We stayed a wonderful month at Cristian and Michele's place. Though not directly on the ocean, it has amazing views of the water just past the empty lot in front of the house. Plus there's direct access to the long beach a half-block down the street. Taking walks along the ocean with my dog was a highlight of my visit. The house is well equipped for long-term stays, and the hosts thoughtfully left a good supply of fresh water to get us started (as well as coffee and snacks). It's close to shopping but feels very private. I'd highly recommend and love to return when it's a little warmer.

I went down to Gaviotas with some friends for a weekend away. The house was clean and comfortable. Plenty of rooms and spaces for everyone. There are labels on every single light switch and all over the front door and kitchen which was a little overkill but the stay was really pleasant and will definitely rent there again. There are security guards at the front which made us all feel safe and there a local private beach maybe 5 min walk

Amazing house for a nice get away or a peaceful weekend. The house is huge and its really beautiful. Everything about this house was amazing and it was close to alot of nice restaurants. The area was also really nice and quiet , very peaceful with a great view of the ocean. Loved this place i would definitely recommend this house. The host were also very nice and responded quick .

Great place for my family and I! Eric was awesome! The house is perched up on the hill so the views are incredible at sunset. It’s a quiet neighborhood. Just a 5 minute walk is La Media Luna which feels like you’re being transported to the country side. Overall, amazing place! Will be coming back soon!

We had a fantastic 3 day weekend at Gonzalo’s place. Perfect escape with a hot tub, fireplace upstairs, gorgeous ocean views, stocked kitchen, and good wifi. We loved it!

Over all a nice place in a good area. I was a little disappointed by the HOA who is supposed to keep the jacuzzi on until 10pm. The only person able to turn on the heat leaves at 6:00pm so for the rest of the night it was cold. Typical HOA stuff happy to take every ones dues but don't follow their own rules. Its a top floor condo so there are some stairs to deal with but not a big deal. We enjoyed our visit here and would recommend it to others.

Peaceful spot on the beach great for a couples looking to explore between k38 and Ensenada, or for seasoned baja explorers looking for some surf/golf close to Baja Mar and right on Playas La Mision. my Gf and I enjoyed the new year here and we definitely we’ll always check this spot for availability anytime we are going for quick trips to a safe and private home! Christy es súper linda y amable, te hace sentir cómoda desde que llegas, es una persona demasiado amable, fue muy accesible a la petición que tenía y muy comprensiva y eso me hizo muy feliz! El lugar es muy cómodo, tranquilo y seguro, nos sentimos como en casa y claro que regresaremos sin dudar!

Extremely spaceful and the ocean view and sounds were just what the doctor ordered. Well built out and the location was just right. Would love to come back just to stay here again.

Highly recommend Anthony place! Has a great view to the ocean and place was very well kept, with all the amenities needed for a great stay. My family loved it and we definitely will be back for another family trip.

Great location, had everything we needed, and had the best time at Brendan’s place. Amazing ocean view from the balcony, and comfy condo! Brendan is also a kind host, and we will definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and relaxing. Felt right at home once we were all settled in. The location is great if you love to go to puerto Nuevo it’s so close. Ana takes well care of the house and is a very nice lady and tries to help as much as she could. We will be back again if allowed to. Thank you again John!

We had a great stay here. The hosts were very receptive. The location is amazing right over the ocean. It’s a little tricky to find but that’s Baja. Would recommend

We can't say enough how spectacular Casa Barbi is! It's spacious, clean, comfortable and the location is awesome! The house is amazing and the front patio on the water is awesome! We wish we could have stayed a week there!. The walking path along the water is amazing and we had no idea it's a great surf spot! Lynn's house was right in the middle so close private but also super close the to pool and beach spot. Across the street there are several cool restaurants and just a short drive to some great oceanfront restaurants and cute shops. Lynn was easy to communicate with and the whole experience was easy and smooth. We will most definitely be returning.

The place was exactly as described. Ocean views on every level of the home. Spacious and open floor plan. There was one hiccup with the logistics and the hosts were quick to communicate and get everything sorted out. Would stay again.
