Had a wonderful stay at this spotlessly clean, contemporary apartment. Super comfy bed and pillows. Everything you need to self cater. Great bathroom with power shower. Great location within easy walking distance to the centre of Prague for all the attractions. Would highly recommend this apartment. The reception area was spotless and the reception staff friendly.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The location is perfect, close to everything yet in a quiet and relaxing area. The apartment itself is beautifully furnished, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were always responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Bol to príjemný oddych, všetko bolo čisté a cítili sme sa veľmi príjemne, hostiteľ taktiež veľmi príjemný pán. určite sa radi vrátime. 🥰

Looks exactly like the pictures! Great space, super clean and in Aug '24 it's brand new, so it's quiet. You need to be able to climb a ladder, because the bed (queen) is in a loft. You could sleep on the sofa, because it turns into a bed. The place has a washer- I didn't use the dryer, hung my clothes up because Prague was hot. Pro-tip: pull down the shutters at night to keep out the sun the next day, otherwise it's an oven. Winter, that might be a good thing! There's an iMac and good wifi. I liked the location -but you're not in the hustle and bustle of Prague. Holesovice is going through a development phase, so there's lots to explore and discover. Tram stop and supermarket are literally on the corner. The owner is a super nice person and easily accessible by text. Two cons: there is no air conditioning (fan in the loft helps), the cooktop range hood is not connected, so the smoke from cooking sets off the smoke alarm a lot. (there's no such thing a smoke filter Hana) not lyin' :)

L’appartamento è veramente il top per zona e confort giusti. Sono stato per un addio al celibato e penso che sia la soluzione perfetta per ospitare 8 persone. Anche Pav che ci ha accolto veramente cordiale e disponibile. Dolce di bevenuto, sauna funzionate è perfetta. Insomma Consigliatissimo

The place was absolutely cozy and nice with a great view. Despite the location isn’t too close to the main attractions it is quick and simple to get to city center by public transportation. We loved our stay here and having someone at the reception 24/7 was a plus to drop our luggage and explore the city before getting to the airport.

The location was superb and the apartment was very comfortable. We enjoyed the sauna after a cold day of exploring!

Die Wohnung war sehr schön, genau wie auf den Bildern. Einzigster Markel waren das die Bodenfliesen in den Bädern schon etwas in die Jahre kommen sind. Sonst ist die Wohnung extrem schön und alles war sauber. Die Lage der Wohnung ist direkt am Wasser. Parken in dem Parkhaus Mr.Parkit ist total einfach und man läuft nur ca. 10 Minuten bis zur Unterkunft. In weniger als 5 Minuten ist man bei der nächsten Straßenbahnstation und somit gut angebunden. Ich habe alles mit Tereza besprochen über den Chat, sie hat immer schnell geantwortet und war sehr freundlich (Deutsch gesprochen). Am Haus hat uns dann Nikita empfangen, er sprach nur englisch, was auch kein Problem war. Die Anreisezeit konnte flexibel gewählt werden und auf unsere Wünsche wurde eingegangen. All in all ein super Aufenthalt und mit einer großen Gruppe gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung von Iva ist super gemütlich eingerichtet, sehr geräumig und sehr ruhig gelegen. Wir haben im der Küche alles gefunden, was wir gebraucht haben. In direkter Nähe gibt es Mini-Supermärkte, Cafés und Bars. Zu größeren Supermärkten und zur Tram muss man allerdings ein paar Minuten laufen. Dann ist man zum Bahnhof und in die Stadt sehr gut angebunden.

Michael's place was a great base in Prague. It's a short walk from both the train station and to the heart of Old Town. It was clean, spacious, comfortable, and quiet. I appreciated the full kitchen and washer, plus all of the natural light. Wifi worked great, elevator was nice, and staff at the desk was friendly and helpful.

Todella mukava ja rauhallinen kohde! Keskustaan helppo päästä ja melko nopeasti. Petra oli ystävällinen ja kaikki sujui hyvin.

