The apartment was clean, check in was quick, everything went well. Location was great and everything went well. Communication was also very easy and the hosts provided us with everything we needed. I highly recommend this place!

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, jedoch nur wenige Gehminuten von einer U-Bahn- und Bushaltestelle entfernt. Auch eine Billa-Filiale sowie mehrere Restaurants befinden sich in der Nähe. Das Apartment ist modern eingerichtet, gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail dekoriert. Es bietet zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zum Entspannen – ob im Sessel, auf dem Sofa oder draußen auf der Terrasse. Auf der Terrasse laden eine Hollywood-Schaukel, ein Grill und stimmungsvolle Beleuchtung zum Verweilen ein. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich vorbereitet. Kornelie hat uns sogar eine Vase mit frischen Tulpen hingestellt – eine schöne Geste, die den ohnehin schon einladenden Aufenthalt noch besser gemacht hat. Die Küche ist großzügig geschnitten und bestens ausgestattet – sehr gut zum Kochen. Das Highlight für unsere größeren Kinder nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt war der riesige Fernseher mit vielen Streaming-Möglichkeiten. Kornelie ist äußerst freundlich, und hilfsbereit.

We stayed at this place for 1 month with 2 middle size dogs. Everything was perfect - central location 10 min away from big park to walk dogs, cafes, bars and grocery shopping. Very comfortable apartment with great view. We felt like at home, thanks for hosting

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Jurij. Il a été réactif lorsqu'il nous manquait des choses ou que nous avions des questions et s'est toujours rendu disponible. Le logement est facilement accessible avec les bus 145 ou 152 depuis l'arrêt de métro/tram Kobylisy (métro C notamment). Le logement se trouve entre les arrêts Libenska et Cimice. D'ailleurs, du côté de l'arrêt Cimice, vous trouverez une petite superette ouverte de 6h à 23h ainsi qu'un ATM et une pharmacie. Pas loin il y a un Albert où vous pourrez faire vos courses jusqu'à 21h et pas loin de l'arrêt Repinska (avec le bus 152) vous aurez un Lidl. Si vous avez des enfants et que vous voulez allez au zoo ce sera également facile d'accès en prenant le bus 235 pas loin (arrêt Repinska). Le logement est situé dans un quartier calme et sécure. Il est très bien équipé y compris d'un grill intérieur très pratique pour faire cuire viande ou légumes rapidement pendant qu'on grignote des cacahuètes !

Pavel es un anfitrión magnífico, buena comunicación y disposición inmediata ante cualquier duda. La casa es tal como se muestra en las fotografías, bien equipada y con una buena calefacción para el duro invierno de Praga. Está situada en una zona residencial muy tranquila y agradable, con todo lo necesario cerca. A unos cientos de metros de la casa hay un LIDL y la parada del tranvía. Cogiendo el tranvía número 2, estás a 7/8 paradas del centro. Gracias a la amabilidad de Pavel, el último día pudimos dejar las maletas todo el día en la casa y recogerlas a media tarde. En caso de volver a Praga repetiríamos sin ninguna duda.

Vaclav a été bien arrangeant sur notre arrivée, et comunicatif 🙏. Logement ne manquant de rien, voir même plus, bien placé sur Prague. Quarter calme. Le logement est à 5 minutes à pieds de l'arrêt de bus 137, qui amène en 10 minutes au centre ville, c est top. Merci pour votre accueil.

Stayed here for two nights during a road trip from Italy to Finland. The location is excellent — quiet enough to have a good night’s sleep, but a short walking distance from main attractions. A number of pubs, resraurants and grocery stores close by. The loft (upstairs) has a good ceiling height; at 6’2’’ we managed fine. Downstairs can get a bit humid during rainy days and there is a trace of mildew; however, we did not find this a problem. We recommend NOT to arrive by car. Parking provided by host is safe, very close to the apartment and convenient, but expensive. Contrary to some reviews, we prefer checking in by meeting the host; I found the messaging/calling less stressful than using an e-portal. But again, YMMV. All in all, we RECOMMEND this place and would personally re-book it.

Super schönes, ruhig gelegenes Haus, mit einer top Anbindung an die Praguer Altstadt. Julia ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

We really enjoyed our stay in Adela's fantastic flat! We felt at home, listening to old records of Ella Fitzgerald while drinking an excellent coffee, enjoying the cozy atmosphere of the place. If you seek a place with a soul, Adela's flat is a must! The neighbourhood is great, with a lot of restaurants, nice bars and cinemas. It is easily connected by tram to the city centre, but you can also walk through the park and get there in 30 minutes. Long story short: don't miss the opportunity to stay in Adela's place, it will be a strong added value to your trip in Prague!

Alles war super, vorallem Oersonalhilfsbereitschaft. Alles ist sehr luxuriös aufgebaut. Was tatsächlich fehlt ist eine Waschmaschine und wäre besser wenn das Pool beheizbar wäre, sonst war alles sehr gut organisiert.

L’appartement a dépassé nos attentes tant sur sa localisation (centrale, proche du métro et tout ce qu’il faut à côté) que sur la qualité des prestations. Notre séjour était parfait. Les enfants et les parents ont autant apprécié! Merci

great stay! parking free. comfy beds. clean linens and towels. table in main room and mini fridge. only thing was quiet hours listed as 8am and kid toy area not open until 9. anyone with kids understands it can be hard to not use this area before this time as we get ready for the day, or while getting breakfast going being next to kitchen. But I'm so thankful there is a kid area! I'm glad we saw that kitchen is on a different floor and you need a key and lock to access it. With kids this isn't the best when you need snacks, but it works. otherwise we had a fantastic stay! We walked downtown for breakfast or train/bussed into Prague. Walking is good. The price point was right on for us. Next time I think we'll try for two families staying in the upper apartment. there's enough space and enough beds. Great stay! The studio is located at a quiet residential area, it is cozy and well-equipped. Marcela is friendly and easy to communicate with. I really enjoyed my stay, recommended!

We had a lovely stay. The flat is very well located, spacious, cosy and with lots of natural light. The heating worked well and there’s good noise cancelling. Everyone was lovely and helpful. The caffe located under the flat is really good, with delicious and varied breakfast options, which is a great perk!

Staying at Barthold's place was an absolute pleasure. The apartment is spacious and beautiful, with all the needed things. It has lovely paintings on the wallss, big windows, and everything that you need - so it feels instantly like home. The apartment is 3 minutes walk from a beautiful park - where I did daily walks, and has many wonderful cafes, restaurants and little shops in a walking distance. There is a small shopping mall 2 minutes walk - so you can get everything you need there. Many public transport lines that can take you directly to the city center, and one of Prague's most prominent museums - A delight for culture lovers. Barthold was an excellent host - very responsive and helpful for all my questions. This is an apartment I'll be returning to - I can't wait for my next visit. S manželkou jsme se ubytovali na víkend a využili nedaleké podniky, ale i blízkost MHD a snadné cesty jinam po městě. Ubytování bylo příjemné bez nejmenších problémů. Velmi příjemné bylo i podlahové topení v koupelně!

Byt je krásný, čistý, v klidné lokalitě. Pohodlný pro dospělé i děti. Přestože jsem byt rezervovala večer, majitelé ihned reagovali. Mile odpovídali na všechny mé dotazy. V případě potřeby se ráda vrátím. Doporučuji.

Naprosto paradni ubytovani, pokud jako my potrebujete byt v blizkosti 02 areny. Hlavne pokud jedete tri kolegove a potrebujete kazdy svuj pokoj a soukromi. Vsechno dokonaly. Naprosto doporucuju vsem. Jeste jednou moc dekuji.
