What a great resort with so much to do. The condo was spacious and very accommodating as well! We enjoyed it very much. Kani is very communicative as well.

The location and unit were amazing. The amenities in the building, as well as the walkability to restaurants and the National mall, made this a fantastic location for our long weekend. If you want to stay in this area, you’ll either be in a corporate apartment or hotel, so having the space and amenities of an apartment was important for our family including in unit laundry and the pool. The only downside was the communication. Being a corporate apartment, I realized we’d be corresponding with different people throughout, but it seems no one put notes about our arrival time or check out requests in the file as we were asked 4-5 times what time we’d be arriving (including being asked how check in went hours before the arrival time we’d previously communicated on 3 separate occasions). There was also conflicting info given about check in (whether someone would be at the front desk or special arrangements needed to be made due to arrival time) and check out depending on who answered.

Great apartment in a great location. The apartment is spacious and very clean. We were able to walk or easily take the metro everywhere we wanted to go. Several restaurants within easy walking distance.

The location was absolutely worth the trip. The beaches were peaceful and pristine. The community was quiet and well kept. Absolutely lovely place to get away from it all.

Absolutely beautiful home in Somerset. So cozy/clean inside and beautiful location/views. Heidi was responsive and flexible with us over the holiday. Close enough to wineries/Charlottesville proper. Such a picturesque setting for our Thanksgiving holiday. Would stay here again - book it!

My family and I stayed at Andy’s place over the Christmas holiday. It was our first time taking a vacation for Christmas and the entire trip was phenomenal. The room was updated and looked much better than the pictures. There is a ton of things to do onsite and nearby. Rooms are assigned at check in. You really don’t have to leave the resort unless you just want to explore the surrounding area. Plenty of shopping and restaurants in the surrounding area. The room was clean and very spacious for our family of 5. Andy was a fantastic host and was available as needed. We had an all-around excellent Christmas vacation for a great price!

Megan's house was roomy, comfortable, and well equipped. I wish it had been a little better weather, the outdoor area looked very inviting with furniture, a firepit and string lights. The fans in each room were a nice touch since I forgot mine and like to have one when sleeping. The bottle of wine and the discount at Well Hung Winery was a nice surprise.

What an OUTSTANDING place for, not only Road Warriors, but anyone wanting to feel like a local and live your best Guilded Age life!!!! Wonderful location with tons of incredible people who will make your adventure in the City more fun (stumbled upon two trivia nights and felt just like home!). Super walkable to all the sites but exploring the Heritage Trail about the neighborhood is a really cool 2 mile time warp (and they are all over the city). So grat to have washer/dryer in the room, such a great aspect. This is a fantastic place!!! Can't wait to stay again!!

Dear John surpassed every expectation and anticipation we had for our sports filled family weekend in RVA. We took full advantage of every amenity we could. Breakfast downstairs is a no brainer. Saunas after morning runs. Epsom soaks at night —- hot tubs and a little cornhole at happy hour? Yes! Late night cooking with wine around the island after the kids went to bed? Vacation with kids isn’t really vacation — but Dear John made it easy for us to make space for this with minimal added creativity. These things always sound good in theory, but the space made for a full on follow through. Grateful to say the least. Thank you.

We very much enjoyed our weekend at Cathy‘s place! The accommodations were exactly as listed and Cathy went above and beyond in being helpful and gracious. She was a wonderful host and we will absolutely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at Bianca’s place. It was comfortable, clean, and in a great location. Bianca is a very responsive host and always answered our questions promptly. Hope to stay here again.

I love my weekends at the caverne. The bed is so comfortable!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you for another comfortable get away from my overly hectic life!!!!

Great place to stay! Very spacious and comfortable, and right down the street from the metro station. Martin is also very friendly and made the check in/check out process super easy. Would absolutely stay here again. Very affordable and a great place for anyone looking to stay in d.c.

As always, we felt at home in a clean, comfortable garage apartment that features a peaceful setting.
