This was our 2nd stay in the last two months and will be staying here again in the future. Great location, clean and the kitchen is well appointed. It’s perfectly sized for me, my wife and 1 yr old son and reasonably priced. Richard is a very accommodating host and is on top of it. We look forward to our next visit. Thank you, Richard.

Kris and Bob’s hilltop apartment was so cute and the views were immaculate! Caught them on their walks a few times and they were very kind. Apartment does have a sky light so no sleeping in around here to miss these wonderful views ;)

This is such a fantastic location! You can see the bay from the patio & so close to the beach!! We walked or Ubered everywhere… which was cheap 🙂 Lots of natural light with all the windows & the temp inside was perfect with the fans provided. Love the live plants inside too 🪴 .. so homey, comfy & clean. We had such a great time 🌊☀️🏖️

This spot is perfect for a group visiting Pacific Beach. Super close to the beach and all of the awesome restaurants and bars that surround it. This spot was great for hanging out at during down time, and was a great home base for our beach-going weekend. I would stay here again in a heartbeat while visiting PB!

Perfect location for a perfect week. We rented a car and explored La Jolla, Torrey pines, and other areas, but the area has plenty to do without a car as well. You can rent some rollerblades or a bike next door at ray’s rentals for the week for a fair price

Amazing stay! The place was clean and so close to the water. Host was friendly and communicative. Really can’t beat the location for the price!

The host and the place was amazing, we loved how spacious and how clean the place was. The only xomplaint that I have would be the parking and safety of neighborhood. It's hard to find parking on street..

Kevin's place was quiet and peaceful . It's a little smaller than I thought, but it was clear that Kevin put a lot of care into keeping the place clean and comfortable.

Was perfect for our weekend soccer getaway. Very centrally located to beach, SoCal soccer fields, The Flower Fields at Carlsbad, Upick strawberries at Carlsbad and Windmill Food Hall were some of the attractions we enjoyed. Everything was clean. Could definitely hear the freeway traffic when door was opened but the construction of the home did block out most of the noise. We appreciated the white noise maker that was provided. Would definitely stay again.

Really enjoyed staying at Rich and Ruby’s Airbnb. The location was extremely convenient, with many restaurants and things to do nearby. The space was clean and had everything we needed.

Such a lovely and comfortable apartment. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs, we cooked several meals. The neighborhood is pleasant and quiet. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. About 30 mins to san diego downtown and airport. Similar price to a hotel room and 4x the space. The shower is grand! Hosts were lovely. Thank you John and Laura.

The place is perfect for two people. I loved all the natural light in the place. It's only a 1 block walk to the bay and the boardwalk and from there you can follow the boardwalk to the beach. We would stay here again for sure.

Fatima’s place was excellent for a quick weekend stay. We found it very private, safe, and easy to get to/from the airport. The private outdoor area is nice too.

This place was great. Amazing location right off the 5, clean and quiet! Dave was a wonderful host, communicative, kind, and made check-in and out a breeze. The Cardiff Seaside Market is perfect for grabbing lunch for the beach. Thank you so much! See you next time!

We've been staying in this complex many times and in different units. Steven's condo is clean, modern and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Steven communicated his favourite restaurants and stores with us and even though we've been to Oceanside many times, we discovered some new spots (especially the churro's were delicious!).

We loved our stay in Mission Beach! Perfect for both relaxing and having fun on the boardwalk. The private hot tub was a great amenity to come home to every night in February, when the ocean is still too cold to swim in. The home is tucked away in a cute alley of beach houses and relatively private for being in such a bustling area. We would love to stay again!

Great location. It's near a surfer beach, but if you're comfy with the ocean, it's a great hang. Also, within about 10m of the main La Jolla Beach which is superb. Cy has all your needs for a great beach stay: boogie board, umbrella, towels, chairs, sand mat, toys. Close location to some decent food. Cy communicates quickly and thoroughly, but otherwise stays out of your way. Place was very clean with a cool shower head. Neighbors in the apartment were very friendly as well. Would absolutely recommend for a beach stay.

Bryan’s space was beautifully updated, full of high end features, and in a wonderful area of San Diego, close to the beach and lots of local neighborhood restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated Bryan’s prompt responsiveness, friendliness, and flexibility. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

This was a last minute staycation and the hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The unit was clean and well stocked. Large bathroom with a great tub and steam shower. The property has a few dining choices and is nice to walk around. Very safe and quiet area.
