From the villa to the staff, everything felt perfect. I usually do not write reviews but with the exceptional experience I just had to. Everyone was friendly and helpful from start to finish. The owner even took my husband down to the pharmacy in her personal car to get diapers for one of my babies when we ran out unexpectedly. We tried to offer her money and she refused and told him to use that on the family. It truly warmed our hearts that they treated us like family. I highly recommend booking here!!!

Great location with beautiful views in a peaceful area. Close enough to walk to everything you need from great restaurants, shops and beaches. No matter where you stay, you will encounter steps so enjoy the leg workout. We didn't spend much time in the house, but it fit our party of 8 perfectly and the place was much bigger than I expected and had a cool layout/architecture. The multi-level patios with the lemon tree canopy was amazing. It feels like a well loved family home in Italy. All amenities that we needed were provided. We were there in July. There was A/C in the 3 main bedrooms which worked great. The fourth bedroom didn't have A/C and could get hot during the day, but cooled down in the evening with the window open. We used the washing machine which worked great and loved drying our clothes on the patio line under the lemons. The hosts were very proactive and communicative. Reach out to them for recommendations early so they can help plan your trip. We would stay again!

We loved our stay at the Marble House. Plenty of room for our family of 6. The beds were big and comfortable and there was plenty of hot water!

Stefania’s Villa was even more beautiful and charming than the pictures showed. The views were outstanding. There was more than enough space to accommodate our group of 9. Stefania and her local host, Maria, were both very welcoming, responsive, and accommodating. We can’t wait to go back to Massa Lubrense to visit again. So many amazing restaurants reachable by a very short cab ride. Walkable to the small quaint downtown of Massa Lubrense.

Such a cool place to stay and Mario was incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with.

We had the best holiday - loved the house (nicer than the photos and perfect - every little detail is taken care of!) the location (local neighbourhood, no tourists but can walk to beautiful spots including Sorrento in less than half hour) and the whole area is fabulous - as well as lazing by pool (a lot!) we went to Sorrento Positano, Amalfi, Ravello Pompei and Naples - and the highlight of our trip - an amazing boat trip to Capri with Roberto/Kraken via Sorrento Holidays - unforgettable and one of best things we have ever done. Also recommend Garden Villa for cocktails and sunset!

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 10 Personen in der Villa. Insgesamt kann man aber auch einfach mit 14 Personen gut übernachten. Der Host war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns auch während des Aufenthalts mit Tipps unterstützt. Die Villa und insbesondere der Pool sind toll und der Blick aufs Meer traumhaft. Es handelt sich um ein älteres Gebäude. Dementsprechend sind die Einrichtungen schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Auch ist das Gebäude insgesamt etwas feucht und hat an der ein oder anderen Stelle (zumindest Stand Ende 2024) leichte Schimmelspuren. Ansonsten ist aber alles notwendige vorhanden und insbesondere der Poolbereich ist in einwandfreiem Zustand! Die Villa ist super gelegen und auch die unmittelbaren Stadt ist reichhaltig an tollen gastronomischen Angeboten. Am Eingang der Amalfiküste gelegen ist es der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für eine Tour entlang der Küste. Auto oder anderes Fahrzeug zwingend notwendig!

Hébergement génial et hôte en or ! De l'aide pour amener nos valises de l'arrêt de bus jusqu'à l'hébergement, de bons conseils pour notre séjour et une réactivité sans égal ! Tout cela participa à faire de nos vacances des vacances incroyables ! Tutti bene et grazie mille pour l'accueil !

