MERAVIGLIOSO! In un breve weekend io ed miei amici abbiamo alloggiato qui per festeggiare il mio compleanno. La casa è semplicemente incredibile. Accogliente, ci sono tanti spazi comuni grandi. È una casa vissuta e piena di personalità, nonostante il breve soggiorno ci siamo sentiti subito come a casa. Questo è il posto perfetto per chi vuole passare del tempo in tutta tranquillità con amici e parenti. Grazie mille, torneremo sicuramente!

Maria Teresa è stata una padrona di casa perfetta. Non solo ci ha fatto sentire a casa nella sua splendida corte, fornendoci tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno e molto di più, ma ci ha raccontato anche la storia della sua splendida famiglia che in quella casa ha vissuto tanti momenti importanti per la storia italiana durante la seconda guerra mondiale. Ci ha coccolato con le sue squisite torte e fatto viaggiare con la memoria nel suo territorio e anche oltre oceano, con racconti che ci porteremo nel cuore con tanto affetto. Speriamo di incontrarla di nuovo, perché le persone come lei sono un vero tesoro!

Unsere Freundesgruppe (9 Personen) hat eine Woche in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als übertroffen. Es ist wunderschön eingerichtet, super ausgestattet und bietet ausreichend Platz. Unser Highlight war der Pool, der sehr groß und sauber ist. Rolf und Livia sind sehr sympathisch und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir würden immer wiederkommen!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Solferino. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen und es war alles da, was man braucht. Leider wurden wir morgens öfter durch das Bellen des Nachbarhundes geweckt, aber darauf hat Maurizio ja keinen Einfluss und für Frühaufsteher sollte das auch kein Problem sein. Wie gesagt können wir einen Aufenthalt bei Maurizo dennoch empfehlen!

A lovely spacious house, elegantly and stylishly furnished (AB&B photos don't really do it justice). Beautiful tranquil location - apart from the Apennine wolves we heard howling one night (a definite bonus in our book). Lovely walks from the house along the river Dolo gorge, and especially recommend the Golfarone waterfall about 25 mins drive away. A 15-minute scramble upriver brings you to a beautiful pool for swimming under the waterfall. Also lovely local neighbours, who offered us homemade wine and jam. Good local restaurants. Alessandro was extremely helpful and friendly.

Sehr nette Gastgeber, die einem auch Privatsphäre geben. Saubere Unterkunft. Pool ist super schön und sauber der Garten als Sichtschutz gut angelegt. Der Hund Max ist sehr lieb. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Auto ( auch Camper) kann auf dem Grundstück geparkt werden. Und Sergio hat uns sehr gute Tipps zwecks Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben. Kommen sehr gerne wieder. We had a great time! The location of the house was for us perfect. Everything, the towns and lake garda was one hour by car. We spend also alot of reading en bbqing in the garden. If you like quiteness this is the perfect location

The place is very beautiful, clean and very large (accommodates large groups). You must have a car as it's a bit out of town. However, there is plenty of parking. There is a restaurant below which worried me, but it's a fine dining restaurant, there was very little noise. Try the restaurant below, great food.

Een geweldige tijd gehad

Maria & Ivan waren wunderbare Gastgeber einer wunderschönen Wohnung, deren Hilfsbereitschaft besonders hervorzuheben ist.

I have been to Italy several times, visited a number of cites, this was my first time in Bologna. The place is amazing - very conveniently located next to the Piazza Maggiore, within walking distance of all of the highlights of the city. The place itself was very welcoming and clean with all of the amenities provided, with care provided for even the smallest details (e.g., water, snacks). The host Fiorella was wonderful from the booking to check out. I never met her, but she seems to be a genuinely thoughtful person at heart and was always responsive. I very much enjoyed my visit to Bologna (albiet brief) with many thanks to Fiorella and the temporary home away from home.

Der Aufenthalt war perfekt. Es war sauber, modern und toll ausgestattet. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten und ausreichend Platz mit Baby. Die Waschmaschine und der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus waren für uns ein absoluter Pluspunkt. Ins Zentrum konnten wir wunderbar mit Kinderwagen spazieren. Der kleine Spaziergang zur Santuario della Madonna di San Luca war mit Buggy etwas optimistisch, aber dank Muskelkraft und Babytrage wurden wir mit einem wunderbaren Erlebnis belohnt. Der Weg ist also ebenfalls zu Fuß machbar. Insgesamt hatten wir wunderschöne Tage in Bologna und haben uns sehr zuhause gefühlt.

