Darius was a fantastic host and incredibly helpful. The location is great and we were very impressed with the cafes and restaurants. As we went in Feb we were keen to eat nearby and found some really good options. A special shoutout to Mädchenitaliener Italian restaurant which we kept going back to. There are two cafes in the street which serve amazing coffee. It’s an easy distance to lots of things and we walked a lot as a result. I would really recommend the place for a lovely stay in Berlin and we will be coming back.

Tino war ein toller Gastgeber, der sich gut um seine Gäste kümmert. Er hat mich unterstützt, wo er nur konnte. Durch seine humorvolle Art und die schöne Wohnung habe ich mich zu Hause gefühlt.

It’s right outside the Zionskirche, an iconic place in the trendy Mitte / Prenzlauer Berg area. A short walk to Oderberger Strasse, which is full of popular restaurants, and other “happening” streets. But no noise at all, since the unit is located in a backyard on a quiet side street. Closest public transport are various tram lines (under 5 mins), the U-Bahn at Rosenthaler Platz (under 10 mins), and the S-Bahn at Eberswalder Strasse (under 15 mins). To get to the apartment, you use a key to open the front door for the building and then a code to access the unit. Entry level is the kitchen with a large dining table. There is an upper level with a bed , desk, and fantastic full bathroom. There is also a basement level with a comfortable living room set-up, as well as a back room with an additional bed, gym equipment, and another fantastic full bathroom. Lots of kitchenware and bedding available. Natural light wasn’t a concern for me, but you do get less of it on the lower floors.

We had a wonderful time at Naveed's place. Communication and self check-in were straightforward and easy. The apartment itself was big, bright, clean and had everything we needed. The tasteful interior made it especially cozy and homey. We were also happy with the location, with the subway line U8 almost right at the building's doorstep and Hermannplatz only a short walk away. We would recommend this place to anyone visiting Berlin and hope to get to stay here again!

Wir waren zu 9 über Silvester im Haus. Alle haben einen Schlafplatz bekommen. Die Unterkunft sah aus, wie auf Fotos. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer war sauber. Das Wohnzimmer war angenehm eingerichtet. Der Garten sehr schön, wo wir Brotstock am Lagerfeuer machen konnten, was für Kinder super spannend und für Erwachsenen sehr nostalgisch. Unsere absolutes Highlight war der Whirlpool, wo wir uns am kalte Nächte in sehr warme Sprudelwasser erholen konnten. Der Gastgeber Reinhard war sehr zukommend und freundlich. Er hat bereits meine Freunde ins Haus reingelassen, als ich noch auf den Weg zum Haus unterwegs war. Das Einchecken ging deshalb wunderbar sehr zügig und einfach. Als wir nach Wäscheständer gefragt haben, wurde er in kürzester Zeit für uns besorgt. Wir hatten das ganzes Haus, Whirlpool und der Garten für uns ganz allein gehabt, sodass wir schöne Silvester feiern konnten. Wir sind darüber sehr glücklich und dankbar, dass Reinhard dies uns ermöglicht hat. Danke :)

Daniel was incredibly friendly and responsive, and went above and beyond to create additional flexibility for the dates of my booking. The apartment is truly incredible - with beautiful decor, amenities, and views! There's also loads of great cafes/bars/restaurants within walking distance. I would gladly stay there again - thank you so much. :)

Was kann man bei Bernd erwarten? - Ein kuschliges Bett, eine warme Dusche und seinen eigenen Schreibtisch... Aber nicht nur das, sondern einen unglaublich zuvorkommenden Gastgeber, ein stylisches Interior, ein blitzblankes Bad, top Anbindung, eine aufgeweckte Fellnase und ein richtiges Zuhause-Gefühl. Kann dieses AirBnB nur wärmsten weiterempfehlen!! Genau das, wonach ich für meine ersten 2 Wochen in Berlin gesucht habe.

Honestly, my husband and I have been using apt rental via Airbnb for the past 10 years and I must say that Rocio's accommodation, responsiveness, and kindness were outstanding. I enjoyed every part of the stay, it started with the smooth communication and attentiveness of Rocio, warm welcoming, clear guidelines for self-checking, and great recommendations in the area until the moment we checked out which was very smooth and easy. The apt is great and just cozy, and we felt at home right away. Also, an amazing location made our travel in Berlin such a nice experience. Everything was perfect! I highly recommend this apt. Great place to stay for our family of 5! Kids loved the play area downstairs and the baby crib and high chair were so nice to have there. Close to the U Bahn and bus stop which we took often to go into the city. Yes it is right on the street and we could hear people walking on the snowy sidewalk but it did not bother our sleep. No other noises were heard. We had a white noise machine for our kids anyway. The shower was very nice. Overall, it was great and I would recommend!

Caroline’s apartment is in a fabulous location surrounded by a variety of vibrant cafes, bars and restaurants. The apartment itself is what I’ve always imagined a ‘classic’ old, city apartment would be like and has oodles of character. It is spacious with plenty of room for four adults. The view of the imposing church from the main bedroom was amazing to wake up to every morning and the balcony is a place of peace. Highly recommend Caroline’s apartment as a base for exploring the city - 2 main tram lines pass run from close by and they link within a few minutes with local S and U-bahn stations.

It’s an absolutely gem in a convenient location. Shops and restaurants are within 5-10 minutes drive. Our hosts are very friendly, helpful and understanding. The house is well-maintained with everything we need. Kudos!

Sehr geräumiges, sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit großzügigem Garten in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Ich habe noch nie in meinem Leben so einen riesigen Fernseher benutzt :-) Es gab Brettspiele für die Kinder, der Garten bietet sich ebenfalls zum Spielen an und wir konnten dank der guten Küchenausstattung sogar Waffeln zum Frühstück backen. Es sind die kleinen Gesten, die ich schätze, wie der gemahlene Kaffee, der für das erste Frühstück schon bereit stand. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und groß und die Schlafzimmer lassen sich gut abdunkeln. Das Haus ist auch mit den Öffentlichen gut erreichbar, allerdings fahren die Stadtbusse in Werder nur stündlich. Das sollte man wissen, wenn man ohne fahrbaren Untersatz mit Kindern unterwegs ist. Der Supermarkt Netto ist zwei Busstationen oder ca 20 Min Fußmarsch entfernt. Dennoch ist die Havel-Therme nicht weit weg mit Bus gut zu erreichen und sehr zu empfehlen. Kommunikation top u freundlich auch bei Klärung eines kleinen Schadens.

We stayed in Rex’s house for a couple of days to visit Berlin. Very easy to go to the centre by tram or car. The house is spacious. We did not always understand the lights. The neighbourhood is very quiet.

Wir waren über den Jahreswechsel hier und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung ist super schön. Gerne wieder.

Das Backhausteam liegt in einer ruhigen Lage. Anschließend gleich über die Straße befindet sich eine kleine Schleuse und ein Anlegestelle für Boote. Wander sowie Radwege sind vorhanden. Im und am hause ist kein Straßenlärm. Paddelboote kann man je nach Verfügbarkeit über das Backhausteam Buchen. Das Haus war für uns komplett ausgestattet. Sonnenliegen, Grill und Gartenausstattung sind vorhanden. Bis zu 6 Personen haben genügend Platz. Wir waren zu 100% zufrieden und können es jedem weiterempfehlen.
