I can HIGHLY recommend Ratikan's condo for one's stay in Hua Hin. It feels like a home and as it is nicely furnished with the essentials for the kitchen. The bed is comfortable and is not the usual hard-as-a-rock style that many Airbnb's use in Thailand. Ratikan has inserted the comfortable mattress on top of the bed. The complex itself is well maintained and the swimming pool area is quite nice. The staff at the complex are friendly and security is maintained at the front all night. Plenty of nice restaurants nearby and most everywhere is within walking distance. If one does not want to walk, there are some motorbikes and taxi's that are always nearby. The beach is maybe a 5-minute walk away. I was actually thinking of extending my stay because of the comfortable feel of the condo and the surrounding restaurants and bars but unfortunately the nights were not available. Ratikan is a responsive host who wants to make sure you have a nice stay. I HIGHLY recommend!!

Large apartment with a huge terrace that was an added bonus for the outside space. Communication with the hosts was really easy and very quick. We never encountered any problems in our month stay but I am sure they would have been delt with quickly. The location was very good for walking distance to numerous restaurants and 2 markets were right on the doorstep. We would definitely recommend if you are looking for nice accommodation in Hua Hin

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Ploy et Paul. Tout d’abord, l’appartement est très bien situé près de la plage de Hua Hin, et à proximité de nombreux commerces, marchés locaux, restaurants et salons de massage. Tout se fait très bien à pied ou en tuk tuk. L’appartement est spacieux, bien éclairé, confortable et surtout très bien équipé (suffisamment de draps et serviettes, beaucoup de vaisselle et accessoires de cuisine, cafetière Nespresso, etc.), ce qui nous permet de cuisiner parfois à la maison. Il y a aussi une grande piscine sur le site. Nous avons apprécié qu’il y ait des produits de base à notre arrivée (p.ex. savon, essuies-tout, papier de toilette, mouchoirs, etc.). Paul est très sympathique, courtois et attentionné: il était sur place pour nous accueillir à l’arrivée et au départ. Il a répondu très rapidement à nos questions et s’est régulièrement assuré que notre séjour se déroule bien. Nous recommandons sans hésiter cet endroit et planifions déjà d’y retourner!

Flame Tree is een fijn kleinschalig complex en op loopafstand van 2 shopping malls. Zowel Tuk als zijn assistente Noi reageren zeer snel op je vragen. Noi die ook de schoonmaak verzorgt kan tevens de was voor je verzorgen en zij heeft ons begeleid voor het verlengen van ons visum. Niets is haar teveel. Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in Flame Tree Residence.

goi est une hôte sympathique et réactive et son appartement l'un des mieux que l'on a pu trouvé jusque là en Thaïlande . propre et très joli . l'entrée a été très facile . la piscine super , le personnel de la résidence au top . proche de la plage . 7-11 juste a côté. pour le reste prévoir un peu de marcher ou de nombreux taxis collectifs circulent pour seulement 15 bahts / pers . je recommande cette location a 100% 😊

This beautiful apartment is really close to the beach, has an awesome huge swimming pool and is perfect for young families. The apartment has an incredible view over the ocean with a balcony and huge bedrooms. The host went above and beyond during our stay, organising taxis to and from Bangkok and giving us local tips. We would not stay anywhere else when we return to Hua Hin! Thank you Sopin for a lovely holiday!

Thanks to Chichaya, I just had the most amazing and wonderful stay of my entire life with my beloved family. The home is incredible, big, spacious and clean. We really wanted to stay longer but have to go back because of work. But for sure will be back. Loved the people working there, the gym especially the sauna. Going to miss my Sauna 🙏😇❤️‍🔥

Добрый день! Jittika и Tom очень приятные люди, у них арендовали байк, очень удобно, до моря 10-15 минут езды, в дали от городской суеты. На территории есть бассейн, много цветов и поют птицы, веселые и приветливые соседи. Аппартаменты просторные с большой верандой и собственной кухней. Очень уютно, как дома. Вернемся сюда еще, влюбились в это место.

