Zachary’s property was great, he was an even greater host! The property is exactly as described and the game room was wonderful. Check in was very easy. The communication was excellent I received responses with in 30 minutes. Would definitely suggest this house if you’re looking for a peaceful spacious get away.

This house was amazing!! I was looking for a place to have a girls gathering to celebrate my sister birthday and when I tell you, this house was the perfect place. The host Raymond was amazing. He was very attentive to our needs and will definitely book again!

Beautiful home. Worked great for our needs. Came down for a basketball tournament for our son. Wanted to be close to the location instead of leaving our home super early in the AM. Location felt like home. My family of 5 felt right at home and were able to rest. Will visit again if we have to be in the area.

My Hat goes off to Gordon his house is beautiful this is a Gem of a place very well maintain the kitchen is beautiful and big all the rooms are spacious love the security system we had no issues it was perfect the fireplace in the living room was beautiful it was very comfortable to stay there checking in was great no problems Gordon went above and beyond to make sure we had everything communication was Great it is a quiet neighborhood we will definitely be back again .

I travel to Fort Gregg-Adams regularly, and when I'm alone I prefer a hotel(single female), but for the last 2 years I've traveled with teammates, and Airbnb just makes $en$e. Kingdom's property is EXACTLY what suits us. Comfortable beds, clean space, screened porch, well appointed and cozy. From the home theater, billiards, darts, corn hole and more, we definitely enjoyed our downtime! The office space and wifi provided all we needed to get some work done each morning before heading to the base. The house had EVERY conceivable comfort. Seriously, pack your toothbrush and go! So much space. The house is just FUN. Having stayed in 5 Airbnbs in Petersburg, this is my fave, so I sure hope Kingdom will host us again soon!

Travis & Sandy were awesome host’s. Very generous. Communication between us was always good. Their cozy little home was most comfortable. If you’re traveling to Hopewell Va. for a family gathering, like we were, this is a great place to stay! We even managed to have our daughter’s and one son-in-law join us and even with one bathroom, we had everything we needed. We give the host’s and their home five stars!

Historic vibe in a nice safe neighborhood. Convenient location within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Mitchell was great about checking in with me to make sure everything was okay. It was a great experience and I would absolutely stay again!

David was very accommodating and helpful in ensuring we had a clean, comfortable place to stay on short notice. The location is great and there is a nice local coffee shop across the street. One thing to note, while there is street parking in the area, you have to be strategic in locating a space during certain parts of the day.

Andrew’s place is a great location in The Fan. Great visit!

Great location within walking distance to restaurants and breweries. We enjoyed brunch across the street at Lunch. Supper! We also liked Lucky AF just a few blocks away. Besides our first evening when we arrived, we had no issues finding parking. We found the apartment to be very cozy and inviting. My husband appreciated all the labels and clear instructions. Jessica was very good with communication. The bed & linens were comfortable! Thanks for a great city stay!

We reserved the apartment about 5 pm for that night and we received a response and were inside in an hour. It is much larger than it looks in the pictures and is very well furnished. The neighborhood is wonderful with great coffee shops within easy walking distance. Great sidewalks and very safe for walking dogs. We were able to park on the street within a block of the apartment. The one bathroom is between the two bedrooms and one door doesn’t close completely but wasn’t a problem for us. We’ve stayed at one of Trey and Emilys’ places before and will happily stay again when needed.

Everything about the stay was great. Instructions on location and entry were clear. Matt was very communicative. The place was just as described: airy and full of light, with everything needed for a wonderful stay.

We really enjoyed the property. It was close to our family, quiet, and the parking and backyard space was super nice. Clean, organized, and well-equipped. I definitely will return to the property when visit family, and recommend it to friends and family. Bryson was great and very responsive. Thank you!

Fantastic place to stay. We always stay here when we visit town. Central to many restaurants and Church Hill attractions.

Gayle’s place was a great location to stay at with our dog!!! Great neighborhood to walk him in and the marina/beach is an added bonus! Gayle was very communicative and check in was easy. The space of the condo was great for a family and large dog! We will definitely be staying again!

Our family (6 people total) stayed for four days and spent our time at Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, and Yorktown. The complex is about a 5-8 minute drive from CW and Jamestown, about 25 minutes to Yorktown. Perfect location, plenty of food options in the area, and it's quiet and away from traffic. Tons of amenities including indoor pool, arcade, and mini golf, though we did not use those as we were very busy being tourists. The check-in process took a bit of time due to our room not being ready when we arrived, but we got it resolved within 30 minutes or so. The condo was far more spacious than we anticipated and included two kitchens, a bathroom for each room, and laundry in the room. Large kitchen table allowed us to eat together for breakfast, and the spacious living room was big enough for everyone to hang out at night. Overall a great stay, at a very reasonable price compared to the hotels at the historic sites!

This was a great place for a weekend In Williamsburg. Lots of comfy beds, functional kitchen, plenty of places to sit and chat.

Dave’s place was spotless, spacious and comfortable, with great views of the river to boot! Highly recommend.

I have stayed with this host several times, she is always so kind and accommodating! The condo was beautiful and perfect for our short trip to participate in a local running event in Colonial Williamsburg. The condo was spotless and had plenty of amenities! Our host was flexible with our check in and out to accommodate our race plans!

We had a great stay at Anna's place. It had everything that we needed and we would be happy to stay again.