Laura is the perfect host. Always ready, and more than willing, to help with everything, even matters outside the scope of the stay itself. The home was nice and tidy upon arrival, and it felt like the place was properly reset from whenever the last guests left. The dog and cats are as cute and friendly as displayed, but be careful of the little striped kitty, he might attempt to wrestle with your foot if you let him. By car the location is great, as it allows you to retract from the wildness of the city once you feel like you have saturated your senses for the day.

abbiamo soggiornato qualche giorno nella struttura di Claudia e ci siamo trovati molto bene casa pulita e ordinata, host sempre disponibile e gentile. La zona molto tranquilla ben servita parchi nelle vicinanze fermata dell'autobus vicinissimo all'appartamento ci siamo trovati molto bene e speriamo di tornarci al più presto... Bologna come sempre bellissima 😀

I can’t say enough good about this stay. Marco was there to meet us and show us around the apartment. Pia followed up with a message to check on us the next day. The home had everything we needed to make our 3 night stay perfect. The location is great, easy walking throughout the city and just a few minutes from the train station. I would highly recommend Casa Adriana.

Nous avons passé un sejour de rêve. L acceuil d Enzo et Anateresa et leurs amis etait formidable .Ils ont été attentifs a tout et tellement gentils . C'est une maison ou on se sent comme chez soi et proche de beaucoup de jolies villes a visiter : Carpi Verone Sirmione et le lac de Garde et Mantova . Nous adorons l Italie et depuis notre rencontre avec Enzo et Anateresa on a juste hâte d' y revenir Jean paul e Brigitte

We loved our stay at David's place near Comano. Beautiful surroundings with authentic feel. 7 of us were very comfortable. Loved the deck and the pool. Gorgeous town with cafe right across!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questa casa in montagna. La zona è tranquilla e immersa nella natura, perfetta per chi cerca un po’ di relax lontano dalla città. La casa era estremamente pulita e accogliente, dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Ci siamo trovati benissimo grazie anche alla disponibilità e gentilezza dell’’host. Consigliamo vivamente questa casa a chiunque voglia godersi una pausa rigenerante tra le montagne!

Nos encanta la naturaleza y La Reserva se adaptaba perfectamente a lo que buscábamos, un lugar tranquilo donde relajarnos después de visitar ciudades de alrededor. Giacomo es un anfitrión genial. Resolvió todas nuestras dudas con inmediatez, nos dio flexibilidad y autonomía para la entrada y salida, además de sugerirnos algunos sitios para comer. La casa está muy bien preparada para el frío con ventanas de PVC, hidro estufa de pellets como sistema centralizado de calefacción y caldera automática para agua caliente. Todo ello son perder el encanto rural. El acceso no es fácil (la carretera es muy empinada y estrecha, con un tramo final sin asfaltar), pero con las indicaciones que facilita Giacomo con antelación, se llega sin complicaciones... Pero eso sí, si conducir por carretera de montaña no es lo tuyo, mejor deja que otros disfruten de La Reserva de Adriano. De lo contrario, como nosotros, te quedarás con ganas de repetir.

Alloggio confortevole con possibilità di parcheggio privato a circa 100 metri dall’abitazione . Ilenia persona disponibile e precisa nei dettagli richiesti con ottima velocità nei tempi di risposta. Alloggio vicino L’aereoporto con qualche bar nelle vicinanze

Per me L’alloggio del Sig.Tommaso è la prima preferenza quando devo alloggiare nei paraggi. Un ambiente accogliente, dotato di qualsiasi comfort, comodità ed accessorio. Davvero un piacere ogni volta che ci torno. Tommaso è inoltre un host altamente premuroso e disponibile. Non potrei consigliare alloggio migliore.

Spazio ampio, sia interno che uno splendido spazio esterno (da sfruttare principalmente in estate). Posto molto isolato, ottimo per rilassarsi.

I was here for the second time,I really liked it, it was a very good place to get away from the bustle of the city and enjoy nature. Easy to discover.
