We loved this place. Traveled to Spokane for a week-long Family Christmas with 9 guests ages 19-72. Rick's place was fully furnished with all the amenities we could need. Endless supply of towels and ample disposables like TP and paper towels. Nice dishes with fully stocked kitchen, incl. spices. We cooked most of our meals and had all the utensils, pots, pans we could have needed. Complimentary coffee and creamer as well as micro popcorn was a nice touch. Our goal was to be together, not necessarily the area, so the media room was great. Elf on the big screen was a fun movie night. the pinball and Paxman games were also fun. There is a small "gym" area with a treadmill etc. that was also enjoyed. Comfortable LR with ample seating for us all. Nice dining area. Comfortable beds and linens. Great water pressure for showers. Two thumbs up from our crew! Made for a memorable Christmas 2024! Thanks to Rick and his team!

We absolutely loved our stay at Angela’s house. My friend group meets annually the week after Christmas, but we usually stay in rustic Forest Service cabins. This year was a definite upgrade, but we agreed to no tv and limited phone use to mimic one of the reasons why we choose Forest Service cabins. We enjoyed the game room and hot tub, and the kitchen in the house is amazing and well-stocked with cooking tools. We had plenty of space to gather to play games around the kitchen table and could have privacy when we needed quiet time. We all left feeling refreshed.

This house was fantastic! Just a little slice of quiet and fun away from the hustle and bustle of the tournament we were in town for. The house was spacious and had more than enough room for the 10 of us staying. The pool was warm and there were tons of goodies provided for the kids to enjoy in there. We will definitely stay again!

The house was clean and very family friendly. We stayed with a large group and was plenty of space for all! Host was responsive and friendly! We appreciated that most of the necessities were provided! Lots of activities/entertainment for children!

Mike was an amazing host and the house was fantastic! We had a couple minor snags with the lock and alarm system but other than that the stay was great. The place was clean, the house was spacious and the hot tub and movie theater were fantastic

Absolutely beautiful location and home. Had all the amenities described in perfect running condition. The home was very clean and we had everything we needed. We felt right at home. I am looking right now to book it again for the summer! We went in winter and enjoyed the snow.

We had a get together with cousins big and little and had the most amazing time! We loved the warm pool to make it feel like summertime despite all the snow. Plenty of space for all of the kids and adults to spend time together. Everything was clean and as pictured!

The house was very beautiful. Great views! Plenty of beds and space to spread out. Great back yard space too! Only concerns I had, there is an apartment in the basement. The door to the basement is locked so that the tenants cannot get into the house. I didn’t see that mentioned in the ad. Also, after I payed, I was informed that a wedding would be going on the first night, out in the side barn so we had to stay inside the house until 8pm. Wedding went on longer than originally stated. Great host however! Quick and helpful responses!

I booked Bret's place for an out-of-town employee to stay while working on a job for us. The booking process with Bret was extremely easy and he is one of the most responsive hosts I have ever worked with (and that's after using Airbnb for over 4 years and traveling abroad for many of those years). He was top notch! Bret was very accommodating and flexible when we needed to make adjustments to our reservation. His kindness and willingness to work with us was much appreciated! The location of this property was perfect and in a great area. My employee reported that the home was spotless with comfy beds and linens. He also stated that there was everything provided that one would need! I highly recommend staying at Bret's place! We will definitely be booking with him in the future.

this is our second stay at Lisa's place. we enjoy the privacy and fenced front yard where our dog can be off leash. the home has all the basics one needs and comfortable bed. lots of privacy and country feel but so close to the city.

This Bougee Bungalow was just that! Gorgeous, comfortable, clean, and in the BEST location for downtown CDA - we were within minutes of everything we needed. My kids are already asking if we can go back again!

Great place! Loved the fenced yard and pickel/basketball court, lots of bedrooms and full kitchen with everything you need. Would have used the outside area more if it was not freezing outside!

We had such a nice stay. We wanted somewhere quiet, peaceful and easy for cooking and staying put at home, and this was perfect for us. We came during a very cold, snowy period, and it was just great to work at the dining table looking out through the big picture window at the pretty, snowy trees and homes on this quiet side street. And we stayed warm and comfortable despite the cold. This neighborhood would be great for walking too, with some interesting restaurants nearby. Great stay, thank you!

Absolutely loved this place! There were so many extras not listed and the place is so homey! It snowed before our arrival and it was all plowed and ice melt applied. Will definitely stay here again!

This was a very comfortable and affordable place to stay, close to the action of downtown Couer d' Alene and surrounding area. The setting is beautiful and peaceful. Very quiet neighborhood, with numerous deer wandering the neighborhood. Being pet friendly was an added bonus. Merry is easy to get in touch with.

Beautiful, cozy, and sparkling clean home! We loved the quiet location. The home is well equipped for near any need (one of the most equipped homes I’ve ever stayed at). We felt right at home. Communication was great. My kids left something at the house and they were kind enough to mail it back to us. Would stay again.

We had a great stay here. It is not often we find a place for 6 adults, 2 couples & 2 singles, that doesn't break the bank and has separate areas for each. Beds were clean and comfy. They had a clean pack n play and toys for the grandbaby. The house was very clean and stocked with the essentials. Had the weather been better, we would have thoroughly enjoyed the large backyard and 2 patio areas. The master bedroom has the cutest little private patio off of it. I was looking forward to a cup of coffee out there, but mother nature decided rain was her mood of the weekend. The hosts were VERY responsive to any questions. I would 10/10 recommend Elizabeth's home and will stay again if we find ourselves back in the area. GREAT STAY!

Great location! Huge backyard for your fur family. The house was very cozy! Comfortable beds was a bonus!

Alex's house was perfect for our needs. My family and I rented the house for 7 weeks. At various times we had 2 and 4 people and there was plenty of room with its large furnished basement. Alex was very flexible about check-in and departure times as well as changing our start date. The house was clean and well furnished. The couple of times that we requested something like extra light bulbs, Alex had it delivered thru Amazon the next day. It is in a safe residential area about a 10-minute walk from downtown.

This home is in a gorgeous location. There are plenty of places to sit outside and enjoy the views. The inside of the home was clean. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable, and we enjoyed listening to the lake sounds at night. We appreciated the comfortable couches with recliners in the family room. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the bbq was clean. Jen and Dave were extremely responsive to our messages, and they were great hosts. We also met the next door neighbor, who was a nice guy. We would definitely stay here again.

The stay was amazing we were a little nervous due to it being surrounded by trees but it was amazing it felt safe super clean! She had good branded shampoos and conditioners as well as body wash! Plenty of towels lots of fun games plenty of place an amazing area for s’mores beautiful view outside with all the outdoor light it was super fun we will definitely be returning:) the host answer all my questions within mins of me asking she was super patient with my questions they answer the phone super fast she was so flexible with our arrival the manager was so great she helped us with some tap that was so needed for decoration such great people loved everything about the place:)
