It's a nice b&b. The room was clean and has a private garden area also. The shared space was also well maintained with nice breakfast. Maria was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is located on the outer area of trastavere area but within 500 m of the tram and bus station. The Roma Trastavere station is also within 500 m. So connectivity was also good.

Great place to stay, central lovation easy to walk to everything. Flexible check in was a plus! Federico is Friendly and responsive!

It was very easy to find and very convenient to the train station. The place was clean and beds were comfortable. Our family of 4 were comfortable for our 3 days in Rome. Only thing was when I booked it said laundry available but it didn’t say it was for a fee. When we arrived there was a sign that said for 8euro. I see the listing does say for a fee now. Overall though it was a nice place.

This was such a wonderful stay. The room and the apartment overall look like the pics and were lovely. Maria Carolina was very responsive and helpful over messaging and her husband Giacomo was available on site. I asked for directions to take the bus and he walked me to the station and waited with me while I bought my ticket so that I would feel safe. It seems like they truly enjoy hosting people in their city rather than many Airbnb hosts who are only looking for the income. You can tell that they care. They also allowed me to check in early after an overnight flight which allowed me to catch up on sleep and quickly acclimate to the local time. I will definitely book with them again when in Rome!

Es la segunda vez que que hacemos uso de estas estancias y todo ha ido con la primera vez. Resaltar la limpieza y la buena comunicación de metro y autobuses para ver todo lo importante de Roma.

Excellent séjour dans un Airbnb de grande qualité. ✨ Le logement est moderne, très fonctionnel et particulièrement calme. L’accès autonome est simple et pratique. La proximité des transports en commun (métro et bus) facilite grandement les déplacements. L’hôte a fait preuve d’une grande réactivité et s’est montré très arrangeant. Il nous a également recommandé d’excellentes adresses, notamment pour les repas. Nous sommes ravies de cette expérience et reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Nous recommandons sans hésitation ! 🇮🇹🥰

Great experience all around, would recommend. Barbara and her husband are one of the nicest people you'll meet. Room was decently kept and clean. Parking is available right in front of the apartment. Location was exactly what I needed although maybe not ideal if you want to explore the centre of Rome.

Thankyou Orsetta for a wonderful stay. Convenient location, walkable to Termini, Colosseum, Trevi, Pantheon. Bus stop is 2 min away. Many good restaurants closeby (try That's Amore - we loved it). Safe neighborhood. It was helpful to have breakfast options, especially with an early morning train. Orsetta always responded so promptly and made us feel at ease.

Pour notre deuxième séjour chez Andrea nous avons été très bien accueillis, nous reviendrons.

Stefania è gentilissima e disponibile. L’alloggio è centralissimo. Nel mio caso ho fatto base qui per partecipare alla Maratona di Roma 2025, con partenza Colosseo. Camera con bagno dotata di tutti i servizi e pulitissima. Unica pecca il vicinato a volte leggermente rumoroso nelle ore notturne.

Host molto accoglienti e disponibili e casa bellissima.

sono stato da Gianluca due giorni per una trasferta di lavoro. Super disponibile e alloggio top! Ambiente pulitissimo, accogliente e moderno! Tornerei anche per un soggiorno a Roma non lavorativo! L'ambiente messo a disposizione vale assolutamente il prezzo pagato, mi sono sentito a casa, a tratti anche meglio :)

Metro station and Cafe right at your doorstep… beautiful stay and very nice host!

We felt very comfortable, our host Marysol was so kind, communicative and generous. The place is nice and clean, it is close to the C metro line, by walking 15 minutes you can also reach an A line. I recommend it. Thank you:)
