this unit near Parkville was better than I could've imagined and the best value ever for all it offered. Not only was it good value, but it had wonderful, comfy beds, beautiful linens, lighted, make up mirrors, everything I could ask for at a price I could afford ! Exquisite little sanctuary walking distance to the center of Parkville! Score! ✨ Annette is one of those Airbnb hosts who just go above and beyond! She's amazing and so caring, attention to every detail with so much care . she was flexible with me about check-in and Checkout, which was very helpful and when I locked my keys in the unit, she was there to help me within minutes. Truly could not give her or this sweet home any higher accolades. She brought in extra things for me because I was going to need to cook during my stay. She checked in on me to make sure I had everything I needed, was wonderful to communicate with, went out of her way to ensure our safety after the parking lot got slippery after a snowstorm. Thank you!

We had a fantastic experience hosting our first business offsite meeting at this condo. The space was exceptionally clean and the house itself was amazing—perfect for our needs. Our host went above and beyond with clear, detailed directions and descriptions, and his super friendly approach made everything even better. I would 100% choose to stay here again!

Tami responded quickly and gave clear instructions on how to check in and check out. The apartment was cute and clean and had lots of refrigerator room with complimentary water.

We were just there for a quick bday getaway overnight and didn't want to worry about driving home. Way better than a hotel for the cost. We didn't use any of the amenities but they looked nice. Location was our focus. It is a great location located near downtown KC. The street car stop right outside the building is awesome. It allowed us to get between River Market and the Crossroads with ease. It was nice enough we actually walked to River Market and it was an easy walk. Maybe 10 minutes. The apartment is just as described. Very clean and updated. It looks like they take their coffee making seriously 😆 we didn't get to try it but there were several options. She shower is gorgeous. There is good morning sun if you're into that or real nice black out blinds if you had a long evening like us. Bed was very comfortable and we actually made mention of how quality the linens were. Super soft! I would definitely stay again with hopes of having more time to utilize the included amenities. A+

Chris's place is a hidden gem. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Close to downtown but in a quiet and mostly industrial neighborhood. Chris was super responsive to our questions, too. Would highly recommend.

Extremely nice host! The place was very clean, modern design and decor. Everything is there that is needed. Would stay there again. You can go wrong in choosing to stay here, you will certainly be impressed.

We were in town for a wedding with our two young children and we couldn’t have asked for a better home to stay in. So clean and so cozy and comfortable. Communication was fast and we had no problems. We hope to stay again.

Such a great place to stay when you are away from home. Bed was comfy, loved the coffee bar, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook. Great location near restaurants and shopping. They allowed our fur kids and that is a huge plus for us! Backyard is fully fenced and our dogs were secure in the backyard the entire week we stayed. Very happy with our stay! Emilee communicated so well! She let us know when the dog pooper scooper was coming so we could get our dogs inside in a timely manner. If I had questions she responded right away! Will definitely stay here in the future! Thanks again for the wonderful stay.

Beautiful home. Jessica was great and super responsive. She accommodated all our needs and went above and beyond to help make my daughters shower amazing. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Regi’s house was a perfect spot for our stay. The backyard was fenced in and made traveling with our dog easy. House was clean and as described and Regi always responded immediately to questions. Great place!

Jackie's place is great! The house is old and a bit quirky but that's what gives it it's charm and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Jackie has though of everything and even has extras stocked of most items just incase. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We enjoyed evening walks with the kids and there's a couple of great playgrounds a few blocks away. There are some shops and restaurants within a few blocks (Homegrown had a fantastic breakfast). The location is central enough that we could get anywhere we'd planned visiting (Zoo, Children's Museum, Union Station) within 15-20 minutes.

Sage’s place was perfect for us. We were visiting our son at school, which was an easy 10 mins walk. The place is walking distance to the Nelson Adkins and kemper museum. The condo is gorgeous with lots of natural light, it’s super clean, and the shower is sooooooo good! Sage was super responsive, all in all it was a great stay, and we were really happy there.

This place was the perfect location and was exactly as described by the host. The host was responsive and helpful and provided clear instructions on building entrance, check-in/check-out instructions, and a couple other things that were helpful to know. The location was in a perfect place - great proximity to the Plaza and the Nelson-Atkins Museum, while also being close enough to downtown without being in the thick of downtown. The space was beautifully done and had everything we could need.

The space was perfect for a family stay. We had privacy and everything we needed. The kitchen was wonderful and we weren’t lacking anything to cook meals. Everything was very clean and the decor was lovely. Shing-Haw was great with communication as well!

Bliss. The pretty street, lush with mature trees, sets the vibe. The entry instructions are clear and easy. The apartment is welcoming and has great flow. The thing that elevates it, though, is Adam, the host. I had to get out of an alternate situation in a hurry on a blistering hot day. Adam initially mentioned that once the AC got up to speed, I'd be golden. But as an afterthought he traveled to the apartment and turned it full blast himself. That, my friends, is top notch hosting. Between that and his thoughtful and prompt responses (with diagrams!) I quickly got the feeling I was staying in the home of an old friend, though of course I have never met the gent. This is hosting as only the gods can do it. Thanks Adam.

Wonderful place in a great neighborhood!

Stayed here with family for a couple nights. Good location as close to airport and near to old San Juan. Safe neighborhood. Everything clean and as listed. Nice view of the city from 7th floor as well.
