Michael is a wonderful host. He picked me up at the train station when I arrived and brought me there when I continued my journey. I had to stay longer because of busy trains and there was no hassle in extending my stay which turned out to be for better. Michael also gave me tips on what to do and where to go and even took me on a little trip around the area giving interesting info. Jacky gave me snacks here and there and it felt just like home. The place itself was quiet most of the time and just on the edge of a lively neighbourhood. Walk down the street for a minute or two and you are surrounded by many people. I think Michael's and Jacky's cat fell in love with me as she was being so noisy and clingy everytime I woke up, went to sleep and when I packed my stuff and had to leave 🥺 If you are no cat person that's no problem as they take the cat with them if you want. All in all, I really enjoyed my stay at this place and next time I come back to Hua Hin I know exactly where to go!

I had such a nice stay, check was was too easy, 10 min walk from the train station, near markets and everything you need. Beach is 20 mins walk. The room has no window but was totally fine and I was there for a week. Bed comfy, nice kitchen and everything was clean. I would deff stay again, Thanks to Will and his staff for everything :)

After booking, I was messaged my instructions and they were made very clear and concise. Very simple and smooth check-in. The surrounding area is full of many bars, restaurants, massage parlors, a 7-11, etc, were just a stones throw away. The room was spacious, the king size bed/pillows were comfortable, good wifi/AC, etc. The bathroom is a little cramped though and I had no towels in my room, so you may want to bring your own just in case. Sean was one of the co-hosts and was also staying there. He was very pleasant to talk to and was also very informative and helpful. There is a big kitchen downstairs that is fully equipped if you need to cook anything. The house is fairly quiet, and everyone seemed very respectful of others. I would definitely stay here again. 👍🏼

Tout était parfait, hôtel très bien situé, juste à côté du marché, des produits frais et d'excellents plats préparés sur place, à quelques pas de la gare et quelques minutes du centre-ville. Les chambres sont belles et propres. L'hôte est toujours joignable et réactif à nos besoins. J'ai passé un excellent séjour, merci beaucoup !

Good, very clean, comfortable bed and all newly refurbished to a good standard. Great price. Would stay again 100%.
