ottimo alloggio perfetto per compagnie di amici o famiglie che vogliono trascorrere bel tempo assieme . Super spazioso pieno di passatempi da svolgere con campo da pallavolo bocce calcetto e il portico con tinozza e sauna top . sebastiano super gentile e disponibile .

Gilda er meget imødekommende, svarer super hurtigt på ens henvendelser og meget hjælpsom. Boligen ligger 7-8 km. fra skilift i Buffaure, som forbinder dig til Belvedere/Sellaronda. Gilda kom med gode anbefalinger til skileje og lokale oplevelser. Boligen ligger smukt, der skal køres af lidt smalle bjergveje. Parkering 100 meter fra boligen. Værdi for pengene og meget behagelig vært. Vi kommer gerne igen.

We hebben met in totaal 4 stellen (2 kids) de twee grote appartementen van Arthur gehuurd. We hebben een top week gehad! De appartementen zijn heel ruim en doordat ieder stel een eigen badkamer heeft was er veel privacy! Ook genoeg ruimte in beide appartementen om met iedereen te kunnen tafelen/bij elkaar zitten. Op loopafstand van de piste (sleeplift Nives). Er is bergruimte met verwarmde elementen voor skischoenen in de garage, maar wij kozen ervoor onze spullen in het depot naast de skilift te bewaren. Op loopafstand van het dorp, de supermarkt, restaurants etc. Eén van de badkamers is recent gerenoveerd, op de foto’s is nog een oude badkamer met bad te zien maar dit is nu een hele mooie nieuwe badkamer. Arthur is een zeer vriendelijke host, hij reageert snel en is zeer behulpzaam. Kortom, we hebben een topweek gehad en hebben voor volgend jaar weer geboekt!

Le logement est parfait, je recommande fortement. La vue est magnifique et le jacuzzi est trop bien, tout est beaucoup mieux que sur les photos. Nous n’avons manqué de rien. On reviendra surement, merci !!

Wer eine vergleichsweise bezahlbare Wohnung in der Gegend um die 3 Zinnen sucht, die sauber ist und in perfekter Lage liegt, dazu über eine tolle Aussicht vom Balkon verfügt UND die Möglichkeit bietet, einen tollen Pool zu nutzen: der ist hier richtig. Wer hingegen in einer top ausgestatteten, modernen, modischen Wohnung urlauben will, mit neuen Möbeln und frischen Bädern: der bleibt lieber fern! Wir waren dort gerade richtig. Einzig eine zweite Bettdecke im „Ehebett“ ist vorteilhaft. Danke

Ho passato tre giorni nello chalet e devo dire che ci siamo trovati veramente benissimo, il posto é interamente nuovo e arredato benissimo, la spa una chicca. Consigliatissimo

Le logement était très propre, le plus propre que nous avons loué ! Le lieu est de toute beauté, le ski de fond magnifique. Il manquait d’instructions par rapport à certaines choses, salle de lavage, gestion des déchets, etc. Nous avons dû poser plusieurs questions. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et nous aimerions beaucoup y revenir !

We were overwhelmed by how fantastic the apartment was. 300 years old and looks brand new. Great bathrooms and more importantly very comfortable beds. When back in Brez or anywhere near Val di Non we will stay here with our large family. We had 6 people and we were all comfortable. Thank you.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit bei Laura. Das Appartement lies keine Wünsche offen und ist die perfekte Ausgangslage für Ausflüge. Würden wieder kommen :)

Très beau logement , très propre , bonne literie , Domenica super agréable et super réactive pour toutes informations . Les photos ne sont pas représentatives car le logement est beaucoup plus joli en réel que sur les photos . Je conseille vivement 😀

Alles super sauber, tolle Kommunikation mit den Gastgeberinnen und vor allem eine wunderbare Lage mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick aus dem Balkon. Wir haben die Zeit in der Wohnung sehr genossen und hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank dafür!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno molto piacevole. Sergio e Lisandra sono stati accoglienti e molto disponibili. L'appartamento è ben arredato e con ogni tipo di comfort. Situato in una zona molto tranquilla e con parcheggio comodo. Ha una splendida vista sul Castello di Avio. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, extrem sauber und schöner Blick. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Einziger kleiner Punkt war, dass die Bezahlung der Ortstaxe entgegen der Vereinbarung erfolgte. Dies hat jedoch keinen Einfluß auf unsere Bewertung. Die Wohnung ist definitiv weiterzuempfehlen.

Sehr schöne kleine Wohnung mit Terrasse und Seeblick. Die Nähe zum See ist perfekt. Molina ist ruhig und nicht so voll. Wer den Pool nutzen möchte, sollte erst im Juli anreisen. Wir haben dank der Guest Card oft die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel genutzt, um in die größeren Städte zu kommen. Tolle Gegend, super Badesee.

Ein schönes, gepflegtes und sauberes Residenz . Das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Ideal auch für junge Gäste.Zentral und mit Hoteleigene Garage dennoch eine sehr sichere Gegend. Nicht weit von die kleine Stadt Malcesine. Ideal für einen Garda Trip oder sich zu entspannen. Wir besuchen dieses Residenz auf jeden Fall wieder.

If you want a get-away-from-everything holiday; this is your place! Andy and Sabine are excellent hosts, communicating very clearly in advance and during our stay, taking the time to go the extra mile and sort out issues quickly and in a friendly way. The piece de resistance of this property is the outdoor pool, which is simply magnificent. We also used the bread delivery service and this was also appreciated and made a good start to the mornings!

La villa Angelica est magnifique. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec nos 2 enfants. Ils étaient ravis de la piscine et des activités proposées :)

Thank you so much. We had a fabulous week in Riva and loved the apartment. It was really clean, walking distance to the restaurants, lake, main town and all amenities. We all loved the swimming pool, especially the children and enjoyed the atmosphere of the apartment complex. We will definitely be back! Grazie mille!!

Very well equipped property - inside and out - with beautiful views. Clean and spacious with a good layout - 8 of us could readily come together (socialising / meal times) or find some space (quiet time / relaxation) as required. Flexible windows and shutter options enabled good airflow, but it was hot at night with no air con. Check in was a bit of a faff - having to find the location to pick up keys and then having to find the property itself. (We didn’t help ourselves by arriving late, and the video directions were helpful.) Good selection of local restaurants - all busy - with good variety of food, and really friendly staff. Shuttle bus wasn’t worth taking (we got down to the lake and decide to go straight back to the villa!) but the driver was friendly. Any criticisms above were minor and mentioned for a complete and honest review - none would put us off considering staying again and we’d love to go back to the property & area again.

We had a wonderful stay at Conny’s place. Just a short walk into Malcesine to access an abundance of restaurants and shops. It was also very convenient for the bubble upto Monte Baldo and the boat across to Limone! Apartment was lovely and had a homely feel with (literally) everything you could think of in the kitchen. The view and balcony really made our trip as the weather wasn’t great but as the balcony is covered we spent a lot of time reading when looking over the lake! We would really recommend this place!

Der Carlo ist ein nette, sympathisch und freundliche Mensch. War super, alles sauber, ruhig. Tolle Lage. Also wir kommen wieder. Ich werde weiter empfehlen. 👍🏾👍🏾❤️👌
