Extremely nice host! The place was very clean, modern design and decor. Everything is there that is needed. Would stay there again. You can go wrong in choosing to stay here, you will certainly be impressed.

This place was just perfect for our weekend in Kansas City! It was close to everything, easy to find, comfortable, clean, and kid friendly! We appreciated the off-street, safe, well-lit parking area. The host, Ruth, was wonderful! Super quick to respond and very friendly. We will definitely recommend it to any friends/family visiting KC! Thank you!

This place was perfect to celebrate my MIL 80th birthday. We had 13 people and everyone had plenty of room and their own space. We rented the main area of the house/upstairs and the basement and it worked out great!

We had an amazing week at Andrea’s house. It was so beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We had a tiny plumbing issue and Andrea responded immediately and had her plumber fix it. She expressed genuine concern for how it affected us and followed up to be sure her plumber did the job well. Everything was wonderful! I would love to stay again and 100% recommend to others! Our family really enjoyed our stay! You can tell a lot of thought was put into this place to ensure a great stay and we really appreciated it! From the backyard amenities, to the garage game room, and the theater room, we loved it all. she was easy to communicate with and we really appreciated her flexibility in our arrival time! would absolutely recommend!

Came in town with my kids for a Chiefs game. We enjoyed our stay and the area. House was great, exactly what we needed. Casy was super responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic experience hosting our first business offsite meeting at this condo. The space was exceptionally clean and the house itself was amazing—perfect for our needs. We were just there for a quick bday getaway overnight and didn't want to worry about driving home. Way better than a hotel for the cost. We didn't use any of the amenities but they looked nice. Location was our focus. It is a great location located near downtown KC. The street car stop right outside the building is awesome. It allowed us to get between River Market and the Crossroads with ease. It was nice enough we actually walked to River Market and it was an easy walk. Maybe 10 minutes. The apartment is just as described. Very clean and updated. It looks like they take their coffee making seriously 😆 we didn't get to try it but there were several options. She shower is gorgeous. There is good morning sun if you're into that or real nice black out blinds if you had a long evening like us. Bed was very comfortable and we actually made mention of how quality the linens were. Super soft! I would definitely stay again with hopes of having more time to utilize the included amenities. A+

Denise was very responsive, gave great local amenity recommendations and anticipated our needs the entire stay. It was clean, private and felt like a place in the country…but in the city. I highly recommend her place and hope to stay again.

Me & My wife needed a relaxing get away and we chose this beautiful place. We couldn’t ask for more. It was clean, quiet and beautiful. We spent are time watching movies during the evening and making breakfast in the morning before the adventures. It had everything you could ask for! Thank you!
