Kurz zusammengefasst: Paulo war nett, hilfsbereit, kommunikativ. Die Unterkunft war sauber und ordentlich. Der Garten hat mir auch gut gefallen. Empfehlenswert!

Margarida was very nice and helpful with everything, the apartment is in a very nice area - you have a lot of bars and restaurants there and the sea of course ! The only problem was with the bathroom, we think it would be nice if you change the hose and shower head and take care of the roof from the shower Everything else was perfect

This (mostly?) family run business made us feel very welcome, and right at home from the moment of checking in up until the moment we had left. When we checked in Ana immediately presented us with some wonderful ideas to eat and do in the neighbourhood, which she actually enjoyed herself doing. Nice touch! We understood eachother perfectly, as fellow foodies 😃 And when we asked for some amenities that were not listed, they were able to provide within minutes! (Look, we weren't asking for a helicopter on the roof.. they were just minor things. but still!) The only thing I'm not going to miss is the hard bed, but that's just personal preference I guess 😉 Everything was clean, always. The location is within walking distance of everything we would have needed. And all that accompanied with an honest, well-meant, and broad smile by the owners. Would book again without any doubt.

A perfect location for outstanding sunsets, starry nights, local historic towns and an array of beautiful and well served beaches within 30 mins by car. A peaceful, relaxed and very safe area in beautiful grounds. The amenities were superb, comfortable, clean, everything was in good working condition. The shared kitchen was well stocked with a range of utensils and some shared basic ingredients. The barbecue and outdoor dining area was fantastic and equally suited to private dining or socialising with other guests (many of whom were repeat visitors). The pool was lovely and offered outstanding views across the region. The breakfast offered a wonderful range of fresh, homemade or local produce. The perfect holiday! But what made it truly outstanding was the warmth and care of the hosts, whose presence was unobtrusive but so welcoming to all their guests and their pets. Inspirational people, informed by international perspectives, conveying a genuine love for this beautiful country.

Descanso (que era o que procurávamos) tão perto de tudo. Espaço muito bonito e arranjado, quarto extremamente limpo e com excelente insonorização. O Sr. Pedro foi super simpático e sempre pronto a responder a qualquer dúvida. Muito obrigado.

A delightful property, quaint with plenty of space. The pool was fun with plenty of shade and sunbathing spots. We enjoyed the walk to the marina. There are small supermarkets close by. Manuel was helpful and responsive.

A sweet, perfect place! It has everything you need and is in a perfect location. Just outside of old town- quick walk to the town and beaches as well as the grocery store! We loved our stay and would definitely recommend!

O Hotel Capela das Artes é um oásis no Algarve. Situado numa grande herdade, com uma piscina exterior magnífica que até parece aquecida. Um ambiente calmo com muito muito espaço para passear. O senhor Angel é um anfitrião por excelência , mostrou-nos todas as instalações do hotel e do seu espetacular museu contando toda a história daquela herdade até ele a transformar num hotel. A Julie, recepcionistas, muito simpática e atenciosa , sempre disponível para nos ajudar. É um hotel que recomendo a 100% e por certo voltarei lá brevemente.

Nos encanto el alojamiento como tal y la habitacion. Espaciosa, con una buena ducha, aire acondicionado y nevera pequeña propia en la misma. La piscina estaba genial ya que es grande y poco aglomerada. El restaurante que hay al lado no llegamos a probarlo pero olía muy bien. La ubicación es estupenda, ademas de la tranquilidad que proporciona, se encuentra aproximadamente a 30 minutos en coche de los sitios mas populares de algarve. El desayuno estaba muy bueno, no obstante, a nosotros se nos hizo algo escaso al no haber tanta variedad de elección jejejej. Si algún día volvemos volveremos a repetir sin duda. Es una recomendación estupenda para pasar días tranquilos en algarve y estar cerca de todo. Se lo recomendaremos a nuestros amigos y familiares 😊

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Alles war sehr durchdacht und schön gestaltet. Tobias und Kristin sind sehr nette Gastgeber und haben uns herzlich begrüßt! Auch das Frühstück war super. 😊

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Oksana et Matthew. La chambre est très spacieuse, la literie confortable. Nous avons pu profiter de tous les équipements (piscine, tennis, ping pong et barbecue). La villa est au calme et le centre de Carvoeiro est à quelques minutes à pieds. Nous y reviendrons certainement !

Excelente espaço, decoração e a localização é ótima. Nos surpreendemos, uma dos únicos acesso sem descida até a praia em Portimão. Nos sentimos em casa, café da manhã olhando para a Marina e a Praia. Super indicamos e esperamos voltar!

A Carolina teve sempre a maior atenção em todos os pormenores e disponível para facilitar em tudo o que precisámos. A casa está muito bem localizada e tem boas áreas exteriores e interiores para umas férias confortáveis com espaço.

lovely villa which is great for families. we were a group of 4 adults and 2 toddlers. place was spotless and host very responsive and helpful. welcome basket for us when we arrived. pool is slightly cool but believe there is an option to have it heated. prainha village itself is nice but slightly tired looking. playground needs some updating but is a good facility to have. dining options close by are limited, but 20 minute walk to Alvor only. overall would 100% recommend

Just returned from a fantastic stay in Alvor in Jim's apartment. Jim was a fabulous host, responding quickly to any questions. The apartment is very central for everything and is a lovely space, this is a very minor point, I would suggest a couple of lamps would make the apartment just a little more cosy for reading in bed although there is adequate lighting to read above the bed but I found it just a bit too bright/harsh for reading later in the evening. The apartment was spotless and has everything you need. Brilliant shower which is lovely and powerful. The Roof Terrace is another bonus. Fabulous!