We choose this villa short notice as had to cancel in portugal due to Covid. Claudio was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. The villa is breathtaking, beautifully designed and built with great care. With a family of 8 I was looking for space and the villa was perfect. Every area gives amazing views of the hills, valleys, town and sea. My favourite was from my bedroom. I will miss that breathtaking view from 2 sides of the room mainly glass . The kitchen had everything we needed as we mainly stayed in the villa and cooked together. We did go out and explore . We hired a little car which was handy but the kids choose to walk down to Cava de Terreni which took about half an hour and a good work out back up the hill. The town has a nice centre to explore, with restaurants, cafes and clothes shops. The town comes alive in the evening with families eating out and shopping. There is a little supermarket nearby good for bread, milk, eggs etc and a larger one in the town for a big shop. Public transport is good and very cheap. We caught the train to Pompeii from Cava and it was €2.50 and took maybe 25 minutes. An amazing day trip back in time. We pre booked the tickets and the positive side about travelling during a pandemic was that the streets of Pompeii were empty so our experience was extraordinary. After relaxing in the pool and walking up and down the hill we ate dinner under the stars with an uninterupted view of the twinkling lights of Napoli. The balustrade is glass. We all spent a lot of time staring at the clouds and the surrounding view which was important for us to take time to relax. I loved walking around the villa, the garden, the stylish carp pool with a little bridge over to the self contained apartment my daughter and boyfriend stayed in. The interior is filled with interesting art and beautiful things but my favourite was the staircase as you enter set into the rocks. We were very lucky to have found it. A perfect stay

Excellent lieu, nous avons passé de bons moments. Les espaces sont spacieux et tout est très pratique. À la vue des photos nous ne nous attendions pas à ce que ce soit 2 appartements l’un sur l’autre, la connexion entre les deux se faisant par l’extérieur. Mais ce n’était pas dérangeant du tout au contraire pour nous c’était arrangeant. Il y a énormément de choses à disposition (transat, linge pour les transats de mer, masque et tuba, frites, fruits aux arbres, petites tables un peu partout, le parting est mega pratique, les ustensile de chaînes. Etc). Il manquait peut être le shampoing et les savons de douches.

Fantastic location to explore the coast, the house is beautiful and has everthing you need. The pool was lovely spot to relax after exploring the area or to relax for an afternoon. Thank you, Ludovica for sharing your peice of heaven with me and my family. :0) Looking forward to my next visit.

We had a great stay at Marco's place. We booked his entire property, including two adjacent apartments. This worked well as we were 8 people. Each apartment is furnished with good and neutral taste. The kitchen is well equipped. The bathrooms clean and the beds comfortable. There is access to a stunning rooftop, which however we did not have time to use this time. The location is very convenient to access the main amenities in Pompei, Ercolano, the Vesuvio natural reserve and the Amalfi Coast. Marco is an excellent and proactive host. Ahead of the trip, he shared many local recommendations which contributed to us having a very enjoyable family weekend on the Amalfi Coast. I can only recommend Marco and this property and will look forward to having opportunities to be back.

We had such a nice time! Isbella who helped take care of the house was such a kind host. She met us right when we arrived and also cooked a beautiful dinner. We also very much enjoyed the pool area. Would recommend! thank you for a wonderful time in Capri!

The place was amazing. There are three outdoor areas that each offered something different. Th number of bedrooms and bathrooms worked perfectly for our large group. The building is full of fun details from the hand painted tiles (we made a game of finding the floors tiles that were different (2 is what we came up with)), to the peaked arch steel/stained glass doors to the groin vault ceilings.

We just wrapped up a month stay at Villa Primavera and it was an absolute paradise. The house had a lot of space, perfect for a large family or a number of couples. All of the bedrooms are en suite and the kitchen was well-equipped. The highlight of the house for me was the outdoor lemon grotto which overlooked the beautiful pool, which was set above the most gorgeous sea view. The only downside was the location is a bit remote, so a 25 min bus/car ride down to Amalfi. On the plus side, the bus stops at the villa. Finally, Pasquale himself was super responsive. He provided recommendations, sourced groceries, got us scooters, and even arranged for our iPhone to be fixed - high service! Michele also serviced Villa Primavera directly, so made sure things ran smoothly at the villa. He even came over to move our heavy suitcases upon move out. Overall, a great month at Villa Primavera - highly recommend!

