Kavran is a cosy little village (with a bunch of cosy secluded beaches around) and we loved it. A car is a must. Owners speak German and English and took our problems close to heart (I had to work over Zoom 6-9 hours every day and the house WiFi was not designed for the stability I needed; the owners bought a mobile router which provided DL speed of 4-7 Mbit and sealed the matter; on top of that, when my wife had to have her own conference at the same time with me, they invited her over to their place in Banjole, which was extremely nice of them). Overall, owners are absolutely charming and hospitable, we're seriously considering coming again, though we're still in the EXPLORE (not exploit) mode. Watching stars from the jacuzzi was a cherry on the pie.

Our family stayed at the villa for 5 nights. Marina and her husband met us at the villa after we had checked in and we sat down with them so they could share some useful recommendations of the local area, what there is to see, where to go etc. They are both very friendly and accommodating people. They had prepared a cot and high chair for our baby which was ideal. The villa is perfect and really does look like the photos! the outdoor space was excellent and allowed us to have all our meals outside on the terrace, looking over the pool. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed. It was a perfect location for us as it was approx 20-30mins by car to get to the areas we wanted to visit. We followed their recommendation for wine tasting and it was a highlight of our trip. We hope to be back, as we were really sad to leave this place.

Ein wunderschönes Haus, in dem nichts gefehlt hat. Sehr ruhige Lage, aber guter Ausgangspunkt für alle Aktivitäten. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit Gastgeber, shr schnelle Antworten und hilfreiche Tipps!

Wir waren 2 Familien mit zwei kleinen Kindern und einer 9 Jährigen. Die Unterkunft war sehr familienfreundlich und wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Valentina hat uns die Unterkunft persönlich gezeigt und war immer schnell erreichbar. Wir haben kostenlos Gemüse, Eier, Ziegenmilch und -Käse bekommen. Auch lässt sich in der Außenanlagen wunderbar grillen. Lediglich die Stechmücken haben etwas genervt. Die Villa war wie beschrieben und die Außenanlage ist wunderschön. Lediglich die fehlenden Klimaanlagen in den Schlafräumen wären bei 36 C wünschenswert gewesen. Jedoch ist das meckern auf hohem Niveau! Wir empfehlen das AirBnb wärmsten weiter.

Luiza was an incredible host. I was unable to meet her due to coming a day late from work. She met with my family and made a great impression. Her home was beautiful. Definitely recommend this air bnb. Would love to come out during the summer to utilize the pool. Also, she was extremely helpful and super responsive. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home! We can’t wait to come back!!

Wir kamen früher als geplant an und es war schon alles vorbereitet wir durften früher ein checken als geplant 👌Gastgeber/rin waren sehr freundlich .Schönes gemütliches tiny House genau wie auf den Fotos . Da wir in den Herbst Ferien gefahren sind somit auch Saison Ende ist hat natürlich auch vieles geschlossen wer also Boots Touren,Quad Touren oder auch die Auswahl an Restaurants braucht ist in der Saison natürlich besser aufgehoben.Ansonsten schöne Wander Touren rund um Pomer möglich viele Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar wenn geöffnet.Stadt Pula wenige Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt 😍wir hatten eine schöne Zeit .

The villa is amazing! Ultra modern architecture, clean, amazing amenities and beautiful location. The service however has to be worked on. You can see that the owner is not involved and in general lacks a bit of hospitality experience. A five star establishment with a three star service. Why? One toilet paper per toilet, only 2 washing machine capsules given, no extra garbage bags, no garbage bags in toilets. We paid 500 eur for cleaning but were told we need to clean after us (of course you would do that, and take out the trash - that is expected and normal) and leave everything as found, including taking off all bed linen, towels and putting them downstairs for cleaning. The garbage bins were left outside 100 m from the house and we were told to put them back in ourselves. The gardener appeared one day out of the blue and entered the property without ringing or knocking the door or without previously informing us that they are coming.

Wir sind so freundlich und persönlich empfangen worden. Sie ist so hilfsbereit. Wenn wir fragen hatten kamen Antworten zügig. Alles war so sauber. Die frische der Wohnung kam uns sofort entgegen was uns wie nach zu Hause anfühlte. Alles sauber und Pool herrlich. Wir bekamen leckereien von Ihr. Was ich so süß fande. Ich würde alles in einem sagen das wird nicht unser letzter Urlaub da sein. Bucht die Wohnung ihr macht kein fehler.

