Milly’s place was a delight to stay , right from the time I arrived she made sure , even it was bit late she made sure to give a tour of the place I was gonna stay and also made sure she gave clear instructions . The place was really peaceful and relaxing . The a place matched the description and above all it was super clean and clutter free . She is really great in communication and responded super quick to any queries . I would love to book it again !

Jade was a very helpful host. The area is traditional for the area, lovely nature reserve on back of rear garden for walks. The cottage is just lovely. Warm and cosy. We will definitely return here.

Stephen was so helpful, we booked in the afternoon for the same day as we needed somewhere to stay asap, Stephen’s place was the only one close enough, I had explained to him why we needed to stay there and despite it not being ready, he managed to get things together to enable us to stay there. The little annex was lovely. Even though it was part of the house, it didn’t feel like it and felt very private. Would love to stay again!

Leslie could not have been more helpful. the place was in a quiet area, felt very safe, parking on site, and lots of bedrooms to choose from, all of which were very clean and comfortable. When I arrived, I let Leslie know about a toilet in the ensuite which had come away from the wall (not my doing!), and she immediately confirmed she would look at it and not to worry about it. The video for finding the key was really useful, but the only thing was - where the keybox was made it very difficult to see the numbers after dark (we arrived in winter at 5pm, so it was dark already). If I had any recommendation I would either move the keybox or provide a light to see what you are doing with the numbers.

What a lovely guest house. Nicola has really gone the extra mile with fresh bread, Jams and milk which was a suprise. We loved the post it notes with instructions. The daffodils for mothers day and the extra time for check out was perfect (very much appreciated, thank you). It was absolutely perfect. Highly recommended.

Herzlichen Dank dass wir in eurem wunderbaren Haus wohnen durften! Es war unglaublich toll - all die schönen Möbel, die Ausstattung der Küche und auch wer nette Empfang. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Very helpful host and lovely flat

Great little find. Unfortunately it was only a place to lay our head before travelling from Manchester airport the next day. Really wish we could have stayed longer. Beautiful home, very clean and aesthetically pleasing! This is also such a well stocked Air Bnb and felt like all the little details had been thought of. Highly recomend. Thanks so much.

Gillian’s apartment was perfect! Centrally located to everything. We walked everywhere, including to Eithad Stadium. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Manchester. She was also a wonderful host, checking in to make sure everything was good and quick to respond when we had any questions. We hope to be back again

Excellent place to stay. I stayed during a house move and couldn't have chosen anywhere better. Beautiful cosy studio with great cooking facilities. Nothing was too much trouble for our host Ilana you only had to send her a message. Great location and would recommend to anyone.

Beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean apartment with a cool bonus of Wax and Beans with a tasty breakfast! Would absolutely recommend staying in this fabulous apartment!

This cosy little space was perfect for what I needed to retreat back to after running a workshop in Hebden Bridge. The place is compact but suited well for one person (or maybe a couple). The instructions for arrival and getting in were clear and Mark was pro active in letting me know about a major road closure which could have affected my travel, which I really appreciated. I loved the quirkiness of the place but it's not ideal if you have any physical problems as getting up and down the steep ladder to the mezzanine bed is not easy, even for me as an able bodied fit person and carrying things up (glass of water) as well was tricky. Once up there I found the bed really comfortable and slept well - it's quiet and peaceful, even though there's a main village car park to the side (this is where you park and a short walk round and up a grassy path to get to the cottage). Overall I felt it was a bit over priced but would recommend if you want a place to stay in historic Heptonstall.

Gina is an artist and her house is a piece of artwork. Beautiful glass work on every wall. Stylish and colourful, comfortable, and a lovely host to boot. Great location.

From the moment of booking onwards Jenny was so helpful and easy to communicate with! Along with her beautiful dog Benson they are the perfect hosts :) very friendly and welcoming while fully respecting your privacy should you want it. I had a lovely stay in her gorgeous house and would 100% recommend to anyone.

What a lovely place & person to stay with. I travelled up from Kent to stay for 2nts. Andrew was so friendly, always responded to messages promptly and comprehensively. His home exceeded expectations and had everything I needed. Although the traffic was at times noisy, I always take earbuds so wasn't an issue for me. The foam mattress was comfy and the room was spacious. Really lovely stay, I'll def come again, thank you.

Jane could not have been more helpful and friendly. It was our first visit to the area and we needed guidance for eating out and getting around. She soon gave us a feel for how we could get the most out of our short stay.

Another really enjoyable stay on Bolster Moor. Annette and Dave couldn’t be more thoughtful and accommodating. They make us so welcome it really is a pleasure to stay with them. Spotlessly clean, comfy beds and a great breakfast. What more could you wish for?

Enjoyed a long breakfast with good coffee and good reading at your kitchen table. Admiring the blooming cherry tree in the garden. You can really tell that the place is taken good care of. Lovely house in a great location. Really easy to walk into the city, whilst being peaceful enough in the evenings. Didn't hear much outside noise. Jack is a really welcoming host and offers clear instructions for arrival, access and staying in the house. Highly recommend.

Angela was a great host and very quick to respond to messages. Good location, room was clean and bed very comfortable. Would recommend for people wanting to explore the peaks

This is a lovely quiet cottage and the owner of the arb&b is lovely would definitely stay again. Well worth the money