We ended up extending our stay here from 13 to 29 days. That should say how much we enjoyed it here! It’s easy to find, about 20 mins drive to the shopping centre (Market Village), the unit is on 3rd floor and it’s spacious for the 3 of us. Kun Nit is an amazing host - very responsive, friendly, very accommodating & proactive. The bed is comfy, got a nice balcony overlooking the pool. We felt very secure as it’s 24/7 security. During our stay there it’s very peaceful and we didn’t get any noise disturbances. Just less 5 mins drive is our fave breakfast/lunch place called Love Bread. Amazing food selection (International & local) with great baked goods selection and the staff are very friendly. We ate there almost every morning. If you see this unit available, don’t think twice! We highly recommend this place and will be back to stay here again in a few months time! :)

We truly enjoyed our stay here—so much so that we extended it for another week. The apartment is bright and very spacious, and being on a high floor offers beautiful views of both the sea and the pool. The owner was extremely helpful and kindly allowed us to check in a bit earlier. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.

Good location, not far from the town and very peaceful. The room is big and clean. Definitely will come back if I have a chance

Apt is as per pics. Basic gym and rooftop pool on 8th floor of the condo. Great views from on top, super close to the beach. Close to moto rental-laundry-7/11. To your south is roughly 12km of wild beaches and north of Wat Ta-Kiab is kilometres of private beaches. Recommended to rent a bike, and refill at gas station as opposed to roadside vendors. Great location, great host, would probably come again.

I went there with my big family. The host was very helpful to suggest the best way to solve every problem. Highly recommended this property for everyone who want to go Huahin and stay in a Placeful place.

Cosy and beautiful apartment. Access to big swimming pool, gym and many shops near by and places to eat. 5 min walk to the beach. Great location. We had everything we need.

This place is as advertised. Clean, comfy and in a quiet location with gated security. Beautiful accomodations and pool. Would definetly reccomend this place and this host.

Очень рекомендую эту квартиру. Тихое место, окна выходят во двор на бассейн. В квартире было очень чисто, клининг на высшем уровне. Рядом два магазина и точки где можно купить сладкие фрукты. Самое главное преимущество- два самых лучших пляжа в Хуахине. в 5 минутах от квартиры- конечная остановка сонгтео(маршрутки) на которых можно ездить в центр. В квартире было все необходимое: микроволновая печь, тостер, чайник, посуда,холодильник. все кроме плиты. Постельное белье- новое состояние и чистое. Только один маленький минус- немного жесткий диван(на нем спал ребенок), но это может быть и плюс кто любит потверже. Одним словом- рекомендую хозяина и в следующий раз с удовольствием опять хочу сюда приехать.

Good value for a family with 2 kids. 2 bed 2 bath, place was exactly as advertised. Good wifi. Pool was big. Very secure blg. Well stocked kitchen and bath. Local market for cheap eats nearby as well as a 711 and other restaurants. 10-15 min walk to the beach. Easy Grab ride to shopping malls and other sites. Green bus route about 5 mins walk away. We had a very nice stay. Thank you.

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement… l appartement est spacieux et correspond à la description … proche du marché de nuit … plage à 10 minutes à pied… grand lit confortable et balcon très agréable … la climatisation fonctionne très bien… nous n avons pas utilisé la cuisine car nous allions chercher à manger à l extérieur… nous avons eu un petit problème d électricité au début qui a été réglé tout de suite par le personnel du condominium. Je ne peux que recommander cet hôte

콘도 시설 좋고 걸어서 바닷가 갈수 있는위치 야시장이 콘도 뒷문으로가면 바로위치 블루포트쇼핑몰 걸어서 15분거리 휴식을 취하기 좋은 환경 그러나 도어락 밧데리의 문제로 약간의 불편함이 있었고 그 과정에서 의사소통의 불편함을 느꼈음 휴식하기 좋은 환경이므로 다음에도 이 숙소에 머무를 의사 있음

Wonderful little apartment close to night markets, the local yoga studio, and the beach. Great gym and pool at La Habana complex. Ravissara was very responsive, friendly and accommodating for our later check in. Perfect for our week long getaway.

We've stayed in various villas and condos in Hua Hin and this is by far the best place. Very tastefully furnished, lovely swimming pools (mostly empty), gated and very green, 5mins walk to Cicada and Tamarind Markets, gorgeous balconies, huge TV, spacious bedrooms. We stayed for more than a month and Francesca was always prompt and reachable for any clarifications or help.

I really enjoyed staying at La Casita and Nichapha’s home. The unit was very clean and well-stocked. The unit had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The pool and gym in the community are great. The location is close to restaurants, beach, and busy Hua Hin downtown area. I recommend staying here if you’re visiting Hua Hin.