Ilaria was a wonderful host and our home was beautiful. We were there for my son’s karting and it was a great escape at the end of the day. Unfortunately because we were at the track all day we didn’t get to use the beautiful pool. The view is absolutely incredible. The home is wonderfully appointed and has all this need. We cooked dinner most nights. There are three grocery stores within about 10 minute drive. The house was very clean and Ilaria was wonderful sending us anything we needed. She brought up laundry detergent and extra pillows when we needed it. The property cats were adorable and my son loved going outside and saying hi. The only thing I would mention is to get this great view the driveway in is a bit daunting. It’s nothing you can’t manage but maybe not for the faint at heart or someone who is uncomfortable behind the wheel of a car. Overall we LOVED our experience and would return. Thanks Ilaria!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr hochwertig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist sehr sauber da von professionellen Reinigungskräften gereinigt. In Sachen Ausstattung blieben keine Wünsche offen. Man brauch eigentlich nur eine Zahnbürste mitbringen. Elvira ist super freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Wir bekamen Orangen und Zitronen aus ihrem Garten und durften sogar unser Elektroauto an der Steckdose laden. Man merkt sofort wie viel Liebe und Leidenschaft sie in ihren Palazzo steckt. Alles ist bis ins kleinste Detail perfekt renoviert und auf dem neusten Stand. Hier übernachten wir gerne wieder wenn wir in der nähe sind und können diese Unterkunft jedem weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank nochmal wir den schönen Aufenthalt!

We had 10 people total - 9 adults, 1 toddler (2-year old). Providing some info that would have helped us!… Definitely book this BnB. The location is certainly manageable and provides quick access to Amalfi coast and Sorrento. Gennaro and his wife’s communication and above-and-beyond hosting support allowed us to have the absolute best experience. Examples include catering a NYE dinner for us, driving us to our POI’s as needed (multiple vehicles), arranging transportation, supplying household goods as needed, and procured groceries on our behalf from list we sent in advance that we asked for. We had 4 BnB’s (Venice, Florence, This One, and Rome) and this experience and views from the hill are unbeatable. Be sure not to lose this option - it’s not worth having someone else take it if you hesitate. Add an extra day here too if you have a lot of sight seeing (sorrento, Pompeii, Amalfi cities, etc.) Gennaro would be an awesome cooking class host too!

Villa was perfect, grocery and restaurants nearby, excellent for any length of stay

Bruna is the best. Every other review where they describe her as amazing is absolutely true. The only complaint we can find is that the rooms were a little small but all the other great things overshadow that issue. We loved our stay there and would recommend it.

Villa Prima was a beautiful location with sights of Capri, greater Sorrento, and other areas. The villa was very spacious with beautiful decor. There are decks on both the first and second levels. In the mornings you will see Cows and hear the roosters of the locals down the way. Catching the sunset one night is a must do. The area is a short drive to St’Agata (with a supermarket Conad a 5 minute drive) and about 20-25 minutes to Sorrento center, where you can explore the area, catch the many ferries to access the Amalfi Coast towns, or visit Capri (highly recommended). Overall great experience and we would gladly stay here again. Grazie mille!

My family and I stayed at the villa from 10/27 to 11/ 2. The weather was perfect and our hosts Pasquale and Marco were phenomenal. Upon our arrival they were there to greet us and provide a full tour of the villa. We had the donkeys take our luggage down which was a great help as it’s a bit of a walk to the villa from the road. Pasquale offered to have dinner prepared for us on the first night, which consisted of 4 or 5 courses including dessert and 1/2 bottle of wine per person. Dinner was out of this world and the cost was €70 each, well worth it! We made the walk down to Amalfi Porto on the second day and it took about 50 minutes. After that we decided to take the 20 minute walk to Scala Square and get the bus to Amalfi then ferry from there to Sorrento, Positano, Capri, Naples, etc. We also opted for the “pizza night” on the last night and it was literally the best pizza we had in Italy. We had an amazing stay at the Villa and we highly recommend♥️🇮🇹♥️
