Very wonderful place. Well designed and functional, our company of 12 had amazing time. Beach is 2 min walking, village is 5-7 min by car. Should be noted that it is part of 5 houses compound and is not directly facing the sea, but nevertheless has a side view and a very private feeling. The person in charge - Gazi was super responsive. Overall - wonderful experience, very good value for money. Would definitely go back

We had the best time at this cosy apartment literally a minutes walk to a coffee shop, a supermarket and a decent selection of local tavernas. Our hosts were super responsive and friendly, offering local recommendations and making us feel right at home. Hard recommend! They recommended we rented a car and I’m really glad we did. The beaches with loungers and amenities are a few minutes easy drive, but probably too long a walk in the high temperatures. Tonnes of easy parking and a lovely picturesque drive from the airport! Thanks for a brilliant holiday!

The house has so much charm, it feels very informal and has great character. The kitchen was well equipped to cook, and had plenty of space. The verandah at the rear is large, and also the front porch is lovely to sit and watch the sea and the world go by. The little beach opposite is handy for a quick early morning dip and there is another one opposite a great bakery 200m to the left along sea road. Bike rental 100m along, Spetses rental. Super chill. Lovely linen and pillows! Had a great time. Highly recommend it.

Maria’s place has top quality furniture and all items in the place is top notch. I felt very comfortable. The property had fruit trees, a green lawn and its semi private beach. They provided four sun beds and two umbrellas to relax at the beach.

Great place to stay. We had a total of three people here for about two weeks. Plenty of space, had everything from soap to laundry detergent, and also plenty of fruit to enjoy. Host was very responsive and helpful with all our requests and questions.

We had a great stay at the apartment. The location was ideal and next to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and it was good to have access to the washing machine. The bed was nice and firm with plenty of linens for cold nights. We also stayed warm with the heaters in each room. My friends and I really liked the restaurant next to the apartments. If you give them a day or two notice, they will get fresh fish and lamb for a big feast. We stayed for two weeks and the hosts were very communicative the whole time. The housekeeper is also really nice and if you are staying more than a week will bring fresh towels and linens.

Lovely studio, quite with nice atmosphere, especcially in the garden, walking distance from town center. The place is well equiped for comfortable stay. Alexandra is lovely, helpful and communicative.

The house is beautifully designed and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay—whether for cooking, relaxing, or keeping warm on chilly nights. The fireplace was a highlight for us after long days of hiking and climbing. Eirini gave us a warm welcome upon arrival, which was especially helpful since the road to the house is quite narrow. That said, we managed fine with an SUV (Dacia Duster). The location is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, with plenty of hiking trails in the area. After a full day outside, it was great to return to such a cozy and inviting home. We were three adults staying for five nights on a hiking and climbing trip, and the place suited us perfectly. Highly recommended!

Sophie is a wonderful host. Though we never met her in person, she was always at help at had good tips on restaurants for us. The apartment is just lovely and really centric but not downtown un the hustle. If you want to relax this is a great place. I would love to come back. I stayed 3 nights with my teenage son. WiFi was good. Kitchen equipment is basic but enough to have a cooking for some pasta salad or breakfast. I loved there was coffee 🫶
