Our contact for the accommodation was very friendly, helpful, and engaged. She assisted us with what we needed help with, such as renting scooters, finding a beach, etc.

We stayed here for a month. Great location (apartment building is beach front) and is easy to settle into. Kritsada was always super quick to reply to our comms which is always appreciated!

Vi er lige kommet hjem fra en fantastisk ferie i Khao tao, ca 10 minutter i taxa fra hua Hin centrum. Det koster ca et sted mellem 200 og 350 bath (6 personer i tuk tuk) og få en taxa til Hua hin. Lejligheden var stor og perfekt til os, og den havde den allerbedste udsigt nogensinde, det kunne ikke være bedre. Vi fik en Maid til at komme 3 gange om ugen og hun var helt fantastisk hun var så grundig og dygtig hun både gjorde rent og ryddede op og skiftede sengetøj en gang om ugen og lagde vores rene vasketøj sammen. Infinity poolen var intet mindre end fantastisk, og lækker varm. Vi havde den stort set for os selv, vi oplevede kun et par andre bruge den ganske lidt og aldrig når vi var i den. Det kunne ikke være bedre. Der lå 2 lækre restauranter i gåafstand fra lejligheden og mange andre lokale spisesteder, hvis man er til en mere autentisk thai mad oplevelse. Best Western Hotel lå lige ved siden af lejligheden og her kunne man også låne deres pool og få en lækker (lidt dyr) drinks.

We were already familiar with the property "Panorama Resort" from a previous visit & returning felt incredibly pleasant. Naturally, we were curious about this house, as the pictures looked very promising & the communication with the owners had been so warm & friendly. What can I say? We've booked many houses worldwide & enjoyed wonderful moments - but THIS house surpasses them all!! After our long journey, we were warmly welcomed with a well-stocked fridge. The attention to detail in the decor is simply a dream – a fantastic kitchen equipped with absolutely everything (and more) you could need (I loved the milk frother so much!), charming decorative touches, bedrooms with fridge & coffee machine, spacious & spotless bathrooms, cozy beds with comfortable linens, friendly cleaning staff, a stunning garden, a pristine pool and beautiful lightning. What more could your heart desire? We absolutely loved everything (!) and are so grateful to Janet & Dave for this wonderful experience!

MuMu is a great and helpful host with a service mind to accomdate guest's needs. The house is high quality, private and safe. I accessed the house by my own car. There are many sea food restaurants in Pranburi. Or you can have sea food BBQ at the house. The pool is quite small. The pool is quite small, but it is a pretty good for 3-4 person. We had a wonderful time there!

Had enjoyable stay.

Great place for friend and family with only few minute walk to the beach, 7-11, restaurant. Super private and peaceful place. Not only felt like home, but it is your vacay home in Bali situated in Pranburi. The place is bigger than it looks in the photo where 5 adults felt very comfortable with their own space. The bed and pillow are very clean and comfy. I would highly recommend this place as your next vacation!

A great place for families/small groups of friends to hang out, play board games, BBQ and relax. Many nice nature spots nearby for walks, hikes and cycling. Away from the crowds, but a short drive to nice beaches & restaurants. Tao & Pound were very responsive, caring and thoughtful. Can highly recommend.

Uns hat es gut gefallen in der Villa, es waren ein paar sehr erholsame Tage. Es war alles so, wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Das einzige was ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen ist, war die Küche, die war an einigen Stellen nicht ganz sauber und die Schränke veraltet, aber nichts gravierendes, alles hat funktioniert.

My husband , myself and our two daughters stayed for 5 nights in Annette and Wim’s unique and beautiful garden room . I was afraid that our experience wouldn’t match the fabulous reviews that I’d read but I needn’t have worried as we had a really wonderful time . The pool is amazing and a joy to swim in also at night , very clean and fun to laze about in . I loved the house , all the nature that you can hear in the lovely garden , the beaches nearby and the choice of good restaurants in the surrounding area . We had a Thai massage next door in the massage parlour which we all enjoyed and helped loosen us up after our long flight. We hadn’t hired a car originally but it is better to have one and Annette and Wim were a great help in arranging this . There was food and fruit available on our arrival which was so thoughtful and our hosts were always available to help with any queries we had . It was a special time in gorgeous surroundings. Thanks Annette and Wim for everything.

It was not very clear during the booking that we needed to pay extravagant for our dogs and pay a cashless deposit but once we uttered our reservations they handled it very friendly and d looked for an immediate sollution. We enjoyed our stay very much .

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Orawan's villa. It's very homely and we immediately settled in. The pool and garden get regular attention. Orawan has thought of just about everything and is a very responsive host. The village is very peaceful and has a good Indian / Thai restaurant. There is also a small Italian restaurant just outside. Close to local shops and food stalls, and a short drive to beautiful beaches. In short, a perfect getaway. Highly recommended.

Have read other reviews that describe Baan opun as a hidden gem. Would totally agree.If access into town is a consideration short walk into soi 94 is required.Plenty of tuk-tuk available for return journey as baht bus doesn't seem to run after 6 pm.

I can’t recommend this apartment enough. It’s a very stylish and spacious apartment - 2 big bedrooms with 2 bathrooms both with huge power showers, so for my friend and I it was perfect and felt very roomy. The balcony was also gorgeous but it doesn’t really get the sun - so if you’re looking for shade it’s great. The best place for the sun is by any of the pools (there’s choice) or overlooking the beach which was stunning. A few steps take you onto the beach and there is kite surfing and other sports you can do as well as a small beach bar as well! The gardens are a priority for this place and are beautifully maintained every day. The staff could not be more helpful! And the lovely pictures you see do not do this place justice! While it is a 15 min taxi ride into Hua Hin - it’s 200bht (£4) each way with a local taxi driver who also charged 1700 bht to take us back to Bangkok airport. He became a friend as we arranged our following days transport with him... we spent every second evening in Hau Hin and the rest of the time we were local to the apartment. At the end of the road, Within 5- 10mins walk of the apartment there are shops, and 3-4 popular restaurants that are ridiculously cheap! There is also a laundry opposite the apartment as well as a bar and more expensive beautiful cafe (double the price of anywhere else, but still cheaper than the UK) We stayed over the new year period and it was lovely and quiet with no one else really around... The value for money was fantastic and if I were coming back to Hau Hin I’d definitely stay here!

We enjoyed our week stay at the villa despite the fact that the house had some issues. But I was able to communicate honestly and openly with the host and I’m confident he will make improvements. The house is in a quiet neighborhood. The bedrooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. The jewel was the massive pool which we enjoyed thoroughly. I would stay here again and recommend it for a group of 6.

A great home with a great host. He was very responsive and was always available for contact. A good price compared to other houses, and easily fits 6 people. Would recommend :)