V domě jsme byli již podruhé a opět jsme byli velmi spokojení. Dům je velmi vkusně zařízený a nic nám nechybělo. Bylo velmi milé, že v domě byl na Vánoce nachystaný i krásně nazdobený vánoční stromeček a dokonce i s dárkem. Snad nám to někdy vyjde a přijedeme i v trochu teplejším počasí. Vše bylo dokonalé a Andreji moc děkujeme za krásnou dovolenou.

The villa, area and host were outstanding! We have a newborn baby and Robert went out of his way to help us with all request, even purchasing a baby bath for us! The villa is spotless and very relaxing. The jacuzzi on the roof is unbelievable on a clear day with 360 views of the sea! The area has so much to explore and with great restaurants near by and very family friendly. Robert really made our stay special, with his flexibility with check-ins and help when my family came to join, highly recommended!!

This villa was the perfect stay for our group of eleven. The property is beautifully modern, equipped with every amenity imaginable, and features a stunning pool and outdoor area. Our host was incredibly attentive, always available when needed, and welcomed us warmly with local appetizers. I can't recommend this hidden gem enough.

Wir (8 Personen) waren 8 Tage lang in der Unterkunft. Vorab haben wir ein ausführliches Voucher über die Unterkunft und mögliche Aktivitäten in der Nähe bekommen. Die Gastgeberin war super freundlich und hat uns sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen und uns alles im und um das Haus herum gezeigt. Außerdem hat Sie uns auch das Restaurant „Istra“ in Medulin empfohlen, in welchem Ihr Mann als Koch tätig ist. Wir waren an einem Abend dort und waren alle begeistert. Preis / Leistungsverhältnis = TOP. Die Unterkunft selbst, war genau wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, alles war neu und Vorallem gepflegt und sauber. Auch die Außenanlage inkl. Pool war sehr gepflegt und bot ausreichend Platz für entspannte Grillabende. In einem kleinen Nebenraum war sogar Platz für eine Dart Scheibe und einen Tischkicker. Auch ein Trampolin für die kleinen Gäste stand zur Verfügung. Alles in allem war die Unterkunft genau wie wir uns das vorgestellt haben. Wir können die Unterkunft jedem nur empfehlen. Gerne wieder.

We had a great time on holiday. The villa had been sympathetically refurbished to fit the surroundings and was really clean and reflected the photos. The pool area was excellent and swimming in the evening with the pool lit up was really special. The kitchen was well stocked for cutlery, glasses and crockery, and, importantly, the pots and pans were big enough to easily cook for 5 adults. Tatjana was a great host. She met us at the property, and let us in early which was lovely. Tatjana left some really thoughtful touches, like local oil, herbs and extra towels for us. She also gave us some helpful recommendations of where to shop, things to do, and brought us local produce from her vegetable garden. A really enjoyable holiday with the family.

Die Villa von Toni und Karla ist ein Traum. Neben einer großen und geräumigen Küche findet der Gast vier wunderschöne Zimmer vor, die allesamt mit einer tollen Ausstattung einladen. Hinzu kommt ein großer Salzwasserpool und ein Whirlpool, welche die Entspannung der Gäste garantieren. Die Villa an sich liegt zwar etwas abgelegen, besticht aber durch eine exponierte Lage mit toller Sicht und einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft. Mit Mietautos kann die Umgebung wunderbar erkundet werden. Hierfür steht genügend Parkraum zur Verfügung. Toni und Karla sind beispiellose Gastgeber. Sie reagieren innerhalb kürzester Zeit auf Anfragen der Gäste und kümmern sich um deren Anliegen. Dank Ihnen konnten wir uns im Urlaub auf das Wesentliche konzentrieren. Auf Nachfrage werden unterschiedlichste Empfehlungen hinsichtlich möglicher Aktivitäten in der Umgebung ausgesprochen. Diese Unterkunft wird uneingeschränkt weiterempfohlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft ist in makellosen Zustand, sehr gut ausgestattet und Martina & Petar sind sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Umgebung gibt nicht viel her, allerdings ist man mit dem Auto rasch am Strand oder in Pula Stadt, sowie auch am Flughafen. Definitiv empfehlenswert!
