A fantastic apartment in a great location. It was spotlessly clean, all the linen was of a good quality. The kitchen was superbly equipped with everything you needed and more. We spent a lot of time on the lovely balcony overlooking the pool - great for wine and cheese in the evening! The pool was amazing, quiet, plenty of beds, and a bar if you wanted a drink, It was only a 5 minute walk to all the restaurants and the ferry to the beach. Sad to leave but we will return!

We’ve not stayed at a better location, highly recommended. Located just a few minutes walk from a world-class beach. A secure location within a complex that allows you to reside with others in the community, while at the same time having privacy. Every convenience and necessity is made available. The kitchen facilities are modern and very complete, all that you may need during an extended visit is provided. Manta Rota is a delightful village, we made many new friends. The hosts, Lucy and Carlos, are welcoming, helpful and friendly. They involved themselves personally to be sure we were comfortable and fully satisfied. They made every effort to ensure our stay was memorable. They have a flair for decoration and delight in creating a chic and upscale ambiance. The cleanliness, quality and decor is first rate. Facilities are modern & in top condition. Description and photos are completely accurate. Heating systems were excellent. We booked to return, which confirms our recommendation.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war sauber und ist gut gelegen. Die Kommunikation mit Tiago war problemlos.

Sono stato 2 settimane in questo apto. Mi sono trovato benissimo. Ottima posizione, ottima comunicazione, attrezzatissimo, pulito e profumato. Non si può chiedere di più.

Excellent séjour à Olhao. La maison est parfaitement située, au calme, proche de tout. Elle correspond parfaitement au descriptif, bien équipée et propre. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Such a lovely place to stay! Olhão‘s narrow streets are endless, with beautiful tiny houses (and this is in if it) and many places to enjoy coffee, pastries or dinner. The house itself has an amazing rooftop, but my personal highlight has been the bed: incredibly comfortable ☺️ Cindy and Sergio are perfect hosts, always caring and helpful with anything that comes along! Would always stay there again and can 100% recommend it 💚

La casa está equipada con todo lo que puedas necesitar. Limpieza excelente. Brian, nos informó muy bien de todo; supermercados, playas...etc. Nuestra estancia ha sido muy reconfortante. Sin duda un lugar que recomendaremos.

¡La casa de María es un lugar ideal para pasar tus vacaciones! 🏡 Fácil acceso, está cerca del pueblo y tiene aparcamiento propio 🚗 El alojamiento se corresponde totalmente con las fotos. La casa está muy cuidada y en el jardín se está muy tranquilo. Además, admite perros sin coste adicional 🐶 🙌🏻 María es muy amable, buena comunicación y rápida en contestar. We stayed at Ocean Chic 1 for the month of January and enjoyed the apartment. Rui was very responsive and always available with great recommendations. The beach is right there and old town is a short walk. Lots of good restaurants close by. We were 2 couples and enjoyed our stay very much, thanks Rui!

I was extremely happy with my accommodations at Carlos’ place. He went above and beyond to provide me with breakfast for my stay. The area was extremely safe. I wholeheartedly would recommend this place to anyone considering staying in Albufiera.

have stayed in this complex before, apartment exactly as described. Rita was friendly, helpful and very responsive to any questions. was especially thankful that Rita happily spent 25minutes on the phone to fix the AC remote (prior guest unpaired) and didn't leave until it was resolved -very appreciative of that. lovely stay and great hosts, wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

My family had a great stay. The apartment was beautiful and well equipped. The location was perfect, with just a short walk to the beach, nearby restaurants and parks for the kids. The balcony with a view of the water was a great place to sit and have a coffee in the morning. Highly recommend.

Lovely 2 bed apartment in the old town. Spotlessly clean and fantastic communication to facilitate a last minute booking. Ana, who manages the complex, and her husband, were super responsive to any of our questions or needs. As others have highlighted, the large terrace which is not overlooked by anyone is pretty special and the flat is very homely and stylish. Just to note that the shower issues mentioned in previous reviews were not an issue anymore - the shower worked very well with no issues!

The apartment was just as described. We were met at the entrance and shown around. Right over the road from Cerro Mar Garden hotel. You can use the facilities here, I’d avoid the buffet though. It’s about 100m to the top of the 99 steps down to the old town square, in a nice quiet area. You’re expected to empty the bins, wash dishes and wash the pool towels before you leave. Communication was very good. There’s an Aldi and Lidl 10 min walk away, it’s a quiet residential area, one small bar called Joseph’s nearby.

I had a fantastic (short) stay in Praia de Santa Eulalia at Irina's apartment. I visited in January meaning the complex was pretty empty, so my stay was very peaceful and relaxing. Irina's apartment has everything you need for a stay in Albufeira, walking distance to two supermarkets and quite a few restaurants and coffee shops. Beach is also at walking distance, although water was quite cold in January! Access to the apartment was relatively easy, instructions were very clear and Irina was always accessible and prompt to answer via text - thank you for a wonderful stay!

We were in Olhão in 2021/2022. At this time we saw Delmar Residence under construction. I was glad to find this AirBnb at this place. We chose it for the big dining area and salon, the chair and the sofa are incredibly comfortable. Also the balcony is a great place to gave an aperitif. We stayed one month and cooked almost every day. We did use the pool only once. It is too small and the water too shallow to really have a swim. Overall a fantastic place to stay. We will come again.
