Me and my husband really enjoyed our stay at Alex's great apartment and would not hesitate to book it again. The apartment is well maintained, has some great views of DC, and more importantly very close to the metro, shops and restaurants. The gym in the building and the parking was an added bonus. The building itself is located on a slight hill and there are wonderful side walks, to do that walking exercise. We highly recommend this apartment.

We loved the place! Close the the metro and a nice neighborhood. Would use it again if we come back to dc.

This place was absolutely adorable and cozy! Every corner was thoughtfully designed, and the host was incredibly sweet and responsive. The location is perfect, with tons of restaurants and bars nearby. Highly recommend, and we'll be booking again!

Great location and a wonderful space to stay while we were in Cambridge for a conference. Becky & John were easy to get a hold of and very accommodating.

Sophia and her family made us feel comfortable,safe and always a pleasure to talk with. Accommodations were just what we needed. A bright and multipurpose kitchen made it easy to make family meals after a long outing. An amazing Washer and Dryer Her spacious cozy bedrooms helped us to finish the day off with contentment. I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Heidi’s place! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The check-in process was smooth, and the home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to UVA, yet in a peaceful and quiet area. The amenities provided were thoughtful and made my stay extra comfortable, including a comfy bed, fully stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, etc. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience. The house was bright and sunny and perfect for our family of 4+ my mom including our newborn. Beds were comfortable, everything super clean and small touches like water and charging lamps on bedside made it very nice. Hosts were super responsive and even brought us backyard furniture to enjoy the beautiful weather. Location is convenient in falls church and easy to get to 50. Was also a great neighborhood for walks with sidewalks.

Josh's place was exactly what I was looking for. It was immaculate throughout, with easy parking, and walkable to my Richmond destinations. He provided everything needed for the trip - well-stocked kitchen, towels and linens, and plenty of room for the four of us. The area was quiet, with just the sound of an occasional train a couple of hundred yards away which was more relaxing to me than intrusive! Checking in and out was extremely simple, and Josh checked in to ensure our stay was going well. This will definitely be on my list of places to stay for my future trips to Richmond. A+++++

The October House was a perfect getaway for our family. The house is very comfortable with ample room. We had a fantastic weekend in Basye. Would absolutely return.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Claudia’s house. It’s one of the best AirBnB’s in which we’ve stayed. Ever. And Claudia is attentive, kind, and ready to make the stay a good one. This is this top of our list anytime we need an AirBnB in Woodbridge.

Shareef’s place was beautiful it was perfect for my 48 hour stay in DC. I loved how close I was to Howard and the museums. I didn’t need anything while staying at his place he even had two waters for me which I appreciated dry much. I plan on staying again.

I had a very nice stay here for about 10 days while visiting Baltimore for work. It’s an easy-to-locate basement apartment below their home, in a residential neighborhood that felt overall safe, especially for some of the surrounding areas, and it has a designated parking spot on a cul de sac. The apartment is exactly as described and pictured, very comfortable with a nice bed with fresh linens, good pillows, and a very nice updated bathroom and shower. Tamra was very responsive and took care of a small detail that was missing immediately. Overall it was an convenient, cozy and comfortable stay!

Perfect for our quick trip to Crozet & Wintergreen Resort. Wonderful location, close to Gas Station/Convenience Store, Wintergreen Lobby, and Slopes. Everything was exactly as expected. Comfortable bed and easy access to streaming services and Wifi. Will definitely consider staying here again for future trips to the area. Thanks so much!

The loft and the view. Both exactly as pictured - beautiful. Beds were extremely comfortable and place was stocked with ample clean linens and towels. Place was spotless yet cozy. Extra special unexpected personal touches: - DVD collection had something for everyone - plenty of nonscreen family fun board games available - pot pies in the freezer were a simple provision that went a long way with this family on a road trip home that was sick of fast food Would definitely return if back in the area!

We had such a short lovely stay. Celebrated my partner’s birthday with a ski trip to Seven Springs Resort. The location is perfect just 7 or 8 mins away from the resort with a convenient shuttle service. Kara was also a great host responding quickly to any questions we had!

We had a wonderful night at the condo. Our host let us know in the morning it was clean and ready so that we could check in early. Very clean and comfortable. Would stay here again for sure.

Beautiful place quiet neighborhood Unit was well equipped and beautifully furnished market right across street. Easy access to public transportation

Quaint and cozy place good for a small family. Clean. Air BNB listed it as ski in and out but it actually isn't. This might explain why it is such a good value

Mary was a great host. Very detailed with check in and check out. Just right up the mountain from a couple of breweries.

For a larger party of people, the price is hard to beat. Sleeps 8 comfortably on average of 60ish a night... right in the heart of downtown Frederick. The security and intro process to getting into the apartment is a bit of a hassle, but it does provide a nice safety element. It's slightly hard to park and unpack (especially with multiple people driving separately) but the walkability and convenience far outweigh those concerns. Overall, excellent location and I would recommend it highly.
