Ich kann diese Villa wärmstens empfehlen! Die Sauberkeit war erstklassig, der Pool sowie die Sauna waren ausgezeichnet. Insgesamt war es ein rundum tolles Erlebnis, das ich nur weiterempfehlen kann.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt bei Hana. Mitten im Wald sehr schön gelegen, nur auf der Straße war mehr Verkehr als erwartet, somit etwas nervig um dort mit Hunden lang zu gehen. In der näheren Umgebung kann man mit dem Auto tolle Ziele erreichen, z.B. Schlucht Amerika (Lom Velka Amerika) oder die Karlstein Burg, Prag lohnt sich als Tagesauflug auch sehr. Vielen Dank

wij hadden een geweldige tijd bij Natalia en Steve. Het huis is knus ingericht. De hosts zijn aardige en gastvrije mensen. We troffen regelmatig een gezellig vuur op de binnenplaats aan. Je kunt er fantastisch wandelen met de hond. Het centrum is makkelijk te bereiken. Wij komen graag terug.

Wunderbare Unterkunft und großartiger Gastgeber! Ich hatte eine fantastische Zeit in Prag, und das lag nicht zuletzt an dieser tollen Unterkunft! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gemütlich und perfekt gelegen. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen, alles war gut durchdacht und bequem. Ein besonderes Lob geht an den Gastgeber Lubor. Er war äußerst freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer schnell erreichbar, wenn ich Fragen hatte. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und würde definitiv wieder hier buchen. Danke, Lubor, für die Gastfreundschaft – ich komme gerne wieder!

Eine gemütliche Wohnung, mit top ausgestatteter Küche. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Katerina war immer schnell zu erreichen. Der Garten, der sich bis zum tollen Café erstreckt, ist auch im Winter beeindruckend und voller Kunstwerke. Außerdem wohnt dort eine sehr liebe Katze. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut zu finden, wenige Gehminuten zur Straßenbahn, in unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es eine wunderbare Bäckerei.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Jurij. Il a été réactif lorsqu'il nous manquait des choses ou que nous avions des questions et s'est toujours rendu disponible. Le logement est facilement accessible avec les bus 145 ou 152 depuis l'arrêt de métro/tram Kobylisy (métro C notamment). Le logement se trouve entre les arrêts Libenska et Cimice. D'ailleurs, du côté de l'arrêt Cimice, vous trouverez une petite superette ouverte de 6h à 23h ainsi qu'un ATM et une pharmacie. Pas loin il y a un Albert où vous pourrez faire vos courses jusqu'à 21h et pas loin de l'arrêt Repinska (avec le bus 152) vous aurez un Lidl. Si vous avez des enfants et que vous voulez allez au zoo ce sera également facile d'accès en prenant le bus 235 pas loin (arrêt Repinska). Le logement est situé dans un quartier calme et sécure. Il est très bien équipé y compris d'un grill intérieur très pratique pour faire cuire viande ou légumes rapidement pendant qu'on grignote des cacahuètes !

As an Airbnb owner in Hawaii, I truly appreciate what Thomas is done here. From a design aesthetic, this exceeds any other unit I have used through Airbnb in the last 10 years. His communications are usually responded to within minutes, and he is concise and knowledgeable about the unit and the city itself. The value proposition of this unit exceeds anything else that I found in the city. The unit is spacious and it’s design, including a brand, new washer and dryer and extensive elegant storage solutions for longer-term renters. The neighborhood is sublime, along to major public transport arteries that can get you to just about any other place in the city in five minutes . 12/10 impeccable execution here.

The character of the neighborhood and proximity to tourist places is tops. Right above train station made exiting today easy. An unbelievable experience--a neighbor's dog bit my hand; the dog owner took me to her mother's hospital (mother is physician) for three treatments; we became fast friends!! Amazing neighbors! Everyone most friendly. Great host, too, who helped us when we couldn't figure out the lockbox. Accommodations amazing!!

The apartment is in an incredible location. A short walk from the main tourist attractions in the old town. The apartment was very large and spacious and great for my toddler to roam around. Housekeeping came and provided clean towels mid way through the stay which was a nice and unexpected surprise. The hosts were very accommodating and provided a high chair when we checked in. It is worth noting that there is a security camera inside the unit that we were informed of upon check in that was not disclosed on the Airbnb listing description. The camera is positioned in the hallway looking toward the entry way and, unfortunately, the bathroom door. I understand the purpose of the camera is to ensure that house rules are not broken and there are not additional guests/parties happening, but it would have been nice to know about the camera prior to booking. Overall, this did not detract from our stay, and given the chance if we return to Prague we would book again!

Sin duda una muy buena elección para alojarnos en Praga. Ubicado cerca del centro pero en una zona tranquila. El apartamento coincide a la perfección con las imágenes y la descripción que pone. Mark está atento y ha sido muy amable con nosotros. Sin duda volvería a repetir 😊

My wife & I enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. The apartment was just as it was listed, clean, comfortable, bright and the price was reasonable. The host Bohumila was very responsive to all our messages when we arrived to coorinate the key exchange. We definitely will stay next time were visiting Prague.

In an era where most Airbnb apartments are synthetic, no-name IKEA stuff with no soul, this apartment was like a fresh breath of air with an authentic, very personal interior for the people living there. Enjoyed old vintage furniture, artistic touches, and old squeaky wooden floors. And it’s one of the nicest neighbourhoods – not so far away from tourist walks, but at the same time, very quiet, full of local cafes, bars and restaurants. Highly recommended!

Naprosto paradni ubytovani, pokud jako my potrebujete byt v blizkosti 02 areny. Hlavne pokud jedete tri kolegove a potrebujete kazdy svuj pokoj a soukromi. Vsechno dokonaly. Naprosto doporucuju vsem. Jeste jednou moc dekuji.

Not only was the place cozy, but charming. Simona’s attention to details (I.e free welcoming cake, beer and chocolates ) made the stay a welcoming experience. The place has a strategic location with several Trams that leave you right in front of your door, which made the mobilization throughout the city very easy. There are several restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries and pharmacies near by. All the commodities that are needed to have a comfortable stay are offered by Simona’s place. Not only would I recommend this place , but I surely will comeback.

My husband and I stayed at this Airbnb and it was great! It was clean and spacious, and very well stocked (shampoo, soap, blankets, coffee and more!). The host was also very responsive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed. It’s also very well located, roughly 10 minutes walking distance from the old city plaza.

Чудова квартира в зручному місці . Поруч зупинка,магазини. Дуже близько Автовокзал та Залізничний вокзал. Господар був привітний та дозволив заселитися раніше, що було дуже важливо для нас. В квартирі теплою, чисто,постіль чиста ,рудники чисті. Є все необхідне для проживання. Дякуємо за чудовий час проведений в Празі

It was such a great place he to stay with our twin toddlers. The floorplan is spacious, good heating in winter, and everything we needed in the house. Jan was extra communicative throughout our 3-week stay. We're familiar with the area but if you're new, he will guide you well! this is definitely a great airbnb for long stays, families with babies, toddlers, or children. Jan was extra hospitable to us regarding our twin toddlers--and we are so grateful!
