Beautiful town house! We had a wonderful stay. The king size bed was very comfortable! Cute decorations and very cozy.

This was a fantastic stay. The apartment was clean and high end. I never heard other neighbors. We were able to walk to all the places we wanted to see. I definitely plan to come back and stay again. Perfect accommodations

Such a cozy Airbnb right off of downtown Eureka Springs! We loved the gas fireplace and all of the artwork. Very cute rental and would definitely rent again next time we’re in town.

Cute little house. Perfect for the four of us to stay for the weekend. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Quiet neighborhood although a little dark at night but there is a street light right outside the driveway. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Fayetteville.

Bruce was a great host! Beautiful space and location, and the hot tub had a nice view of the lake.

We stayed for a couple of months while relocating. We loved our stay and have good memories. There's an impressive deck right outside the entrance that we spent a lot of time on. The bed was so comfortable - more comfortable than our bed at home. The bedroom and bath were spacious and we felt like we had everything we needed. Stephanie was a responsive host and went out of her way to take care of the couple of minor problems that came up over our extended stay. Considering these things, it was also one of the better values we found in the area for this length of stay.

Josh was great and allowed some flexible date changes. He always communicated with us. House was great over all!

This was the perfect place for us. We had 10 people in our group and having the ability to all be together, without stepping over each other, was great. The houses were very comfortable, the kitchens well stocked, and the beds were amazing! Katherine was very responsive to anything we needed. We hope to return to this beautiful space in 2026.

Mit has been fantastic in accomidating us. The place we just as advertised and has been a great resource for us to stay in comfort and privacy.

Really nice home. High ceilings in the living area, light and airy. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils etc. for cooking. We slept 12 comfortably, and even though there are only 2.5 bathrooms, the overall layout makes it work with that many people. The half-bath is off the kitchen rather than the bedrooms so that works really well. There are four bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, and the main bedroom with a big bathroom downstairs. The bathroom downstairs is easily accessible to the main bedroom, as well as for people staying upstairs who can simply come straight downstairs and turn left into it. The toilet has its own door, so you can still use the sink if someone is using it. Nice big backyard, complete with a hammock or two, really big garage, plenty of outside parking as well. Nice neighborhood. Honestly everything about the listing, and our stay there, was very positive. Thank you Patrick.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely Airbnb in Bella Vista, and it exceeded all my expectations. The interior was spotless and thoughtfully furnished, with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living spaces were cozy and inviting. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds incredibly comfortable—I had the best night's sleep! From the welcoming touches to the quick and friendly communication from the host, every aspect was seamless. It’s clear the hosts truly care about their guests' experience. The location is also fantastic, with easy access to nearby trails, lakes, and all the charm Bella Vista has to offer. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking

Tonya’s house is in a great location convenient to everything ( campus, restaurants, grocery stores) but at the end of a quiet street. The house was very dog friendly and they loved it too!! Tonya was a great host and I highly recommend her place!

Very convenient location- close to every thing. Super cute decor! Friendly hosts :) A little loud at night- but that is to be expected on a busy street in a college town.

We loved our stay in Fayetteville! The condo was exactly as described. It was extremely clean and decorated beautifully. There were excellent restaurants within walking distance, as well as the beautiful trail system and the University of Arkansas campus. We found that the hosts even provided a few snacks and drinks upon our arrival, which was a sweet surprise. It was the perfect spot to serve as our base to visit our son, and we will definitely be staying here again in the future!

We stayed short notice, booking late night before our stay the following day. Michael answered questions quickly to allow us to be able to make a decision. We brought our dog, the main floor entry and patio makes it pet friendly. Supplies & amenities were included. Neighbors were quiet. Location is super easy to access, right up the street from BV Country Club & Tanyard Creek.

The location was absolutely prime. We frequent the BV area and will be coming back. The BVCC is right next door with great food, and if you are looking for a good challenging course there are plenty in the area. Well done Nels!

Great place and host

Nicole and Chris - and Gypsy Essence - are absolute gems! They are fantastic with communicating, checking in to make sure I arrived safely, quickly answered questions, and even let me know the condo was ready in case I arrived early. The condo has a cool and funky aesthetic - I particularly loved the giant school map with the stickers to mark where I traveled from! It's a quick and easy walk to downtown, and lots of food options close by. I traveled with my pup, and they had a variety of snacks and coffee stocked for me and a jar of treats for her! I also have to mention that this was the most comfy airbnb bed I've ever slept on. I'll definitely book again in the future!!
