We had a lovely stay at Donna's space. It was clean, cozy and comfortable and we felt right at home. Everything that we could have needed for our stay was there, and the proximity to the beach was wonderful. Donna was great at providing us with clear information about check-in and check-out as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Felt like a home away from home! A peaceful and warm home in a wonderful location - easy walk to parks, sth Melb markets and the beach and just a quick tram ride to the city. Emma’s small touches - organic chocolate and the amenities she supplied for my dog were just so lovely! A perfect base while visiting Melbourne. Highly recommend.

Ann is a very kind person… even although we arrived at midnight that was no problem at all. The apartment is very cosy with a beautiful view to the beach. Perfect for a stay in St. Kilda with an easy connection into CBD by Tram.

I have stayed at Thackeray many times. it's the perfect location on the beach.. great bike rides... easy to park... close to everything and Alyce is continually upgrading equipment in her home so everything works! highly recommended. a unique place with beautiful character.

Wonderful! Normally hate scorching heat and summer but staying here made me fall in love with it. Stayed for nearly two months while my house was getting renovated and felt like I was on a long extended holiday. The hosts (Lara and Jente) were very helpful and accomodating with everything. Smaller kitchen than what I was used to, but it worked out in the long run and ended up eating cleaner, fresher meals and got fit as a result. Plus being able to have dinner while watching the sun set from the balcony was absolutely heavenly. Will miss that place for sure. Thank you ladies!

Thank you Rosie for sharing your beautiful place. The home is positioned so nicely, right across from Half Moon Bay, and the drive way is set up for easy access on and off of Beach road. The outdoor space is huge and lovely. And the home, is set up perfectly to move right in and feel at home. Fabulous amenities and well equipped kitchen. Thank you Rosie!!!

Charlie’s place was clean and comfortable to stay in. His fast responses and clear instructions were greatly appreciated and made communication very easy. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Wonderful location to stay in! We had a car and the private parking space in the gated area was perfect. We also took public transportation and the tram was a short walk. We did so much on our week long stay, and after a full day of activities it was great to come back to our place. The bathrooms were great, instant hot water with no wait! The beach is just a block or two away, and we gathered a lot of shells to collect, there were millions on the shore! We had a full week including a few day trips. South Melbourne Market and Prahran market were wonderful markets. We drove out to Yarra Valley and did a U Pick fruit tour, we did a small walk at Rainforest Gallery, we did a Funky Farm tour(so cool!), and we even saw the Penguin Parade which is a must do! Some details, what worked best for us was parking the car and then using the key card to go through the passenger gate to get in/out of the front door. There is also a small remote to unlock open/close the car gate. Thanks Gemma!!

We had a great stay at the apartment. it is close to public transport with different tram options, supermarket, and a 20 min walk to St Kilda Beach and Acland Street. there are lots of local restaurant options, bars and the roof top salt chlorinated pool is an added bonus with sensational views towards the sea, over Albert Park and towards the city. Simon is a great host -friendly, with easy communication. The apartment is clean and well equipped. While it is on a busy road, it has double glazing and we found it really quiet and also didn't hear the neighbours. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a fantastic stay in this spacious and airy 60's-style apartment, which was perfect for our group of six ladies travelling for a sports event. The apartment had everything we needed—plenty of bedding, towels, pillows, and even extra mattresses. It was immaculately clean and very comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. Sarah, our host, was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating from start to finish, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The location was ideal and made getting around super easy. We had such a comfortable and enjoyable stay—highly recommended!

A stone throw from the beach, coffee shops, street and train station. Nice spot to relax and unwind. Janelle was helpful very kind. I’ll be staying here again.

Great location, close to the beach and public transport. Suited our needs for what we were in Melbourne for. Quiet street and location.

I lived in Port Melbourne and nearby years ago so it was wonderful to be back. The apartment was perfectly located, just beside the promenade, handy for those morning walks, strolls, runs, and super for a nothing walk on to the beach for yoga or a dip. The main street was a few min walk for cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets and shops. We also got a week pass for the South Pacific Health Club Gym. A really good gym, great views, only a 3 min walk, reasonably priced, 24/7, and very friendly. The 109 tram is again a few min walk. So handy for South Melbourne Market, The CBD, or the Australian Open. The apartment itself is really well decorated and kitted out. A sense of openness and yes beautiful views. Such a bonus to have the shared pool too.

Stunning location and beautiful unit that has everything you could need. We really appreciated the extra towels, kids cutlery, excellent TV and communication provided. Easy to check in and out. Would recommend this location. Thanks so much!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in St Kilda! The self-check-in was seamless, making arrival super convenient. The place was neat, well-furnished, and very comfortable, easily accommodating four people. The location was perfect, right opposite a beautiful park and playground, with great restaurants nearby and just a 5-minute walk to the tram stop—super handy for getting around. The neighbourhood was lovely, and the neighbours were friendly, adding to the overall charm of the stay. The host was very responsive and made sure everything was smooth. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting St Kilda! Would definitely stay here again.

We had an incredible stay! The location was perfect, with plenty of nice restaurants, cafes and public spaces within walking distance. The place itself was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, comfortable and welcoming. The hosts were fantastic, incredibly friendly, receptive, and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here and appreciated the slightly quieter part of Melbourne. It is a very family-friendly area and the accomodation had everything we needed for a lovely family stay. The esplanade is across the road with playgrounds in walking distance. We also saw a stunning sunset over the water on our last day by walking 2mins across the road! The fuel station opposite had all the essentials which was handy. Otherwise Acland street is a 10-15min walk away with Woolworths/ Coles and plenty of restaurants and cafes. All in all we had a great stay, and a special thanks to your very friendly neighbour who very kindly showed us where our gate was when we arrived in the dark later than expected :)

Our stay at Beach Hideaway was enhanced by our host Laura's excellent instructions and introduction to the property. Beach Hideaway is a dream of a small property, beautifully fitted out with everything one could need. It was fastidiously clean and attractively appointed. The bedroom, with plentiful cupboards and attractive bed coverings to choose from was very comfortable. The kitchen included all new equipment, large frig freezer, stove top and oven and two person compact dishwasher. Plenty of room in the laundry for a washing machine and dryer. The outside area contained a garden, nice furniture and a barbecue. The property also had off street parking for one car. A step and a hop takes you to Parkdale Beach and the main street shopping strip. We had a thoroughly comfortable and enjoyable time in Beach Hideaway and look forward to a return visit. Oh by the way, we also enjoyed the chocolates Laura kindly left for us!

It’s a cute quiet retro apartment in a super area next to entertainment, transport and one of the world’s most famous beaches. Superb!

I had a fantastic stay at Matthew’s property. The place was amazing, spotless and incredibly comfortable. Very close to the beach, restaurants and easy to get to the CBD. The amenities were top-notch. From the fly equipped kitchen to the cozy living spaces, everything was perfect. The host was friendly, responsive and his attention to detail truly made my stay special. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay!
