Great place to stay with kids and our pup! It is a quiet neighborhood and has great space in the house.

Loved our stay! Such a cute, cozy house and great outdoor space. Peaceful, beautiful neighborhood. Walking distance to downtown and the lake. Easy check in. Nick was super responsive. Thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and having lunch in the backyard every day. Comfy beds and linens, though I will say that if you are taller you won’t fit very well in the upstairs beds as they’re smaller. It’s an older house with tons of character and charm, but that also comes with squeaky floorboards, so there’s no sneaking around haha. We loved our time and would happily stay again!!

I was very impressed with Denice and how she responded to every message I sent. The house made me feel like I was home. Very well decorated and plenty of kitchen products. I have already recommended her to my friends. I spent 3 weeks there and really cannot find anything to be critical of. Tanks for being a great host Denice!

Wow! I just mean WOW does Dave live up to being a super host! We travel all over for cheer and Dave was the best host I have ever had! he got us drinks for when we arrived and some wine if we wanted, he even had snacks for us. He was super flexible with the check in/out too. The kitchen was well stocked and ready to cook in. The house was super clean and felt like home. It is an older historic house and that does show but not in a bad way at all. The beds were comfortable and had a range of softer to firmer. And even though my daughter is older so we didn't need it there was stuff available for younger kids to so very family friendly. There are also lots of mirrors available which is very helpful. We loved watching the deer in the mornings and looking out to the water very relaxing place to stay and would love to come again!

My fiance and I stayed here for two months and had an absolute blast. Jen is so nice and gave us great recommendations for the area. We felt right at home and the house was extremely nice and updated. Just the right size for what we needed to work remotely. Movie theater upstairs was AWESOME. Didn’t think we’d use it that much but we were up there every night watching shows and films. We biked on the Route of Hiawatha, rented a boat on Coeur d’Alene lake, went and had Hudson’s hamburgers, saw the craziest fireworks show for 4th of July that we’d ever seen, drove 3 1/2 hours to Glacier National Park, hiked Tubbs Hill… the list goes on and on. One thing to mention is I wouldn’t come here with the intention of having a loud or rowdy group. The homes are close together and while we made great friends with the neighbors, most people living in this gated community are older so it wouldn’t be wise to do something like a bachelor party here, etc. Thanks again! What an amazing place to live.

The stay was amazing we were a little nervous due to it being surrounded by trees but it was amazing it felt safe super clean! She had good branded shampoos and conditioners as well as body wash! Plenty of towels lots of fun games plenty of place an amazing area for s’mores beautiful view outside with all the outdoor light it was super fun we will definitely be returning:) the host answer all my questions within mins of me asking she was super patient with my questions they answer the phone super fast she was so flexible with our arrival the manager was so great she helped us with some tap that was so needed for decoration such great people loved everything about the place:)

This was a very comfortable and affordable place to stay, close to the action of downtown Couer d' Alene and surrounding area. The setting is beautiful and peaceful. Very quiet neighborhood, with numerous deer wandering the neighborhood. Being pet friendly was an added bonus. Merry is easy to get in touch with.

This place is so cozy and warm. Definitely homey feeling and convenient to go nearby - downtown and other cities. The local cafe and restaurants are also great! Amazing stay even during cloudy season.

Have stayed twice and I have already booked a third stay. Thanks for having such a great place, great setup, being close to Whitworth University and thinking of everything to make it a home away from home type of place.

as usual the place was clean and very comfortable. We have stayed in two of their places and they are both fantastic. The layout of the property is perfect. Everything you need is provided, the bed is super comfortable and the fireplace in the living room makes the comfiness of this place even better. We have stayed multiple times in Aaron and Chanan's properties and they never disappoint.

Deanne’s place is absolutely beautiful and super clean. The bed was comfy and there are lots of extra cozy blankets if you get chilly or even a fan if you get hot. Love the French vanilla creamer offered for coffee, nice touch. Hair dryer, shampoo/body wash/ conditioner, lots of towels, and plenty of cooking utensils…she’s thought of everything!There’s even a washer and dryer!! Super close to downtown CDA and close to the highway (not too close to hear noise, the neighborhood is nice and quiet)for easy access to anywhere. Check out the coffee shop two blocks away, very good smoothies. Thanks so much for a lovely stay! I’ll definitely be back!

I use Airbnb quite frequently for both business and travel for pleasure. I have to say this was probably one of the cleanest and well appointed properties. A gorgeous mansion on the hill with every minor detail thought of.

I absolutely LOVED this place! I’ve stayed at many locations where the pictures were nicer than the place. This was perfectly described and looked like the photos! Beautiful, comfortable and close to everything. I will stay here again and again when I come to CDA. As soon as I walked in, I felt right at home! Highly recommend for anyone looking for 1-2 people; it’s great!!

Cozy stay in quiet area of Spokane. Hanna is very accommodating and friendly. House was extremely clean and would absolutely recommend.

We had a great Thanksgiving stay. Very quiet and private for an apartment. The warm parking was a great perk!

We loved our stay . The condo is in a great location close to the river walk and restaurants and shops. It was very clean and had everything you needed to feel right at home. The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was super well stocked. Robert left welcome drinks for us which was a nice touch and had lots of information waiting for us about the area . The check in was a breeze and it had 2 parking spaces in the parking garage . We would definitely stay here again !

Leanne‘s place was perfect for our stay in Spokane! We were there to watch the state basketball tournament so the location was great in relation to the Spokane Arena!

My husband and our two boys (ages 12 and 9) spent 5 nights here and it was wonderful! The entire complex is quiet and well kept. There’s a shared terrace space with a grill, tables and chairs - we made dinner a couple nights at the condo and it was fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals. The location was perfect- every morning and evening we walked along the Spokane River and the kids swam in the afternoon. We would definitely stay here again - it was close to a lot of other amenities!
