We stayed here for a month. Great location (apartment building is beach front) and is easy to settle into. Kritsada was always super quick to reply to our comms which is always appreciated!

I can’t recommend this apartment enough. It’s a very stylish and spacious apartment - 2 big bedrooms with 2 bathrooms both with huge power showers, so for my friend and I it was perfect and felt very roomy. The balcony was also gorgeous but it doesn’t really get the sun - so if you’re looking for shade it’s great. The best place for the sun is by any of the pools (there’s choice) or overlooking the beach which was stunning. A few steps take you onto the beach and there is kite surfing and other sports you can do as well as a small beach bar as well! The gardens are a priority for this place and are beautifully maintained every day. The staff could not be more helpful! And the lovely pictures you see do not do this place justice! While it is a 15 min taxi ride into Hua Hin - it’s 200bht (£4) each way with a local taxi driver who also charged 1700 bht to take us back to Bangkok airport. He became a friend as we arranged our following days transport with him... we spent every second evening in Hau Hin and the rest of the time we were local to the apartment. At the end of the road, Within 5- 10mins walk of the apartment there are shops, and 3-4 popular restaurants that are ridiculously cheap! There is also a laundry opposite the apartment as well as a bar and more expensive beautiful cafe (double the price of anywhere else, but still cheaper than the UK) We stayed over the new year period and it was lovely and quiet with no one else really around... The value for money was fantastic and if I were coming back to Hau Hin I’d definitely stay here!

Tanit was the perfect host! Great communication, fast response and super helpful. Nothing was too much. The apartement was spacious, clean and tidy. We loved the balcony where we had breakfast and some dinners. I loved that the complex wasn’t high rise and really nicely designed with pools, water and green around you. The beach was right there and you could choose between pool and beach. Unfortunately it was high tide each morning so could lie on the beach. Khao Tao is a bit out of the way if you want to be close to the action. It was fine with us but it means you need a Grab if you want to go anywhere. There are a couple of restaurants at the beach and in the village but we ordered in quite a lot. We loved our trip to the Golden Buddha (you can see it from the balcony) which is about a 35 min walk or 7 min drive and went to Phraya Nikon Cave with its amazing temple. It takes about 45 mins by car, we booked a taxi for 1500 but for the day. Steep climb but so worth it

We couldn’t be happier with our stay! The accommodation exceeded our expectations – it looks even better in person than in the photos. The balcony was an absolute highlight, offering the perfect spot to sit or lie down and relax at any time of day. Everything in the property worked flawlessly, and Ching was incredibly responsive to any questions we had. She also shared fantastic restaurant recommendations that made our stay even more enjoyable. The location felt quiet, beautiful, private, and safe – exactly what we were looking for. Without a doubt, we’d love to stay here again!

Great stay and simple swift communication with Kent. Was a little confusion on the exact apartment which was quickly addressed by the crew on the reception, we booked less than 24 hours before though so a reflection on me not Kent. Apartment was perfectly clean and exactly as described. I would suggest a car/bike is recommended (We had a car) however a £12 return trip into the centre of Hua Hin via grab opens a great deal of food and entertainment opportunities. You also HAVE to visit the Jaiphet Bristo & Garden (15 min walk) as the food there is in a class of its own! All in all a wonderful relaxing experience and highly recommended.

The view from the balcony is unbelievably stunning. The host is very responsive and helpful. The property is fully equipped and very well mantained. The area is safe. Also has a direct acess to the beach. Love the place.

我们住了一个月，这里有点像酒店式公寓，跟海南比起来，性价高得多。小区整洁宁静，泳池，躺椅，健身房，总是干干净净的，租户不多，大都是西方客人。打理及时到位，游泳池总是干净清洁的，而且没有消毒水气味，对儿童格外好。 附近过了铁路有7-11，不过铁路向南，有几家小商店，可以买到米，油，简单蔬菜，鸡肉，豆腐等做饭的材料，附近没有步行能到达的大型超市，算是长住的一个小麻烦，如果你会骑摩托，也可以门口租一辆，一个月5000株，一天300。我们是在nong kae租了自行车，这样向南骑行7公里左右有makro大超市，足以支撑日常生活。 向南走十几分钟，是kao tao小火车站，每天六点和十二点半各有一趟火车去往华欣市中心，3株，便宜死了！不过回程只有五点半从华欣发的一辆车，时间赶不上夜市，如果去夜市可以打车回来，300株。 说回到房子吧，房东的描述完全属实，小区配色蓝白，格外明亮，很有圣托里尼风格。房子走到东头就是大海，一个月中有一半以上是宁静的，像一个大澡盆一样温柔平静，沙滩平缓，走出去很远也不深，适合游泳，特别适合儿童。 华欣是个不大的城市，有几个景点，说实话也可看可不看，来这里就不要想着紧锣密鼓的旅行，而是享受阳光和大海，宁静安逸的气氛，好好度假吧！ 对了，铁道对面的水果摊很棒！

Boonchai was extremely polite and responsive in helping us with any questions or minor issues we had during our stay. I would highly recommend any family to stay in Boonchai’s properties.

Ich bin Kitesurfer und spiele Golf, war für mich sehr erholsam und praktisch. Würde mich freuen, wenn ich nächstes Jahr wieder buchen könnte

The host, Mu Mu is excellent. We had a wonderful stay. Very helpful. Got our rooms as promised at 3pm and helped with us through out the sat and she was always close by. The rooms are better than the pictures and the infinite pool above is beautiful. Just one thing is there is a construction work that was abandoned in front of the house, so for some paying this much might see it as a problem. It can be seen from all rooms which will block the sea view you are paying for. And the beachfront didn't have any sand at the time we were here, maybe it was because of high tide, but we didn't have a glimpse the 3 days we stayed. Other than that excellent.

5 étoiles ne suffisent pas pour décrire notre séjour chez Lucien. Anna a été merveilleuse dès notre arrivée et la maison est grande, propre, dans une résidence calme et fleurie. La piscine et la salle de sport sont parfaites pour les enfants. Et c'est situé à quelques minutes du bord de mer en scooter, 15 min à pied. Restaurants, centres de massage, boutiques, street food, supermarché, tout est accessible facilement. C'est vraiment un endroit magnifique, vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés. Merci encore Lucien, Anna et Didier -qui s'occupent des invités- pour votre gentillesse et réactivité à la moindre question!

A great home with a great host. He was very responsive and was always available for contact. A good price compared to other houses, and easily fits 6 people. Would recommend :)

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Villenanlage (zt privat) Alles sauber, immer hilfreich und jeden Cent wert. Kommunikation klappt super. Auch wenn mal etwas nicht geht wird sofort jemand geschickt, der sich darum kümmert. (Dusche wurde nicht warm und nach 15 min war ein Techniker vor Ort) Man sollte jedoch ein Auto haben, denn bis Hua Hin sind es gute 10 min. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen !

Great location outside of the busy area of Hua Hin, The quaint beach town in this location has good local restaurants and great markets, Check in and Check out was very smooth and the local host, She was very informative and helpful, great place to stay to experience the real cultural experience of Thailand. The house is a perfect option for a family, the AC works really good if needed, the community pool was nice and enjoyed the work out room and playing pool and Ping Pong in the game room.
