to offer just a few miles up the road. Would comeback for sure

The room was beautiful - the picture doesn’t do it justice. It has big windows with views of fields and horses. The bed was comfortable. We were greeted by Simon, who was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great: healthy granolas, fruits, yoghurts, coffee, tea and orange juice. We recommend it!

Angela was an excellent host who was friendly and very helpful. The room was comfortable and well heated. The bed was perfect and the location was ideal for us with a short walk to the centre of Chichester. We hope to return and would highly recommend.

We had a delightful stay with Clive and Angie. They are very welcoming guests. The room with en suite was perfect for our needs, and made for an affordable weekend visiting the New Forest and Bournemouth. The room was bright and spotlessly clean, with some thoughtful touches. We also enjoyed cereals, fresh fruit, toast and preserves, fresh juice and a good pot of tea for our breakfast. Home from home! The recommendation to visit Friars Cliff on our way home was perfect. Thank you for welcoming us into your home. We would love to visit again.

I stayed 7 nights , the area is quiet and peaceful . Kristina is a friendly host and nothing was too much trouble. The room was as described , with extra blankets and heating supplied .

We loved our stay at Lordington Park for my husband’s birthday weekend. Harriet and the staff were very welcoming and looked after us and our two sausage dogs. The room was beautiful and we loved the gardens, particularly as there were plenty of areas for the dogs to run around and let off some energy. We would highly recommend a visit!

Perfect place for overnight stay on way back to gatwick. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Continental brekky with fresh fruit hit the spot. Claire was prompt with messages and greeted us on arrival. The nearby pub, recommended by Claire, served quality meals. Highly recommend Claires place.

Such a wonderful, inviting and accommodating couple. Ellie was great, such clear communication and very helpful. The way to the room is quite narrow so something to be mindful of but if you don’t mind a squeeze the room is well worth it and such lovey hosts. Breakfast was lovely!

Marysa was a lovely, responsive host who sent lots of detailed instructions. She helped me quickly with any questions I had and she made me feel right at home. The room was lovely and comfortable, the bathroom was beautiful, light and bright and the house just smelt gorgeous. Overall I loved my stay. Thank you so much Marysa :-)
