Vito è un ottimo host, paziente e disponibile. L'appartamento ha una vista insuperabile e c'è tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno di ogni tipo di periodo. Usare l'auto in costiera durante la settimana di Ferragosto è complesso, soprattutto circa il parcheggio. siamo sempre riusciti a lasciare la macchina davanti all'ingresso grazie alla disponibilità di Vito, ma un posto dedicato ci avrebbe fatto molto comodo. Ovviamente questo avrebbe fatto aumentare il costo del soggiorno che invece abbiamo trovato corretto. A parte questo, tutto il resto è stato perfetto e consiglio questo posto da sogno a chiunque voglia visitare la zona.

Vacanza positiva su tutti punti di vista come da recensioni precedenti,abbiamo fatto colazione sempre a casa , ottima pasticceria vicino a casa cosi' ne abbiamo approfittato per stare più tranquille e comode , zona super silenziosa

super clean and well equipped place! we super needed a washer dryer and after using Google Translate to figure out how it worked it was amazing! we had two great nights of sleep before taking off on the ferry tube we'll see thano comma as well as being able to walk to the centro stories and have pizza at pizzeria Brandi was awesome. 1.5 miles to Port. the location was convenient but they made it surroundings were less than interesting to say the best and some might feel like they were undesirable period we're pretty easy going. the routine to actually get booked, verify your identity, and then get into the place is quite complicated and a little off-putting to be honest period although in the end if you just trust the process it does work

Beautiful apartment with fantastic view, very commode and clean. Love drinking coffee with view to the Golf of Sorrento and Vesuvius. The private parking lot is a very essential extra for Sorrento. The place is 10 minutes walking to the nearest stop of the local buses, 15-20 minutes to the railway and SITA bus station. Hint: you can "hitch hike" the hotel minibuses of Art hotel Paradiso and Hotel Cristina.

Easy access close to everything you need , restaurants , grocery just next door , old town about 5-10 mins yes away, right buy bus station. Host very communicative and available , easy check in and out . Spotless apartment , newly renovated. We had a blast !

Maria’s place was impeccable, she was very helpful whenever we had questions and helped us get food after a long day of traveling. The views were amazing and sunrise on the balcony was one of our highlights! Would absolutely stay here again.

Tolle Unterkunft, perfekt für 3 Gäste. Alles war sehr ordentlich und sauber; die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Marco hat uns einige Lebensmittel und Getränke zur Verfügung gestellt was sehr hilfreich war für die Ankunft. Die Terrasse mit Aussicht auf das Meer und auf Ischia ist toll zum Frühstücken. Was man wissen muss; zu Fuß ist es eine gute halbe Stunde zum Porto und zum berühmten Fischerhafen, was mit engen Straßen und viel Verkehr manchmal etwas stressig ist. 2 Strände sind allerdings auch in ca. 10min Fußweg zu erreichen. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Ubytování jsem objednal na poslední chvíli, přesto byl byt krásně připravený - vše uklizeno, čisto a zatopeno. Byt má obrovskou výhodu v uzamykatelném atriu, kde jsem si nechal kolo. Hostitel byl velmi milý a přizpůsobil se mým časovým požadavkům na příjezd i odjezd. Určitě doporučuji.

The hosts did all they good to support an enjoyable, hassle-free stay. The check-in was smooth and very flexible. The hosts were immediately responsive and helpful when unfortunately there was a drainage problem in one of the showers. And the place is as shown and very comfortable, in a top location. We all slept very soundly on comfy mattresses. Thanks for a great stay, we'd happily come again!

What a gem! The apartment was lovely and cozy! perfect for 2! The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the linens were crisp and clean white. The location is right in the heart of a lovely street bustling with restaurants and shops and cafes! I would definitely not hesitate and book this place if you’re a 1st timer visiting Ischia or a regular visitor. Thanks for the great response and communication Vito! and for your father coming to check on things. A super bonus is having laundry accessible while you stay. The house it's perfectly located, with multiple choices to reach It, sub, bus or with car, It's pretty near of everything, you can perfectly go walking to every part. The house was clean and was like the description and photos. Also, Fabrizio is a pretty thoughtfull landlord, he sugested us a lot of places to go in every season and purpose, without doubt, if I come back to Naples, I'll go with Fabrizio.

We had an exceptional stay at this beautiful beachside property in Sorrento. The location was perfect—just steps away from the beach, with stunning views of the coastline. We are coming back here every year !! Love this place . Salvatore could not be more helpful . Nothing was a problem. Marina grande is the most beautiful little fishing village and only a beautiful 10 min walk to the centre of Sorrento . But we only left marina grande once !! Salvatore’s place is pristine , everything was 5 star . Not one negative. Also I stuffed up my train times but Salvatore spotted it and helped rectify transport for us ,

Notre séjour a été parfait en partie grâce au logement de Daniela! Il est vrai que l'on entend beaucoup la rue mais... c'est Naples! Ça fait partie de l'immersion. Je garde précieusement le contact.

Sabrina greeted us and she was really kind and sweet. She was always one text message away and we always felt at home. The place is near to the metro and tons of restaurants, which Sabrina also recommended to us. I will definitely be back :) Thank you for hosting us.

Appartement très bien situé dans le centre historique de Naples proche du métro et à 15 minutes à pieds de l’embarcadère pour les îles. Le logement était propre et idéal pour notre famille de 5 personnes avec une literie confortable. Les informations fournies par Carlo étaient claires. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Naples!

Vittorio was the perfect host! He was beyond helpful & friendly, providing clear instructions as well as wonderful recommendations for restaurants and getting to the port, etc. He kindly met us at the door, and allowed us to store luggage hours before check-in, so we could begin our sightseeing upon arrival. The location couldn’t be better, and the accommodations were lovely. Just steps from the main square & port. We would definitely stay there again.

Super clean and in a great location. I will recommend Maria’s place for a really nice experience in Napoles.
