We had a lovely stay and the villa was just as on the pictures. The pool, the garden and the villa were very clean and the family friendly and helpful. We can definitely recommend a stay there.

Апартаменты вполне соответствуют соотношению цена/качество. Получилось весьма бюджетно на две недели. Елена предложила организовать трансфер. Обошелся в 30 лев. Когда уезжали взяли такси до аэропорта, обошлось в 22 лева (такси Триумф). Думаю, это оптимальный вариант, т.к. при первой поездке к апартаментам велик риск долго плутать по местным улочкам в поисках верного адреса. Проход к морю немного отличался от моих ожиданий, которые сформировались у меня после поиска места на карте (ориентир La Mer Apartcomplex), т.к. на пути наикратчайшего расстояния находится забор и нужно идти немного в обход. С ребёнком шли минут 10, включая спуск по 160 ступенькам. У ближайшего пляжа есть и плюсы и минусы, он дикий, нет лежаков и спасателей, в воде много камней. Но зато мало народу, близко, чисто. Внутри всё необходимое есть: посуда, полотенца, постельное бельё, диван раскладывается (можно спать вдвоём), есть две отдельные односпальные кровати (на одной матрас был в центре сильно пролёжанный), плюс ещё для ребёнка дали детскую кроватку. Также есть стиральная машина, плита, холодильник, чайник, телевизор, кондиционер, отличный Wi-Fi, бойлер. Не хватает разве что микроволновки для полного счастья. Ночью могут налететь комары, лучше использовать средства от комаров (хозяйка предоставила). Бассейном за домом не пользовались: вроде как не постоянным жильцам и нельзя и ротавирусом пугают. Всё время тихо, никакой шум спать не мешает. Удобная лоджия с видом на сад, уже во второй половине дня и даже раньше она находится в тени и можно там и читать, и есть и играть детям. В целом жильём довольны.

Het is een zeer mooi en ruim appartement. Er is van alles aanwezig. Appartement is op wandelafstand van stadscentrum en de kust. Wij kwamen in de winter dus er was niet echt veel te doen in Varna. Echter na het vertrek vroegen de hosts om onredelijke extra kosten. Ze beweerden dat we handdoeken zouden meegenomen hebben terwijl we zeker zijn dat dit niet zo was. Ook vroegen ze extra kosten voor schoonmaak (boven de alreeds hoge schoonmaak kosten). En dit terwijl de woonkamer bij aankomst erg stonk naar sigaretten. Desondanks waren de hosts altijd zeer bereikbaar, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij hebben nog steeds genoten van ons verblijf in Varna! Het appartement is zeker een aanrader

Very nice and quiet place.

My family and friends rented Casa del Grey for a lovely long weekend in Balchik. Christian and his wife, Denitsa, were easy to reach for check-in arrangements and very responsive to our questions. They left us delicious fresh veggies and fruit. The casa has three floors with two airy bedrooms on top (with an amazing view of the black sea) two bedrooms in the middle (one with air conditioning) and a living space with beds on the lower floor. We requested a fan for additional air flow on the lower level and they brought it to us as soon as possible. The kitchen is split between and indoor space and semi-patio like area. There are beautiful flowers and fruit trees in the yard. The road up to the casa is a bit steep and narrow, however our cars did not have trouble and some of our guests enjoyed the walk to and from the seaside. Overall, we were pleased and our only wish is that we would have had more time to get to know our hosts when we checked out. много благодаря!

Руми добрая, отзывчивая хозяйка. Описание соответствует действительности. Красивый двор, чистая комната, тихое место. Так как и хотели. Никаких проблем за 2 недели не было. До моря 10мин, пляж отличный. Магазины, рестораны в шаговой доступности. Спасибо Руми за отличный отдых. Привет мужу. Увидимся в следующем году на 3 недели.

Our host Ivaylo was fantastic -quick response times, very accomodating and friendly! He came to meet us and show us around upon our arrival. The place has both an outdoor private parking, as well as a garage, should you need it. The property was impeccable -- clean and spotless! Nicely decorated, with well-sized airy rooms and great lighting! The bathroom is fantastic and has a combo boiler. Both the bedroom and the living room are air conditioned and have flat screen TV-s. There is a nice balcony overlooking the shared garden. The bed is quite comfy and there are plenty of pillows and cushions. We liked how there are mirrors throughout, as it makes the rooms look even more spacious! The kitchen is well-equipped, there was a more than sufficient amount of complimentary mineral water. The Internet connection was quite good as well! We didn't miss a single thing! There were extra towels in the wardrobe, including beach towels, should you need them. We would love to stay here again!
