He was very flexible with check in and was polite and respectful. The place was beautiful and just a few minutes from the ocean.

Jon's apartment was fantastic! The place we were supposed to stay at cancelled the day of and Jon was very responsive and helpful with our last-minute booking. We were in town for the Shamrock Marathon and the apartment was very close to all the events. Will stay here again next time we're in Virginia Beach!

My room was not only extremely clean, but was also in an adorable, convenient area as well. The check in message was very informative and I had no trouble getting into my room. The other people staying in the building were respectful and quiet as well. Will definitely be staying again!

Place was spacious, clean and very comfortable. I slept through the night in the beds and enjoyed the balcony view. I only wished the balcony furniture was cleaned, although I understand due to the storm and other things being maintained on the property it was probably hard to get to.

This place is awesome! Steps from the beach and restaurants. When I say this place is clean, it's EXTREMELY clean and comfortable. The spiral stairs leading to the room are a little sketchy and take time getting used to, but once you get used to it, it's all good. The only downside is the shower. The shower does not get nearrrrlllyyy as hot as the tub and the rainfall shower, forget it because its colder than the main head. Might be good for a hot summer day , but for winter it's something to keep in mind. Overall would stay here again. 5 ⭐!

Cory is a great host and very accommodating. He let us Check-in early due to me not feeling well and even let us check out late because I was still sick. The location is perfect for us since it's close to the apprentice school. It has everything you could need and is close to stores and food. This is our new favorite place to stay since our son goes to the apprentice school. I can't say enough nice things about Corey for how kind he was while we stayed and I was not feeling well.

I've stayed in alot of places over the last year for trips. London, Paris, Madrid, Rome, iceland, Austin TX, Atlantic city NJ, fargo ND and more.... this host is super responsive and really goes the extra distance. Earlier check in, bought and sent us a scale, and even ubered us a propane tank. The host is great and i would say the best i've had over this last year. The place is not bad. I had a group of 9 with me for a wrestling event in the Virginia beach sports center. 3 adults and 6 high schoolers. The place was 38-58 minutes from the sports center. Definitely more of a private place with a Suburban vibe. Shopping area (dominos, food store, atm etc)up the street 1 block. Hot tub, fire pit and grill we're big hits the first day. The gaming tablet was the best thing. 5 bedrooms. Beds were 1, 1, 1, 2, 3, and 1 sleeper sofa. So 9 beds total. Great stay. Incredible host. Negatives. Couldn't Figure out how to turn on the extra lights outside. The sauna doesn't make you sweat

This house was absolutely beautiful and so clean! The pictures don't really do it justice. It is well stocked with all the necessities in every room including toiletries, kitchen essentials and even kids toys both indoor and beach. It is the perfect location, secluded but close to everything. We explored an uninhabited island on a boat tour with Capt. Andy, visited the Norfolk zoo, virginia beach and downtown cape charles and all were within an hour of the house. The private beach was amazing and the kids loved it, plus the sunrise/sunsets you could watch from the back deck were beautiful. The owner was super fast in responding and offered helpful little tips for maximixing our fun and gave some advice on best times to fish and catch crabs. My family and I had an amazing trip and will definetly be staying again. If I could give it more than 5 starts we would. We highly reccomend chosing this property for your trip.

This home was absolutely perfect for our family vacation! The spacious layout gave everyone their own privacy with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to go around. We loved hanging out by the private pool during the day and being just a short 10-minute walk from the boardwalk and beach. The house had everything we needed - fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and modern TVs throughout. We loved having the bikes and pool toys as well! The location can't be beat - close to restaurants, shops, and the Vibe District. Parking for multiple cars was a huge bonus in this area!

I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Hampton or Virginia Beach area. It combines comfort, convenience, and outstanding hospitality. I’m eager to return on my next trip to the area.

Our group of 6 (3 kids, 3 adults) had a wonderful stay at Brenda’s gorgeous home. There was plenty of space for everyone to have adequate privacy, a sleeping arrangement they loved (the loft bedroom was a dream come true for the teenage girl, the pre-teens loved being able to bunk together in the double-double bedroom, Each mom had her own bathroom! Amazing!!), and such a great layout for shared meals and quality time. Kitchen was outfitted with plenty of cookware, dishes & gadgets so that we could prepare meals with ease. The fridge and pantry are huge, so if you are staying for a full week, you can absolutely stock up on everything you need! The location is perfect for active groups. We were able to walk to the beach and also the trails a few blocks away. This neighborhood is super safe & friendly, has lots of pedestrians & cyclists. We felt very comfortable. It also centrally located to outer parts of the town, we never had to drive more than 10 min for errands or restaurants.

Very nice and clean 4 br 2.5 ba house. Kitchen fully equipped and all supplies readily at hand. We had 4 kids under 9 and 6 adults, so the deck was useful to give the kids room to play safely. I think the price was a tad high, but the availability was crucial. Staci was responsive to an important question on check-in day. Beach access was easy with a short 2 house walk. Beach-buggy for lugging sand toys and chairs was crucial. I hope to be back in the future!
