This is where you want to be! Pool large enough for short laps. The house is huge! Lucas' relatives are across the driveway and very helpful with issues. Expect some family activity, but other times completely quiet, and we had the pool to ourselves whenever we used it. Rental car needed.

A fantastic place to stay with an amazing, responsive and very welcoming host, who even offered us homemade Cachupa. My friends and I spent a week there to celebrate my 25th birthday and have the time of our lives. The house is beautiful, located in an up-and-coming area and only 30 minutes away from Kebra Canela beach and all the surrounding beach clubs (5 minutes by car/taxi). There are supermarkets and a patisserie 5 minutes away from the house, lots of taxis driving past on the main road and Palmarejo another 10 minutes with banks, ATMs, a shopping centre and other services.

Paulo's apartment had a last minute issue, and he provided us with another apartment, large, quiet and totally equipped, in the same area. the location of the apartments is in the center of Palmarejo, with everything you might need around. supermarkets, restaurants, banks, etc. Paulo was available constantly for help, and was extremely kind and helpful. thanks so much for wonderful hospitality.

Tété was very kind and helpful during the whole process. The location was beautiful overlooking the ocean and the home was well kept. Please note the bathroom only has a curtain and it is a little extra to pay for AC, but overall a wonderful experience for us! Thanks Tété!

We had an amazing stay. Paulo picked us up from the airport and gave us a small tour of the surrounding restaurants. He replies very fast and is very friendly. The house and pool were amazing.

The place is very big and looks like the pictures. The house is well located close to the beach and restaurants and supermarkets. The host was communicative and helped with additional arrangements like airport pick ups. Thank you for the stay!

Carlos à été réactifs, flexible, très sympathique, arrangent, l'appartement très propre, tout les équipements nécessaires et surtout le quartier est très sûr et bien situés pour visiter la ville et même l'île comme point de départ, il nous à même prêté son garage pour y mettre notre scooter loué. Il nous a guidé, proposé des destinations, de plus le jour de nôtre départ nôtre avions était prévu pour 00h10, il nous à permis de rester jusqu'à 20h00 dans notre appartement alors que la sortie était prévu pour 12h00, et pour vous dire sa gentillesse il nous a amené à l'aéroport au lieuxde prendre un taxi. je le recommande avec son logement à 200%

Leonardo et Susana sont des hôtes de qualité humaine. Tres professionnels et de bons conseils pour découvrir leur île. Nous avons dû partir plus tôt pour des raisons de santé de ma maman, Susana a été très à l'ecoute. J'ai été touché par son empathie. Des qualités de coeur dans un milieu professionnel, je lui dit encire un grand merci pour son soutien.

Le logement est extrêmement bien situé, avec une vue magnifique sur la mer très proche (100 m), que l'on voit depuis l'ensemble des pièces (chambres et séjour) grâce à un grand balcon défilant. Il n'est qu'à quelques minutes en voiture du centre ville de Praia (plage, quartier du Plateau, restaurants, ...). Exposition permettant de bénéficier du coucher de soleil sur mer. Luis est un hôte très accueillant et bienveillant, très attentionné. Il habite l'appartement voisin du logement loué, ce qui est très rassurant et permet une disponibilité importante. Et une grande flexibilité d'accueil car nous sommes arrivés à plus d'une heure du matin... Nous recommandons absolument ce logement ! Nicolas et Valerie de Paris

Ruhige, sichere Wohngegend. Taxis und Bus gleich um die Ecke gut zu erreichen. Große helle Wohnung mit ebenso großer Terrasse.

We had a few issues with the listing that the co-host promply resolved and even offered a better stay in another airbnb however that didn't work for us since we chose the place for the location but luckily we were able to work together to solve the issues and ended up having a lovely stay. The location is the best part, close to restaurants, hospital, bus stop and various stores! Jessica was always available to help and Kendra was attentive as well.

Premier séjour au Cap Vert et donc toute une découverte! L'appartement de Guillaume est très bien situé dans un quartier calme où il y a toutes les commodités: "alo" pour acheter sa carte sim, les "supermarket'", les restaurants et les banques sont à moins de 5 minutes à pieds. La plage de Kebra Canela est à 15 minutes à pieds avec ses bars et ses restaurants sur le sable. L'appartement est très confortable, spacieux et propre. La communication avec Guillaume est simple. C'est un hôte réactif et très sympathique. Guillaume nous a aussi rassurés sur une excusrsion décidée au dernier moment..merci. Je recommande vivement l'appartement ainsi que son hôte.

En dejlig lejlighed vi straks følte os hjemme i. Alt hvad vi skulle bruge var der. De havde tænkt på det hele og mere til. Klart et af de bedste steder vi har boet i de 6 uger vi var på kap verde.

We enjoyed staying at Sandro's apartment, everything was very organized and clean. My daughter felt right at home, she was still able to watch Netflix and we enjoyed exploring the nearby restaurant where they sell the best “catxupa, couscous, as well as fresh bread and coffee” This place is highly recommended, especially if you are traveling with your family.

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans cet appartement. À l'arrivée, il y a eu quelques petits problèmes, mais Dany les a réglés dans les 24 heures. Fantastique ! La femme de ménage venait deux fois par semaine et laissait tout en ordre. Joli nous a donné des conseils très utiles et la visite de son magasin était très sympathique. Bref, une grande réussite. Nous vous remercions.

Maria was a great host overall, fast communication and the instructions on how to get there was sufficient as long as the taxi driver from the airport calls her to get those instructions since the street has no name and the apartment has no number. Other than that the apartment is very nice and comfortable. Just $10 euros to/airport and $6 euros to the port. Recommend.

I highly recommend staying at Carlos, the flat is extremely clean and we felt super comfortable. The area is safe and restaurants nearby are delicious. Carlos is a very nice and friendly person.

Het appartement ligt in een fijne en rustige wijk van Praia. Contact was super fijn en snel. Bij aankomst zelfs even restaurantjes, bakker en winkel laten zien. Voor de kinderen was er een badje opgezet en kinderstoel aanwezig! Voor een taxi moet je even naar de hoofdweg lopen en naar de bakker is ong 10 min. Heel fijn verblijf gehad!