This was our second time staying in this lovely place. Would recommend for its extremely convenient location, safety and amenities. Would love to stay a third time in the future.

Great location close to museums, cafe's, Prague Main Station (train), and Prague's underground metro system. Served our group of 4 very well!

Amazing place for people looking to explore Prague but also nature around it. the place is well equiped and it feels like furniture and amenities have been selected with care and quality in mind. the place was also great for our dog and I think would be great for kids as well. If your looking for quiet and piece of mind as well as top notch wellness this place is great. The only thing that was not perfect was that a bridge was closed for construction which made the drive to Prague much longer and less comfortable (especially in severe weather conditions we had). This is of course out of Roman's control... We had a magnificent relaxing time and would love to come back!

Had a fantastic stay at Alex and Kate’s place! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. They were incredibly responsive and made everything easy. The pool table was a great bonus—we had a lot of fun with it! Highly recommend staying here.

Wir hatten ein tolles verlängertes Wochenende mit Freunden in der Unterkunft. Es war alles wie online beschrieben/gezeigt. Der Wellness Bereich war sehr schön. Bei Ankuft wurde uns alles gut und ausführlich beschrieben. Für Leute die einen leichten Schlaf haben, ist es vielleicht wichtig zu wissen, dass das Haus sehr hellhörig ist und an manchen Stellen etwar quietscht. Hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört:)

Das blaue Haus am See ist sehr idyllisch gelegen und der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen in der Natur, schwimmen im See und Ausflüge nach Prag. Wenn man den Berufsverkehr meidet, sind es nur 35 min nach Prag. Es war die besten Entscheidung für uns im Haus von Dominika zu wohnen für unsere Reise nach Prag und Umgebung. Das Grundstück ist schön und eingezäunt. Leider dürfen Hunde nicht mit an den See, aber in nur 6min erreicht man einen sogar noch tolleren See wo Mensch und hund zusammen schwimmen können. Alles in allem war es ein toller Aufenthalt. Danke an die Gastgeber.

It was really a relaxed existence in Matej and Domenika's house. An idyllic peace and at the same time a lively home where it is absolutely not noticeable if you have forgotten something at home, because nothing is missing and you have permission to feel at home and to use what the house has to offer. From the pantry, when a spice was missing, to a small but definitely nice sauna, to the sports field opposite, we were always completely happy. And if there was still a question or a special concern, Matej always responded promptly and helped. A very lovely family who was personally there to welcome us and say goodbye and provided us with tips, tricks, maps and everything we needed for a holiday in Dubiny/Velke Popovice. Thank you for everything and stay happy and healthy 😇

Нашей компании пришлось по душе это жилье. Дружелюбное общение. Приятное заселение. Всегда на связи. Чисто,опрятно,стильно и по-домашнему) Есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Рекомендую это жилье на 100%)

Das Haus ist sehr schön und sauber gewesen. Highlight ist natürlich die eigene Sauna und der Pool auf der Terrasse, welche beide einwandfrei funktioniert haben. David war bei unserer Ankunft vor Ort und hat uns sehr nett alles erklärt. Das Bad ist sehr groß und sauber gewesen. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist bequem, aber etwas klein für 2 Erwachsene gewesen. In der Küche ist ausreichend Geschirr vorhanden. Wenn man aber kochen möchte, sollte man Kochzubehör mitbringen. Da hatte einiges gefehlt hatte (Kochlöffel, Küchenpapier, Pfannen, Geschirrtuch, Spülmittel). Im Garten gab es zudem auch einen Grill (für den Sommer), da sollte man dann aber auch die passenden Utensilien mitbringen. Was auch super war, es gab von David eine Minibar mit diversen Getränken (Cola, Wasser, Wein, Bier zb 2€ etc.) an der man sich für wenige € oder Czk bedienen konnte! David hat bei Fragen auch immer super schnell und nett geantwortet. Wir würden nicht ausschließen nochmal dort Urlaub zu machen. Danke David!! ?

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 6 Personen . Wir konnten in dem Haus gemeinsam die Zeit genießen ebenso wie in der Umgebung.
