Ich kann diese Villa wärmstens empfehlen! Die Sauberkeit war erstklassig, der Pool sowie die Sauna waren ausgezeichnet. Insgesamt war es ein rundum tolles Erlebnis, das ich nur weiterempfehlen kann.

Das Haus war groß und es befand sich alles in der Wohnung. In die Stadt / Alstadt braucht man mit dem PKW ca 30 min. Wir waren jetzt über die Weihnachtszeit da und es war einfach nur bezaubernd. Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und zu jederzeit erreichbar. Wir danken für alles und hoffen, wieder kommen zu können.

The house was spacious, clean and contained everything we needed. The host was welcoming and helpful. Definitely recommend.

wij hadden een geweldige tijd bij Natalia en Steve. Het huis is knus ingericht. De hosts zijn aardige en gastvrije mensen. We troffen regelmatig een gezellig vuur op de binnenplaats aan. Je kunt er fantastisch wandelen met de hond. Het centrum is makkelijk te bereiken. Wij komen graag terug.

We hebben een heerlijke verblijf bij Milan gehad! Vriendelijke ontvangst door Milan en zijn familie! De gehele accommodatie voldeed aan de verwachtingen en alles was volgens beschrijving. Als ik dan toch een minpuntje moet benoemen dan is dat het zitje buiten, deze zat wat oncomfortabel maar eigenlijk mag ik dit niet benoemen want ons verblijf was fantastisch. Ga zo door Milan! Wij zullen jullie zeker aanraden bij familie en vrienden!

Všechno bylo moc fajn, určitě když bude někdy znovu možnost, ubytuji se znova. Moc hezká vila.

The apartment was perfect and communication great. The location was ideal for a family, some lovely local restaurants on the doorstep and a tram stop round the corner to get straight into the centre, although the walk in was so pleasant we rarely used the tram. Would highly recommend booking here, thank you!

Die Wohnung ist toll. Alles in Ordnung. Reinigung hätte etwas besser sein können, vermutlich war im Zeitfenster keine Reinigungsfirma zu bekommen, Jacub hat selbst gereinigt.

Very nice and clean apartment with welcoming hosts in a great location near metro and tram stations, and in walking distance to the old city.

Ubytování bylo čisté, v lednici jsme měli pivka jako welcone drink, Sergii je v pohodě chlapík. Ubytování je hned u nádraží, tak tam občas byl v noci trochu hluk, ale jinak vše dobré.

We stayed here for the weekend, it was our friends 40th birthday, we were a group of 8 lads. This is the perfect house for a group like us, perfect base to be about, plenty of rooms and plenty of space to get ready. For the money we paid it was better than I expected. It’s not a 5 star hotel but with the added extras in this place it makes it feel special

We stayed at the Presidential apartment at Charles Appartments for 3 nights over new year. Its one of 3 Xharles Appartments on a private corridor. The apartment is beautiful and just like the images on the advert. It was immaculately clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Just be aware that the bed is effectively a mattress a on the floor, so if you have difficulty getting up from that level it may not be for you. However, having said that the bed was very comfortable. The apartment is a short walk from Wensleslas Square and the Old town square. The apartment is on Charles Square with a park directly outside the apartment. Across the park is a tram stop, and metro station if you want to use the trams or metro. There is also a very handy supermarket. Overall we loved our stay at the Charles apartment and would definately recommend it as a great place to stay if visiting Prague.

Ubytování bylo čisté, dobrá lokace, prostorné pokoje, klid (nebylo nic moc slyšet z okolních pokojů/místností apod.). Dům je hned vedle hasičů, ale ani to ničemu nějak nevadilo. :)

Das Apartment war super. Ausreichend Platz, schön eingerichtet, man hatte alles, was man benötigt. Außerdem ist es super gelegen, so zentrumsnah. Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist und haben dieses dann in ein nahe gelegenes Parkhaus gestellt. Das nächste mal würde ich mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln anreisen. Der Hauptbahnhof ist gleich in der Nähe und zu Fuß zu erreichen. Aber für einen Städtetrip wirklich nur zu empfehlen, wir haben uns in unserem Apartment richtig wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation war auch super, wir durften sogar schon 12 Uhr anreisen und das Apartment beziehen. Petra ist sehr freundlich und steht für Fragen zur Verfügung.

David’s Unterkunft ist direkt im Zentrum und hat somit die perfekte Lage! Seine Unterkunft entspricht den Bildern und ist sehr sauber. Ich würde auf jedenfall wieder kommen :)

Definitely a top 5 airbnb for me! Extremely spacious and nicely decorated🩷. The location was walkable to almost everywhere in the center area. We felt very safe too! There’s space for car parking as well(4-5 cars fit). The kitchen has a wide range of amenities able to cook as well. Had a little problem with the wifi but David responded immediately and solved the problem. I would recommend it and would visit again(if available as it’s always booked out). And I had the best sleep ever, the bed was amazing 🩷

The appartement was great. Neat and well dressed. It's located near the Kafka head which makes it easy to find. Communication was pleasant and friendly. I'd recommend this place to my friends if they ever visit Prague.

Miejsce w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, czyste i zadbane. Tomas jest bardzo pomocna osobą, polecam!
