Great location and a wonderful space to stay while we were in Cambridge for a conference. Becky & John were easy to get a hold of and very accommodating.

This is our second time staying with Dmytro and Sophiia and we are obsessed with this place! Huge bathtub, comfy beds, and a peaceful neighborhood. This place has it all. Thanks for everything 😊

We so enjoyed our stay at Don's place. It is a great neighborhood and a lovely apartment. We could walk, Lyft, or take buses everywhere. We drove from our home to DC, parked the car right in front of the Air B and B, and didn't move it the entire time. The supermarket is close by, and so is the best vegan gelato ever! Don suggested we walk to the neighborhood farmers' market on Sunday, and that was fun. DC in general is a great place to visit. Very inspiring trip.

What a wonderfull place to visit Washington DC. They offer service with a big plus! The location is on a small walking distance from the metro/bus or a 20-25min walk to the Capitol or mall. The location fulfilled all our wishes. And the hosts are very hospitable. The bed was comfortable and there is a lovely tree in front of the house which was in full blossom when we arrived. We would definitly recommend this place to others!

I enjoyed Paula’s place. It’s quite big and just a few blocks away from one of my favorite downtown restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. The parking spot was clutch — most other spots don’t offer this and so you have to pay for a garage. Paula was super sweet and responsive.

Bryson's place was exactly as described and made for a great stay. The master bedroom was comfortable, and I appreciated the extra living space at the front of the apartment. I love this area because it's within walking distance of our favorite bakery (Idle Hands), shops, restaurants, and coffee spots. We would definitely stay here again!

My family had a wonderful stay during our trip to Washington DC. There were many transportation options to get us wherever we wanted to go from the location and with the provided parking pass, we left our car parked the entire stay. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had all of the amenities we needed. Any time we had questions or needed assistance, we received a response within minutes. I would stay at this same apartment next time and would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for something better than a hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at Cyn’s place while in DC! It was a calm and welcome retreat after long days sightseeing. The beds were comfortable, the temperature was perfect, and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. One of our favorite features was a fantastic coffee shop just a five-minute walk away—Idido’s! Both Cyn and David were very responsive. David in particular helped us out by storing our luggage ahead of check-in so that we could begin touring the city, which we were really grateful for. We used Lyft to get around, but the parking spot in the back looked really nice for those renting a car. Very residential neighborhood that felt safe to walk around during the day. I will say it’s a bit far out of downtown for using Lyft—I maybe wouldn’t recommend that as your mode of transportation if you stay here. But Cyn’s place I would recommend!

The house was bright and sunny and perfect for our family of 4+ my mom including our newborn. Beds were comfortable, everything super clean and small touches like water and charging lamps on bedside made it very nice. Hosts were super responsive and even brought us backyard furniture to enjoy the beautiful weather. Location is convenient in falls church and easy to get to 50. Was also a great neighborhood for walks with sidewalks.

Excellent stay at RivahLife! The views were spectacular and the home was exactly as described. Easy to find with lots of stuff for the kids and adults. Looking forward to returning during the warmer months as the fishing, boating, and swimming would be more desirable. Thanks for the high chair and portable crib. Those things really help when traveling with kids.

Ann was very responsive to any of my questions and responded very quickly, house was as described and enjoyed our stay even though it was only one night. If we’re ever in that area again I would not hesitate to stay there again!!

Great space, worked very well for our group's trip to visit DC. Enough rooms for people to have privacy, but also great living room when we all wanted to hang out together. Host is very responsive and hospitable. Would definitely stay again.

Jennifer's place was perfect for a DC trip! It's a 2 minute walk from a bus stop that will bring you downtown. The neighborhood is safe, and the home is private. The kitchen was awesome, it had everything you would need (including 3 different ways to make coffee!). Jennifer was very proactive with the check-in and check-out instructions, and she was there if we needed anything. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place for an affordable stay in DC.

Great place. The house was amazing. Very spacious. I loved the open concept of the dining area and TV area. the master bedroom was very spacious with a great view of the water. Very close by... the Reedville Market was excellent place to eat.

This was our second stay at Tony's house and we LOVED it. Communication with Tony is always great and we even got to visit with him for a bit. The house is very comfortable. Everything was super clean. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. We didn't spend much time in the house, but we enjoyed the time we were there. We will certainly be back!

Our stay was nothing short of spectacular. The soft colors, the open floor plan, it gives SOHO upper Manhattan city vibes while at the same time making you feel like you're at the beach. The house was absolutely adorable and my bestie and I did not want to leave!!! This house had it all and it was spotless, so clean. It even had blankets and comfy pillows which we loved as we had a movie night. plus! there is a homemade apple pie bakery so completely adorable, which is directly across the street. are you kidding me? house of our dreams and apple pie? This was absolutely Heaven. We already can't wait to go back. We had so much fun, slept in, relaxed, had coffee and pie of course! The vibes were so positive. I already can't wait to go there with my bestie again. 💓 This house is so charming and has so much warmth and yet cool city vibes. We loved the coffee nook and the beds were so comfy. Just magical! Must go!!!

The loft and the view. Both exactly as pictured - beautiful. Beds were extremely comfortable and place was stocked with ample clean linens and towels. Place was spotless yet cozy. Extra special unexpected personal touches: - DVD collection had something for everyone - plenty of nonscreen family fun board games available - pot pies in the freezer were a simple provision that went a long way with this family on a road trip home that was sick of fast food Would definitely return if back in the area!

Perfect for our quick trip to Crozet & Wintergreen Resort. Wonderful location, close to Gas Station/Convenience Store, Wintergreen Lobby, and Slopes. Everything was exactly as expected. Comfortable bed and easy access to streaming services and Wifi. Will definitely consider staying here again for future trips to the area. Thanks so much!

We had a wonderful night at the condo. Our host let us know in the morning it was clean and ready so that we could check in early. Very clean and comfortable. Would stay here again for sure.

Burke and Sarah were great hosts! It was clean and there were lots of amenities to use in the kitchen for my group who we enjoyed cooking.

Check in was easy and fast, no issues. The unit was nice and cozy, adequate towels, kitchen, everything. Parking was super easy with lot right off the entrance. Location is right off the ski slopes and walking distance to the lodge and restaurant. Alesia reached out before check in to make sure we knew what to do and we're good to go. No complaints, great experience!

A great place for a ski weekend with friends! Had all the amenities you would need for anything. Highly recommend this place! Quick 5-10 minute walk to the slopes.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Scott and Carrie's. The location was GREAT as the walk to downtown Fredericksburg was so close! It was clean and cozy. We would stay here again and would recommend to others!

I gave five stars because Willie was so friendly, always responsive and proactive to try to resolve initial issues with smoke detectors going off two nights in a row very late even after Willie replacing battery and resetting it. The apartment was so cozy, clean and had everything I needed to cook. Well equipped. Hot water for a long shower! Comfortable bed and bedding. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Helpful to use a white noise app and wax earplugs for noisy mornings especially on weekdays if you need to sleep late. Choosing a 2nd floor apartment would avoid hearing the loud walking upstairs. Worth carrying your suitcases up the stairs especially if a late sleeper. I extended my stay two nights and wish I could have stayed the weekend to see more friends and music after a family burial. I became very much at home there. I would stay again! Appreciated storing my luggage until my late flight and the noon checkout exception. Very helpful. Thank you Willie!
