Staying at Sycamore House this time round was a very emotional experience as I needed somewhere for myself and my family last minute due to a family bereavement and despite he late booking, Kate and Jane went out of their way to make it possible. It was wonderful to be able to stay in one of our favourite houses anywhere, as it feels so much like home and we could find peace looking at the beautiful garden and walking on the Westwood. Huge thanks to Kate and Jane can only recommend this as a wonderful place to spend some time.

The five of us and our young dog had a lovely Easter weekend staying at Lisa’s house. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with some wonderful coastal walks nearby to wear us out. The garden was large with plenty for our dog to explore and the house was as described with a modern well equipped kitchen, large lounge with dining area and comfortable beds in bedrooms with plenty of storage. You need to do your research to find pubs and restaurants that allow dogs as they need to be driven to and pre booking is recommended. Our host Lisa was very accommodating and responded to all our questions quickly and helpfully. A visit to the nearby Flamborough Head lighthouse and coastal walk is a must to see the seals on the secluded beach. We would certainly book again.

We absolutley adored staying in Charlie's place for the week. We've been to many air bnb's but this was our favourite! Excellent location, so clean and honestly felt like a home from home for me, my husband and our 2 year old. Gorgeous outside decking area and easy walk into Pickering with easy parking just around the corner. We loved it and will definitely be back! Thanks ❤️

Harry was the perfect host ! Even though we didn’t meet Harry , We was arriving earlier so asked if we could check in early and it was no problem at all !! The house was perfect for us all including the dog clear instructions on how the heating worked and to get in the property ! Very fast at replying to any questions we had ! Perfect location as it’s only 5/10 mins to the beach/front , We have a lovely New Year’s Eve with our family there in Harry’s lovely home ! Thank you so very much Harry

Diane’s caravan was beautiful and clean. The bedding smelt lovely and we noticed this as soon as walked in to the bedrooms. We had everything we needed for our stay. The caravan is only 20 minutes from the beach which we did a couple of times. We highly recommend and will hopefully return again. Thank you again for a relaxing break.

First time booking through airb&b, lovely house very clean and welcoming. Home from home feel as soon as you enter, great selection of toys and games to keep the kids entertained also a nice little welcome hamper was lovely on arrival. Host was very informative with all the details needed to make it all stress-free , Would highly reccomend booking cottage. Thank you joanne for a lovely stay.

My son and two young children were very happy with the house and thoughtful touches provided by Carol( snacks and toothpaste etc..exactly what they forgot!)The children loved the layout of the bedrooms. The ambience was really homely and cosy and would definitely recommend to anyone.

We loved our stay at Bramble Cottage and will definitely return. Comfy beds and seating and clean modern kitchen. It was really cosy in the evenings with the wood burner. It was such a relief to have a properly secure garden for the dogs.

We had a comfortable and cozy break at Charlotte's Cottage. The grounds were the beautiful and perfect for our dog!

We spent 2 nights at the apartment. Everything was as described. The location is fantastic within a beautiful holiday village and only 5 mins walk to the amazing never ending sandy beach which is absolutely perfect for your four legged friend. Filey is only 5 mins drive with lovely shops and restaurants and bustling Scarborough only a 15 mins drive. Will definitely be back!

Excellent accommodation but in the middle of what is in effect a large housing development and quite a walk down to the beach. Quality of food at local pub was poor, but provided you are willing to go off in the car there are lots of interesting places and great beaches nearby.

I was working away in North Yorkshire and normally stay in Scarborough, however came across this place and it was a bargain. It was perfect for what I needed, I was looking forward to using the extra facilities, however due to work commitments I didn't end up having the time. Hope next time I'm up this way if the place is available I will. I've already recommended the place to friends, family and work colleagues that might be staying up this way. The one and only thing that has no reflection on Andrea, is that I stayed in the off season so a lot of places were closed locally so if anyone happens to be doing the same, just be aware of that. Google told me that the takeaways (Slim Chickens etc) were open when they were and I spent a while trapped driving around until I found a security guard on the Haven site, but again that's no reflection on the accommodation or Andrea. I hope any future visitors have the same experience or better as it was a lovely little bargain spot.

It was a lovely stay. Beautiful site with a lovely long walk to the beach. I booked this place because it is right near Bempton cliff, which is absolutely stunning! The holiday home was clean, cosy and a good size. The only downside we experienced was the on site pub, where the food wasn't great. but over all I Highly recommend staying here.

Lovely place for families. Peaceful and relaxed holiday. Walks on the beach and free access to the pool helped on rainy days. Waterpark at Scarborough was great. On-site shop was useful. Nearest EV fast charger is a Scarborough mc donalds. Filey was nice to explore. The on-site pub was very understaffed, I really felt for the staff,patrons were walking out.

The Happy Plaice is wonderful for a break on the East Coast of Yorkshire. It is really well furnished and equipped with everything you need, a real home from home. The property was spotless and obviously well looked after. We would recommend this to anyone a looking for a holiday in the Filey area and would definitely book here again.

We had a great few days at maytrees, was a good base for exploring Scarborough & Whitby with lots of amenities on the doorstep. Emma was helpful and easy to contact and we appreciated the welcome hamper after a long drive.

Irenes place is great plenty of outside space for summer months and because of its position very private and tucked away! Love the little snug for reading😀

This is Not Here is a gorgeous house, the space is a lovely size and the decor is beautiful. Simon and Lynne made us very welcome and are very attentive and couldnt help anymore, id recommend to anyone and will definitely be looking at booking again. We had been to celebrate a joined birthday and even had a birthday card each from the host that was a lovely touch. Thankyou so much. Simon and Lynne.

We wanted to visit the dog friendly beach at Fraisthorpe and RSPB Bempton over the weekend. The Tack Cottage was in the perfect spot for our one night, dog friendly, 2 bedrooms and squeaky clean. The dishwasher was an added bonus!

We had a great couple of nights in Lindsey's cottage. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom was great for anyone with mobility issues as the stairs are really steep. We had everything we needed. There's a lovely walk from the door through the fields to the beach (about 15 mins) or you can walk down the road through the holiday park to the beach (about 10 mins). The pub next door was handy and there is a games room that the kids enjoyed. There are no shops within walking distance apart from a farm on the way in which has a vending machine where you can buy meat, milk and eggs so bring supplies with you. Easy 10 minute drive into Bridlington. Very dog friendly with nice garden.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Flip Flops. Belinda’s chalet is spotlessly clean, with lovely attention to detail in terms of decor/accessories. It is also in an excellent location, close to the seafront and just a few minutes walk along the prom into Bridlington. A cosy base for our mini break I can thoroughly recommend it!
