We loved our stay, it was a very quiet and relaxing month! The location is fantastic, it was exactly what we were looking for, short walk to the beach, restaurants and mini-mart. Condo was spacious and clean with comfortable beds, nice screened-in shaded porch to hang out, fast Wifi. New appliances including washer and dryer fridge with ice maker was a bonus. It also included beach towels and two beach chairs. Elizabeth was very responsive and helpful, provided us with directions, easy check-in and information about the condo and the area attractions. The small complex is well maintained and safe, what made our stay extra special is the Great group of people we met. Thank you! Pura Vida!!

Great place, Great location. The place had additional items that made the stay even better. Only thing missing was a BBQ if you like to grill meat. Would stay here again in an instant.

Just like the listing. Checkin was fluid and unit was very modern and clean. close to main areas and easy to park our rental cars. Great stay for us.

La casa es muy cómoda para ir caminando a la playa, es importante llevar repelente de insectos pues la zona tiene mucha vegetación y proliferan los mosquitos, Tambien el camino es de asfalto y lastre entonces es mejor andar chancletas o zapatos para andar con comodidad. El cuarto es muy cómodo y el aire acondicionado funciona a la perfección.

Superb Location, very close to beach and restaurants. The little pool is a nice add-on. if you want quiet, this might not be the place for you. The walls are very thin and every night we could hear the guys next door just talking.

We found the place very clean. The condo is well divided, each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The view from the balcony is amazing. The gated community and the whole neighborhood feels very safe. Kitchen is extremely well stocked, with a new huge refrigerator. I would stay here again without hesitation!

Excelente lugar, muy limpio y don Mario muy atento y amable! Definitivamente de nuestros lugares favoritos, viajamos con nuestra mascota y no tuvimos inconveniente alguno (labrador). Ya estamos organizando las próximas vacaciones para volver a esta villa maravillosa

Our stay at Denise's place was perfect! The location is beautiful, safe, and peaceful. Denise and her husband were very responsive while also respecting our privacy. When we had the chance to meet, they were incredibly friendly and kind. We’ll definitely be coming back! Thank you for everything <3

We loved our stay so much, the space is beautiful with lots of natural light, great studio layout. Mariel was very helpful throughout our stay, and it was so nice to do a Pilates class in her studio which is on the same property. It's in a very peaceful part of Tamarindo, but still close by to the town center. We will definitely stay here again in the future! It's my fave place I've stayed in Tamarindo thus far, and I go often. Happy to have found this gem. Thanks Mariel for making our stay amazing!

We absolutely love this place. This is our second year in playa Potrero. We have looked at multiple places in the area. This is by far the best location. On the beach, it has an amazing view. It is also close enough to all of the restaurants and bars. No need for a car or golf cart unless you want to travel out of town. We have visited multiple beaches north and south of there. This is a place that we would chose hands down. We like a chill environment with good bars and restaurants in walking distance. This is it!

Un hermoso lugar con una vista bellísima. Es nuestra segunda vez hospedandonos y lo recomendamos siempre, porque cumplen con todas las características que buscamos, un lugar cómodo y bello, super tranquilo, perfecto para descansar. Nadia y Christian super amables y serviciales.

Muy recomendable reservar en este alojamiento. Está prácticamente en el corazón de Las Catalinas, a pocos metros de la playa y del valet parking. El equipo se contactó en todo momento para el check in y darnos instrucciones para la llegada. Un lugar mágico con todas las comodidades para sentirse como en casa.

Great place for the price, in a secured gated community 10 minutes away from the tarmarindo strip. Felt very safe, definitely need a vehicle, every room had a/c, tv has netflix, kitchen has pots and pans but nothing else so if you want to cook you have to buy everything other then salt and pepper Check in was easy, pool was a bonus

Great place to spend a vacation. Property manager Nadia was very responsive and helpful whenever needed. Property was clean and well maintained. Driveway retaining wall was under construction during our stay which would have been nice to know but the workers were polite and courteous throughout our stay.

The view from this unit is unparalleled. Great space and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the peace and quiet at the pool.

Spectacular. This is an oasis in what seems like the middle of no where. We walked to Playa Conchal while both Playa Real (Sunsets to die for) and Playa Minas (want a white sand beach virtually to yourself) were only a few minutes by car. The pool is very refreshing and probably (86°F). Our room had it's own secluded outdoor space that had a couch, gas BBQ, glass table and hammock. The room also had it's own beach chairs (2), boogie boards (2), bikes (2) in excellent condition and a good sized cooler (for beach days). The room itself was very nice with a full kitchen, bathroom, and large Jacuzzi tub/shower. The grounds are very well maintained and the owner Andrés is all about making the place a chill vibe and he has succeeded. Make sure that you visit the pool at night to see the special little lighting touches that have been added to the gardens to make them dance with pseudo fireflies!!!! This is a lush jungle setting even in the driest of locations.

We had an amazing experience at the tree house. I am so thankful we found her listing online and decided to give it a try. I could have sat on the outdoor patio all day long watching the birds, the sunsets, and the peaceful surroundings. I loved watching the white throated magpie jays eat the papaya right off the balcony. They were so fun to watch. We loved seeing the hummingbirds and green parrots daily as well. Some evenings we heard howler monkeys and every night we were serenaded by frogs. The leaf cutter ants were also a treat to watch as they carried flowers to their house each night! Colleen provided all the information we would possibly need for the surrounding restaurants, beaches, etc. We loved Gracia the onsite restaurant and the infinity pool there. We will definitely be back. Don’t miss Coco Loco and Amigas tacos in Playa Flamingo! Also go on an excursion with Matt’s Tours C.R. Nice building in a great location with a nice pool area, quiet and just away from the city centre. Furnishings in the unit are a bit dated and blinds are see through so when the sun is up, so are you. Some great restaurants within a 2 minute walk as well.

Definitely a great place to go for a family vacation. Pools were great and warm and lots of seating around on the deck. Never had an issue finding a space to put our stuff at the pool. Grocery store was within walking distance. Beds were very comfortable and the entire place had enough space for all of us. Pool gets a little noisy in the evenings with the young kids swimming until 9pm but other than that everything was perfect. Definitely recommend!

Elodies home exceeded our expectations. The condo felt like home away from home for my husband and I and our 2 teens. It’s walking distance to langosta beach and Tamarindo. We spent most of our time in tamarindo because less rocks in the ocean. She provided excellent customer service and fast replies for any questions asked. The neighbors are all friendly and let’s talk about the howling monkeys from the balcony!!! Absolutely loved it! Our stay was wonderful and we look forward to returning

We had a fantastic time at Lynzi and Graham’s place. They were super hosts and helped us tremendously. I would give them 10 stars if possible. Their location was beautiful. Lynzi’s attention to detail was super impressive. She even helped me celebrate my birthday with a lovely birthday crown. We would definitely visit again. We definitely recommend arriving in daylight with an SUV (SPORT mode!!) . The drive at night was tricky, but Lynzi and Graham met us and helped us to the house. Beautiful view. Beautiful sunsets.
