We had a great stay in this lovely property. We were provided with everything we could ever need for our short stay. Lovely homely decor, a large sunny enclosed garden (which was great for our dog). comfy couches and beds and a lovely welcome pack. This is probably the nicest Airbnb I've ever stayed in and we would definitely book again. The wood fired hot tub was also a massive bonus as was the wood burning fire in the lounge. Amy was really responsive to any communications and was a great host.

Lovely place to stay for a getaway weekend, lots of walking and things to do and see in the local area and within a short drive. Really clean and beautiful little place which we would definitely go back to :)

Beautiful spacious house . Thomas gray house. Great location. Grounds really nice. Even used hot tub as weather was sunny and warm. Jerry had made sure that was ready. Kitchen lovley. Bedrooms really nice. Tv in every room. Games consoles grandkids made use of. Lovley family house. Would go thete again no problem. Jerry thought of everything very very good host.

We absolutely loved our stay at Kathryn's place. The place is exactly how you imagine it would be by looking at the description and the photos. We will definitely be going back again. Kathryn was very responsive and so helpful with whatever queries we had.

I booked on Friday afternoon and arrived on Saturday, so was all very last minute, Liz kept in touch and met us there to show us around. Place is very dog friendly. Liz also checked in with us during our stay to see if all was ok. We went for lovely walks and spent time in the spa to relax in the evening, just what we all needed, will be recommending to my friends and family 10/10 many thanks 😊

What a lovely place! So glad I found it and would love to revisit! It was absolutely stunning! By far the nicest place I have stayed! The properly was beautiful and it was very clean! The views were stunning! Sam was incredibly helpful with booking, directions and getting access to the property! I don’t think he could have been any more helpful which made the process so easy and straight forward! It has everything you needed and we can’t wait to come back!

A fantastic property with a high quality and luxurious finish. Peaceful, with the feeling of being in the middle of nowhere, despite being extremely close to shops and bars. Stayed with my three kids. Enjoyed the hot-tub and garden. The place was spotlessly clean and all of the appliances worked perfectly. A great sleep in very comfy beds, next to the sound of nature. Just returned from a weekend at this beautiful hidden gem and what a hidden gem it was. Upon arrival the host actually came to say hello which was nice, we didn’t see host after that we was left to our do our own thing but she was always a message away if we needed her. The place was outstanding from the minute I walked in to the minute I left and I really didn’t want to leave. The peace and tranquility was perfect. Everything we needed was there and the hot tub area was wonderful. We did order in takeaways for tea but if I was to return I would take all my own food as the kitchen was more than practical. I loved the coffee machine. I would definitely return and I have already recommended this place to family.

As a family traveling with small children we absolutely loved this cottage! Plenty of space with all the amenities we needed and clean. The location is beautiful and within walking distance to pubs, countryside scenery and a great park/playground - my kids loved it! Exactly as described and exactly what we pictured the British countryside to be. We hope to return one day!

Wow! an amazing beautiful place. The hosts Jill and Sean were fantastic right from the start. Very helpful, and any questions we had they were very quick to respond. Beautiful home, very clean and everything we needed. The welcome basket was a beautiful treat. The whole experience was wonderful. We felt very spoilt. Highly recommend. I highly recommend this beautiful house in a quiet and peaceful location. Jill was an excellent host, helpful and informative and the house was spotlessly clean with excellent amenities. The surrounding fields had newborn lambs and free range chickens which added to the atmosphere. if you come across this property when looking for a place to stay, look no further and book it immediately.

The cottage was beautiful and spotless, with everything we needed for our two-night stay. Every little detail had been thoughtfully considered. It was cosy, immaculate, and very comfortable. We stayed while attending a wedding, and I had contacted Chelsey, the owner, beforehand with a few questions. She was always friendly, responsive, and even kindly allowed us to check in a little earlier, which was a huge help. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be recommending it to others. Amazing place with outstanding views with everything you need tk get away from it all and have a relaxing break

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend stay at Robin Cottage - Jenny and Cesar were great hosts and were extremely friendly and relaxed - made us feel at home. The cottage was definitely luxurious - with the living room comfortable and cosy and the very well equipped kitchen helping to make our stay totally relaxing and hassle free. We enjoyed the dog walks from the cottage itself and it sits in quite a stunning location. Our bed was extremely comfortable and the place is quiet and peaceful. There is plenty of room to spread out inside and we found it a totally relaxing place to sit and read with feet up. It was a little chilly to sit outdoors and was so cosy indoors we didn’t make full use of the garden area but it is well equipped for sitting outside with a great view- there was a fire pit and barbecue.

We stayed at Melsmere Lodge for a long weekend. Knowing the area well, I was so surprised to uncover this gem of a holiday home in an idyllic location. The Lodge was stunning along with its surroundings, clean, peaceful and very private but also close enough to local shops, restaurants etc. Hosts were brilliant, excellent communication, instructions and even left fresh eggs and milk for our arrival. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our 3 kids didn’t want to leave, they enjoyed it that much. If we are back down the Wirral for another trip, Melsmere Lodge would be our first port of call. Thanks again to Greg and Lucy for making our trip so memorable.

Welch Cottage was the perfect holiday home. The property was spacious, exceptionally clean and located off a pretty, leafy lane. The kitchen was a joy for a large family to prepare meals together. Lytham St Anne's was forty minutes away and had everything a young family needed for fun days at the beach and was remarkably free of litter. The Forest of Bowland was peaceful, beautiful and unspoilt. Thank you, we hope to return.

A beautiful cottage with a stunning bathroom and lovely attention to detail. The little enclosed garden is perfect for a morning coffee and the log burner was a welcome treat, adding to the coziness in the evenings. The hosts were helpful and welcoming without being intrusive - the directions to the property were clear and I managed to locate the cottage without any problems.

My partner and I came for a short holiday in Hebden Bridge and were hoping for a quiet place within walkable distance to the town centre, and this was perfect! It is a bit of a trek upwards if you aren’t used to hills, but not too bad, and within about a 15 minute walk from the station. The place was lovely and clean, and felt very homey. We’re vegan and Nic was very accommodating by providing a milk alternative, which was very kind. The space felt very calm and peaceful, and the area was quiet- as it’s an under-dwelling you feel quite secluded, which is great. Thank you for a wonderful stay! ♥️

Perfect place for a couple of days away. The scenery , hot tub ,quietness and cosiness of the couples cottage was spot on .
