Great stay in Spokane, closer drive to lots of things. Love when there is close by parking as I tend to over pack!

Great place to stay near liberty lake. Quiet and clean

Deanne’s place is absolutely beautiful and super clean. The bed was comfy and there are lots of extra cozy blankets if you get chilly or even a fan if you get hot. Love the French vanilla creamer offered for coffee, nice touch. Hair dryer, shampoo/body wash/ conditioner, lots of towels, and plenty of cooking utensils…she’s thought of everything!There’s even a washer and dryer!! Super close to downtown CDA and close to the highway (not too close to hear noise, the neighborhood is nice and quiet)for easy access to anywhere. Check out the coffee shop two blocks away, very good smoothies. Thanks so much for a lovely stay! I’ll definitely be back!

I absolutely LOVED this place! I’ve stayed at many locations where the pictures were nicer than the place. This was perfectly described and looked like the photos! Beautiful, comfortable and close to everything. I will stay here again and again when I come to CDA. As soon as I walked in, I felt right at home! Highly recommend for anyone looking for 1-2 people; it’s great!!

Loved our stay! Beautiful apartment with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the parking spot inside the garage. In a great location and close to some great restaurants and bars. Great home base to explore the city. We would love to come back!

The place was exactly as described in the listing—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a family stay. The host was incredibly responsive, often replying almost instantly to any questions or requests, which made our stay even smoother. The location was great, conveniently close to downtown, making it easy to explore the area. While the neighborhood was okay, the convenience of the location more than made up for it. The house itself was perfect for our family. It was spotless upon arrival, and the host went above and beyond by ensuring the driveways were cleared of snow every day during our stay, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed stay.

I booked Bret's place for an out-of-town employee to stay while working on a job for us. The booking process with Bret was extremely easy and he is one of the most responsive hosts I have ever worked with (and that's after using Airbnb for over 4 years and traveling abroad for many of those years). He was top notch! Bret was very accommodating and flexible when we needed to make adjustments to our reservation. His kindness and willingness to work with us was much appreciated! The location of this property was perfect and in a great area. My employee reported that the home was spotless with comfy beds and linens. He also stated that there was everything provided that one would need! I highly recommend staying at Bret's place! We will definitely be booking with him in the future.

We had a great time staying here for a family Thanksgiving gathering. We stayed there with a few other people from Oregon and hosted dinner with the local CDA family members coming over for dinner and family game night. The house is perfect for family gatherings. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is great and well equipped with everything you’ll need. Thanks for letting us use your beautiful house and if we need to have a gathering in CDA again we’ll definitely try to book this house again!

Very clean and very comfortable. Good location. Lots of great amenities and we liked the layout of the house. We enjoyed our stay.

We did a one-night getaway with our newest addition (4 months old) while we left our 3 older kiddos with family. We were able to drop off the littlest with family for an hour as well so we could take advantage of the hot tub! The chlorine didn’t burn my skin and wasn’t overpowering. Huge plus. We were able to relax and recharge. Everyone including the baby slept so well. The bed was firm and we had an amazing night of rest. Everything was so clean and we were really able to take a quick vacation from the every day stresses of life.

We had a great stay here. It is not often we find a place for 6 adults, 2 couples & 2 singles, that doesn't break the bank and has separate areas for each. Beds were clean and comfy. They had a clean pack n play and toys for the grandbaby. The house was very clean and stocked with the essentials. Had the weather been better, we would have thoroughly enjoyed the large backyard and 2 patio areas. The master bedroom has the cutest little private patio off of it. I was looking forward to a cup of coffee out there, but mother nature decided rain was her mood of the weekend. The hosts were VERY responsive to any questions. I would 10/10 recommend Elizabeth's home and will stay again if we find ourselves back in the area. GREAT STAY!

We had such a nice stay. We wanted somewhere quiet, peaceful and easy for cooking and staying put at home, and this was perfect for us. We came during a very cold, snowy period, and it was just great to work at the dining table looking out through the big picture window at the pretty, snowy trees and homes on this quiet side street. And we stayed warm and comfortable despite the cold. This neighborhood would be great for walking too, with some interesting restaurants nearby. Great stay, thank you!

We had a wonderful stay. Kaitlyn was super responsive to our emails. The house has close restaurants and shopping (Izzy's is one of our favorites to eat) Jeremiah's brewery is also right there. It was an easy 10-15 min walk to the downtown. A hot tub is always a bonus for us when looking for a place to stay. Would definitely recommend.

We had the loveliest month at Garry and Kathy's. Even my homebody teenager didn't want to leave, and that's really saying something! Perfect amount of room for our family of four, though you could easily fit 1-2 more and everybody would still be in beds. That being said, the couches are insanely comfortable, with each of the three sections are actually full recliners, so more than one morning I found somebody asleep on the couch after watching TV late. The full kitchen had everything we needed to cook family meals, though make sure to check out the "Pizza Factory" nearby. Two car garage with garage door opener was an unexpected bonus. Communication was always prompt and helpful. If needed, they could come by same day to address any concerns. (We only needed that twice, due to kid-caused issues, not anything wrong with condo). It's located a very pretty drive just outside town. I cannot stress enough how peaceful and beautiful it is. Hopefully we'll be back!

We loved our stay . The condo is in a great location close to the river walk and restaurants and shops. It was very clean and had everything you needed to feel right at home. The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was super well stocked. Robert left welcome drinks for us which was a nice touch and had lots of information waiting for us about the area . The check in was a breeze and it had 2 parking spaces in the parking garage . We would definitely stay here again !

Very cool place! It has a very modern feel and is next to all the best places in town. My husband and I loved taking a morning walk downtown to the lake every morning and grabbing a cup of coffee at the little bakery. Then at night there are so many great restaurants to go to. The beds were comfy and I like that it had two king size beds.

Very much enjoyed our stay. Nathan went above and beyond to be accommodating both prior to our arrival and during our stay. We will likely stay here again the next time we are in town.

Fabulous location right on the Spokane River in the back of the building. Small gym next to the unit. Surrounded by great restaurants. Pickleball courts only a 6 min drive. Loved the location. The restaurant downstairs has unbelievable food.
