Luxury Apartment with Balcony under the Castle

Die Wohnung ist groß und mit 3 Bädern für 3 Personen sehr komfortabel. Die Lage zwischen Burg und Karlsbrücke ist perfekt, der Pin für den kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz in der Nähe hat funktioniert. Alles bestens! Die Fenster des Wohnzimmers und der Schlafzimmer gehen auf eine kleine Straße mit Bars und Cafés. Sehr hübsch aber nicht ganz leise, wohingegen das zweite Schlafzimmer das Fenster Richtung Innenhof führt, hier hört man gar nichts. Nachdem sich die Rezeption direkt neben der Wohnung befindet, war der Check-In total professionell und einfach. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

David ha sido muy amable y siempre con informaciones muy claras sobre todo. Creo que puede haber un locker o trastero donde se pueda quedar la mochila caso las gente llegue antes del checkin. La región muy cerca del Centro, recomiendo y volvería pronto.

It felt just like home. It is close to tram, so transportation is easy, 30mins to center. The place was clean, private toilet was included and cleaned. They had really cute gifts for us. If you rent thşs place, check out the info pages on the table for the gifts. We loved this place and we are really sad Iwe could not stay a bit longer.

Top Old Town location, modern 2 bedroom flat

Unit had no hot water and was unable to be fixed for a few days; for our last night the Property Management company moved us to a beautiful unit with working hot water as a last minute opportunity. They provided transportation for us to this new unit and the train early the next morning which was a thoughtful gesture to accommodate the difficulty. The apartment is Safe, Beautiful, Quiet, and above yummy food options. It would have been perfection with running hot water!

The place had an amazing location, and the receptionist was kind and sweet, which truly makes a difference as most tourist places/attractions lacked of human warmth when it comes to service and hospitality. The place has literally everything you need. Pretty great. The only con were the blankets which are not large enough, but that is just a personal like I suppose. They even had coffee for you at the place! Very happy with this find :)

Triple Prague Castle Room in the historic center

Excellent room with classic decor, centrally located with great views of Prague Castle. The staff were welcoming and had some great ideas of things to do with a child. Hotel is quiet though it is right near a tram stop due to the double windows. A/C worked fine in August. Bathroom is huge with a massive tub, Egyptian theme and bidet! Elevator worked great though it does stop in between floors so you have to walk up or down a flight. Breakfast is worth avoiding. All in all an excellent stay for the cost and a great location.

Отель - в центре, в шаговой доступности метро, расположение очень удобное. Приветливый персонал, если кому-то важно- общение на русском. Чистый номер, есть всё необходимое. Вкусные завтраки - шведский стол, европейский, яичница, сосиски, помидорки-огуречки-перчик, кофе, сок, выпечка, колбаска-сыр, есть даже шампанское. Есть возможность оставить багаж, если после выезда из отеля у вас рейс, к примеру, поздно вечером и вы хотите целый день провести в городе.

To All Perspectives Guests, I can truly say that The King Charles Hotel is situated in an ideal location in the immediate heart of the city, yet in a wonderful working class neighborhood with all the flavor that provides. The Hotel itself is magnificent! It is charming, highly livable, well decorated and incredibly well equipped. I could not think of anything I would add. It’s always great to start the day with an over the top breakfast! Choosing a Hotel abroad is always a challenging endeavor. Staying at The King Charles, is by far, one’s best solution!

Despite some initial communication issues, the front desk clerk was sympathetic, empathetic, warm and incredibly kind and communicated with management to ensure the issues were resolved and went above and beyond to compensate me for the inconveniences! And I really appreciate their professionalism, warmth, and kindness and working to resolve the issues! It warmed my heart and made me feel special.

We had a wonderful stay at Alex's place! The location was great, it was right next to a tram stop that took us into Old Town. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. They had great communication and were very helpful! We would definitely recommend staying here!

Дуже сподобалося перебування у помешканні! Заселили раніше, це було просто чудово з дороги. Ключи забирали на рецепції, що була недалеко від помешкання, там оформлення і вказівки щодо перебування. жили на 4 поверсі, є ліфт. в наших апартаментах вікна виходили у малесенький внутрішній двір і на окна інших квартир. можливо, якщо ви хочете вікна з виходом на вулицю, то треба це уточнювати. в квартирі було все для комфортного перебування. Зручна ванна кімната з пральною машиною. Чудова кухня з необхідними приладдям (тостер, чайник, кастрюлі, сковорідки тощо). зручне широке ліжко , спати було дуже комфортно. в квартирі тепло та уютно! щоденне прибирання і заміна рушників. це теж дуже зручно. поверталися в чисту квартиру! щоб хотілося б додати, так це, цукор, чай , каву та сіль в стінках. купляти пачки для перебування в декілька днів було незручно, а якби були маленькі, то було б чудово) але це дрібниці. Загальне враження - дуже сподобалося у вас! Буду радити друзям!!

This was our first visit to Prague and the apartment was exactly in center city about 30 steps from the Astronomical clock. The location was perfect, numerous restaurants within 5 minute walk and many shops nearby!! We loved the very large apartment and view from our window over the square. We highly recommend Helena's place. It was warm and inviting with space to spread out. Thank you Helena! If we are ever back in Prague we would stay again!!

This was a great accomodation for my stay in Prague. If you are travelling by car they provide parking and you can spend your trip using the tram system which is not far at all. Hannah and Trong were the most amazing hosts. They were always helpful and very happy people. They were the highlight of my stay in Prague and if I come back to this city I will definitely stay with them again. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Great Hotel with a great room. Staff was very nice and check in was easy and fast. They never responded on the Air Bnb App so I would recommend calling them instead of using the air bnb app. The front door can be challenging to find. There is a sign but the front door is almost disguised into the wall looking like most of the other doors but once you find it it's not easy to miss. All in all I would stay here again!
