Incredible location with a very comfortable set up. I really appreciate the hospitality and the attention Pam has for her guests. Everything about this place is awesome. I love quiet afternoon and spacious environment, this place is perfect for nature lovers and peace seekers. Night sky will have you gazing at the stars for hours. Home away from home, Thank You Pam for hosting us at this very beautiful property!

Close to Gettysburg but nicely removed in the countryside. It is a horse farm with plenty of woods and open fields. Rental property is a separate house on a little knoll overlooking a pond. So many birds and nature sounds! Really get to see a beautiful part of Pennsylvania away from the crowds of Gettysburg. All local roads are paved nicely and there are plenty of curves, perfect for motorcycles or sports cars. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Kathryn and her girls met us shortly after arrival . Also got to meet the dogs and cats. Very patient with us. Beautiful home and surroundings. Will definitely go back

Was a wonderful stay here. The view is beautiful and it was located in a perfect location for day trips over to the Shenandoah Mountains. Very well stocked kitchen and lots of coffee was provided. My only complaint was that if you are looking to have no interaction with the host then this may not be the place. I am fine with it as I loved the suggestions and connecting with who I am staying with. However their home is quite close to the rental, so not as private as I had assumed. Overall loved the stay here and would do so again.

I had a meeting at National Harbor, which is near Masha's home. I appreciated being able to stay in her spacious and calming cottage. It was a welcome change of pace.

My husband and I take a yearly trip to Lancaster for our anniversary. We were looking for somewhere quiet and relaxing where we could unplug from everyday life. This was the perfect spot. The house was adorable, very clean and comfortable. I’m nearly 5 months pregnant and had the best night of sleep I’ve gotten since getting pregnant. Juana was extremely responsive and very helpful. I needed milk and it was too late to go anywhere so she brought some right over. She left some fresh sourdough cookies and various local goodies that I absolutely inhaled. We will be making this our regular spot when we are in the area. BONUS-the sweet orange barn cat who loved scratches and attention distracted me from missing my fur babies at home.

This place was our best choice even before we realized there would be a freshly-prepared, multi-course gourmet breakfast. House is as advertised, clean, and well-located. Scott and Lisa are friendly, responsive, and fantastic cooks. Enjoy!

My man and I had a wonderful time having a quiet and private weekend getaway. The place is so cozy and the hosts are so welcoming. It’s a beautiful view off the back porch. One of the highlights of my weekend was getting to spend time with Bilbo the cat. He was so snuggly and gave us a warm welcome as soon as we arrived! Would love to come back here again!

We stayed at Raquel’s place after visiting a winery in Linden and headed to D.C. the next day, so it was convenient! The basement was private and exactly what we needed for the night. We took advantage of the ping pong table which was fun. Thanks! Would stay again!

We didn’t operate the wall heater units correctly and Kayla sent the maintenance guy over as well as some electric heaters to ensure we had heat. He explained how they work. Turns out , we were not setting remotes property. I would suggest clear instructions for future guests be available to avoid guests thinking they have no heat or AC. Kayla always responded quickly to any messages I sent. Definitely recommend this location.

This home was great! The Beaver Ridge Pond Farm was beautiful and was really peaceful. My daughter loved the animals and being able to look right out of the window and see them anytime was an awesome bonus! Would definitely recommend and would stay here again. Christi and Scott were so kind and excellent to rent from.

The loft is warm and inviting and the decor is adorable. The property is also beautiful, just right out of town and so peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great weekend getaway for my long distance bestie and I! Only feedback is it being off of a main road (we are not from PA and just did not look into this beforehand). It was a great little spot close to alot of things and had everything we needed.

This place was beautiful, safe, and homey. The directions were clear and it was easy to find. The studio was very spacious and had everything we needed, including shampoo and conditioner, a hair dryer, sheets and towels, and snacks. I asked for an early check-in and Lindsay’s responses came a little late (she agreed to the early. check-in but didn’t let me know until like 11:30), but once we were on site, I texted her with a question and she responded right away. Her family was also very friendly when we arrived, and kind to my inquisitive 5 yo. We would definitely stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay at Paula's place. It was very quaint and cozy in a beautiful farm setting. Location was perfect, and right down the road from Seven Bends State Park.

Mona’s place was wonderful! She was quick to respond and her place was in a great location. A very nice touch was a full length mirror! So minor but so helpful to have. It was very private and quiet. Easy parking and cozy. Thanks Mona!

We recently booked Namastays’ place when a family member became very ill and was in the hospital. The hosts were super accommodating of our needs around seeing to the care of our hospitalized family member and their place offered a comfortable and relaxing retreat after long days spent at the hospital. It was such a blessing to have someplace like Namastays’ for us to work from. It allowed us the space to focus on what we needed to do for our family without having to worry. Super grateful the experience we had here, highly recommend these hosts and their place.

This was a cozy place that was the perfect base for me to both work and play from for a few days. It was the first time I had stayed in an owner-occupied place and I am kind of glad I did. Brittany was so responsive to any messages I sent that it kind of felt like I was a guest in their home, even though I never had the chance to meet them. The place was neat as a pin and obviously new and well-maintained. I was only there evenings all three days, so it's my fault I never got to meet them and their pups.

This stay is everything you'd expect it to be! My 2 year old absolutely loved looking out at the horses and meeting the pups on the property. The place was very comfortable and clean and close to a lot of amenities. The host was very, very friendly and even let us watch a polo lesson! I would absolutely recommend this stay!

Excellent location. Central to all activities in the greater DC area. Walking distant to food and grocery. Easy metro or ride share to downtown. We felt right at home and have more than we needed for the week. Thank you for everything, look forward to staying again.

My month long stay with John and Fiona was better than I could have imagined. The cottage was peaceful and private. it has everything needed for a short or long term stay. They provided fresh eggs from their chickens and offered fresh ground coffee. The kitchen was equipped with everything I needed to cook meals. The wifi was plenty fast enough for my remote work days. They were extremely kind and gave me all the privacy I needed. would 100% stay with them again.

This is our second time staying here and this place is perfect for us. Very clean and close to everything. We will stay here again. Shirley is an excellent host!
