We had an amazing stay at Sonia's place in Florence! She went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. Sonia was incredibly accommodating and allowed us to check in early, which was a huge help after a long flight. She also shared some fantastic local recommendations, including amazing restaurants we wouldn't have found on our own. To top it off, Sonia even offered to call a taxi for us to the airport, making our departure seamless. We felt so welcome and taken care of. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Florence!

Fabulous month long stay that felt like home! Quiet location but super convenient for Florence attractions or train/bus for day trips. And the view is amazing! Coffee and diner with view of Duomo and Florence rooftops. Loved it!

Absolutely loved this place! The apartment itself is beautiful and has all you'd need for a stay in Lucca. The location is perfect to discover all that Lucca has to offer and to venture further, as we did some rainy days, the train station is only a 10-15 min walk away. Michael, Anne and their team are very responsive, offer lots of useful information and kindly checked in on us, via message, during our stay. Super hosts.

We had a fantastic stay at Tami's property. The apartment is quiet but as soon as you step out on the street and walk one block away you are in the hustle and bustle of Florence. The perfect mix of privacy and relaxation but also in the center of town. The apartment was in a fantastic location with a beautiful balcony, we had dinner on it a few times and it was very relaxing. The apartment itself is wonderful, very spacious with up-to-date and modern furnishings. It has everything we needed for our month-long stay. As we were working remotely we needed fast and reliable internet which was also excellent throughout our stay. Lastly, Tami was such a kind and thoughtful host, always made sure we had what we needed, provided us with local recommendations, and always got back to our questions quickly. We would highly recommend staying at her property.

This is the 2nd time ive stayed in this apartment. As before, Elly was an excellent host and so made everything easy for us. The train station and tram stops are a short walk. all of the major tourists spots are very close and walkable from here, and there are so many lovely bars and restaurants near by. The apartment is well looked after, clean and very comfortable. The next time i return to Florence i will try and stay here

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento con le nostre figlie adolescenti ed i nostri animali. L'alloggio è molto pulito e confortevole in una zona tranquilla con posto auto personale. Facile da raggiungere. Ha tutto ciò che occorre per poter soggiornare ed abbiamo anche trovato caffè, necessario per la colazione dei primi giorni, olio, sale e tutto l'indispensabile. Alessandro ci ha premesso di arrivare prima dell'orario previsto per il check in e siamo stati accolti da suo padre, una persona molto cordiale e disponibile. Abbiamo visitato una parte della Toscana sempre splendida e, complice anche il bel tempo, sono stati giorni meravigliosi. Sicuramente da tornarci e da consigliare. Grazie Alessandro di tutto.

Via Vigna Nuova 17 exceeded our expectations as all of the areas in the survey. We could not have been happier with the apartments. Having washing machines was perfect for our needs. We easily walked to everything we wanted to do in Florence, to include several great restaurants. Gaia & Pietro's instructions (to include pictures) were extremely helpful. Our time in Florence was so memorable and a lot of that had to do with the wonderful accommodations.

Estivemos no apartamento apenas por duas noites, mas valeu a pena. Queríamos circular a pé pelos pontos turísticos. A localização é perfeita. O apartamento tem ótimo aquecimento. Camas, travesseiros, roupas de cama e toalhas de boa qualidade. Gostamos muito.

The apartment is in a very old house constructed over 800 years ago. I loved the old style of the apartment, which reminded me of the old history of Florence. Sandro is a great host, they kept a wine bottle as a welcome gift, which is not something many hosts would do. There are really good restaurants around the apartment and close to public commute. We were having trouble finding a taxi to the station as it was a busy time, Sandro and his wife tried helping us to find a taxi by calling them.

You can tell this place is loved. Elena grew up there. There are so many nice touches you don't usually see. Very comfortable. The only, and I mean only, drawback is the intermittent internet connection. Resetting the router fixes this most of the time, but not always. Unless you must have wifi all the time, absolutely stay here.

Excelente. No buscaría más. Muy agradable, amplio y linda vista. Ricasoli es una gran ubicación y por eso puede ser algo ruidoso (campanas de la Iglesia, transeúntes), pero está muy bien ubicado y con una terraza con vista directa al Duomo que más que compensa!

Anita was a lovely host and made us feel very welcome, she even rescued us from Lucca one evening when we couldn’t get a taxi. One evening there was a musical play in the garden which sounded beautiful even though we were too tired to attend. We managed the whole 2 weeks with bikes, it’s a 15 min cycle into Lucca. The apartment was very traditional and had good facilities. The swimming pool was wonderful. We ate outdoors on many occasions which was very peaceful. My only negative is parts of the outdoors/furniture could do with a refresh but I guess it’s coming towards the end of a long hot Summer. Overall we loved it ❤️

Everything about the stay was great. The location is very nice and very close to a lot of great restaurants and main attractions. There was plenty of space and it was very easy to communicate with Rossella.

Amazing place. We felt right at home and loved the home right away. Super beautiful and fits my family of 5. Large and spacious home with lots of light . Clean bathroom and large bedrooms. Love everything about the location and the home. Thank you for hosting us.

Luciano’s place was fabulous! A wonderful experience from start to finish. Gorgeous, welcoming space easy walking distance to all attractions. Perfect for our family holiday. Felt like a home way from home.

The pictures of Matteo’s place show a beautiful view of the Arno. That view is not exaggerated. It is even more beautiful in person. The apartment was spotless and well stocked with linens and toiletries. The kitchen had a useful and very functional supply of glasses, plates, and silverware along with nice appliances. The apartment also includes a washing machine which was extremely convenient Matteo provided a bilingual binder (English and Italian) with instructions for the apartment, public transportation, private transportation, as well as on-point recommendations for local restaurants that aren’t tourist traps. The neighborhood was exactly as we had hoped - more residential in nature with a diverse blend of shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, and gelaterias. Matteo’s team was very responsive. We needed assistance securing an early morning ride to the airport, and they put us in direct touch with a driver who was friendly and punctual. In short, it was a perfect stay.

My stay here was wonderful and relaxing. Everything went well although didn’t expect the hot tub to take long in heating up (>5hrs) so didn’t get to use it the first night. Otherwise I would totally recommend this bnb to anyone !
