Anfitrião extremamente simpático e atencioso. Tivemos um pequeno imprevisto com o funcionamento do forno, mas o anfitrião foi extremamente prestável e resolveu a situação de forma rápida e eficiente. A localização é excelente, assim como as comodidades oferecidas. Sem dúvida, recomendamos!

Très bel appartement avec vue, balcon-solarium très agréable en hiver avec vue sur les dunes et l'océan, proche des commerces de Costa Nova. Idéal pour se reposer et pour visiter les environs. Appartement grand et bien équipé, cuisine très bien équipée, literie très confortable. Excellente communication avec Ivo. Nous reviendrions volontiers.

I recently stayed at this apartment for about a month and had an excellent experience. The check-in process was seamless, and the apartment itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location near the train station was perfect for traveling around Portugal by train, and the city center of Aveiro was just a short distance away. Renato was an outstanding host, always communicative and attentive. Overall, I enjoyed my stay so much that I decided to extend it for another month!

Luis est attentionné, très réactif. Luis met vraiment du coeur pour rendre votre séjour le plus agréable possible. L'appartement est spacieux, confortable, joliment décoré. Literie large et hyper confortable. A proximité du centre ville (15'), marché couvert (5'), chemin piétonnier le long du canal pour accéder à tout cela. Vraiment nous avons passés un formidable séjour, Aveiro est une ville aux mille facettes, n'y allez pas pour 2 jours, vous le regreteriez, il faut beaucoup plus.

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt bei Carolina! In der Wohnung ist alles, was man braucht, zudem ist die Umgebung unschlagbar. Direkt am Strand mit Blick aufs Meer neben einem Leuchtturm, wir haben es sehr genossen. Es war sehr ruhig dort, nachts hat man lediglich das Meer gehört. Ein super Ort, um abzuschalten und das Meer zu genießen. Kulinarische Verpflegung + Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls nicht weit 🤗

Logement réservé en dernière minute pour 2 nuits, et c'était suffisant pour constater qu'il était très bien entretenu. On ne manquait de rien, et au-delà de ça, on s'y sentait très bien. Merci à l'hôte pour ça ainsi que pour sa réactivité par messages ! Je recommande fortement, prix accessible et environnement plus qu'agréable puisque juste à côté de la mer.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit und haben besonders die ruhige Lage direkt am Strand (an dem man kilometerweit laufen kann) sehr genossen! Die Wohnung und Ausstattung ist genauso, wie auf den Fotos und in der Beschreibung. Simone und ihre Familie waren unglaublich nett, jederzeit erreichbar und haben uns tolle Empfehlungen gegeben. Auch der Checkin/Checkout und sogar eine Umbuchung war sehr flexibel und unkompliziert möglich. Vielen Dank dafür!! :-)

Apartamento muy agradable y los anfitriones súper amables. Muy limpio y súper bien equipado, sobre todo la cocina, tiene de todo lo necesario, productos de limpieza, aderezos para la comida, infusiones variadas, café... y lo mejor, la chimenea! Apartamento perfecto en una zona muy tranquila con parking privado, muy cerca de todo lo que queríamos ver y con una enorme playa preciosa, de arena casi blanca y fina. Perfecto!

El apartamento se encuentra en una zona muy tranquila, aparcamos muy bien y tras un agradable paseo de 10 minutos te encuentras en centro de Aveiro. El apartamento estaba impecable, es muy agradable. El hecho de disponer de un dispensador de agua nos pareció un gran detalle

really great stay! large, beautiful windows that could open all around (but really good shades so if you don’t want the sunlight/anyone to see you you can close it out). private garage like they say. nice and comfy bed, big bathroom, great space! only notes.. there is a washing machine but no detergent so bring your own if you want to do laundry here, and, like most European places the shower doesn’t fully close in any way, so there was a layer of water in the bathroom after each shower which was a bit uncomfortable to step in.

Hemos pasado unos dias estupendos en la zona, en la que hay posibilidades para pasear, playa y restaurantes. El alojamiento esta muy cerca de la playa, el mercado y la calle principal. El apartamento esta ubicado en una zona tranquila y es muy acogedor, con todo lo necesario para cocinar y descansar. Elisabeth está siempre pendiente de lo que puedas necesitar.

This is a spacious, light, extremely well-equipped and spotlessly clean duplex with lovely views of the sea from 2 of the terraces, and morning sun on the other terrace which overlooks the street. It is a 2 minute walk to the beach and there are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity. Communication with Nerieda was very fluid, and check-in and out were very easy, in fact she was there to meet us and show us around when we arrived. Definitely recommended.

Nous avons passé deux semaines en famille dans ce logement qui est très spacieux. La boulangerie juste en dessous et les nombreux commerces/ restaurants accessibles à pied sont un vrai +. Antonio a toujours su répondre à nos questions et une jolie attention nous attendez . Il y a des animations et la vue mer du balcon est superbe.

Apartamento muy amplio, zona tranquila, supermercado enfrente. Muy buena anfitriona.

A Paula foi muito atenciosa durante toda a estadia, sempre demonstrando proatividade para conosco. O ambiente é super limpo e novo, tal como mostrado nas fotos. A localização também vale muito a pena! Com certeza nos hospedaremos novamente numa próxima oportunidade.

Impeccable place to spend a couple nights with someone, super cosy, the jacuzzi was the best definitely.

Location - slightly out of town, in a beautiful valley. 1 hour from Porto in the car. Supermarket 5 mins away in the car. Facilities - pool was great, barbecue area was good. Each apartment has an outdoor area to sit in, with a clothes horse to dry your things on. Shared washing machine and tumble dryer. There was enough parking for 1 car per property. Apartment- clean, great air con. Quirky but functional furniture. Host - responsive and friendly. The woman that met us at the property was very very helpful.

Our stay was joyful and relaxing. We were warmly welcomed by the host with delicious traditional bread. The area is beautiful and tranquil, surrounded by mountains and lush greenery, with the soothing sounds of nature. The garden, filled with citrus trees, was a delight, and the jacuzzi and barbecue area made our evenings perfect. Inside, the building was cozy and well-heated, with clean, comfortable beds and fresh linens. We enjoyed sunny days in the garden and even on the rainy night, the spacious kitchen was ideal for gathering. The host was flexible with check in/out and very responsive. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Todo estaba preparado, incluido el jacuzzi y las bicicletas, q utilizamos para realizar una pequeña excursión por la zona. Tanto el apartamento como la zona son sitios para repetir.

We had an amazing stay. Beatriz met us at the apartment and was very helpful providing us with tips of restaurants and the local bakery (Barra 99 - delicious bread, coffee, desserts and really cheap). The beach is a 2-3 minute walk. I’d recommend taking a windbreak. Plenty of bars and restaurants on the beach and in town. Local supermarket had everything we needed. The apartment was immaculate and had everything we could possibly need. Would highly recommend and may book again! Thank you 😀
