Fantastic Spring Break trip with our family. The space was clean and comfortable, with lots of thoughtful touches throughout. The location was amazing! Easy walk to the Metro and many shops and restaurants. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again.

I really loved staying at Synta’s place! She was a great and friendly host with tons of local recommendations! She was also super flexible for my last minute trip! Would 100% recommend!

Great place to stay for a D.C. trip. We walked to the Metro each morning and took that downtown. It was about a 15 minute walk and is great if you’re fine with that. It’s tucked away nicely and feels like a safe area too. Overall a great stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this place ! The place was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Melissa is a wonderful host—responsive and helpful throughout my visit. The check-in process was smooth, and the space had everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area. Highly recommend!

Nice place, good for a couple, a residential area of DC east of the Capital, very walkable and quiet. Comfortable bed, good water pressure, and noise from host upstairs very intermittent and not a problem. Would stay again.

I really enjoyed staying here. It is a peaceful place that is located in a lovely area. I felt perfectly safe staying there on my own. I found it very easy to get to Georgetown or Dupont Circle using Lime bikes and scooters, which were always available nearby. The apartment stayed very cool on hot summer days, and I didn’t even need to use the AC most days. The hosts are very kind, considerate, helpful, and available. I would definitely stay here again!

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt bei Melissa. Wir fanden direkt vor dem Haus einen Parkplatz (Genehmigung wurde uns zur Verfügung gestellt). Einfacher Check-in mit Zahlenschloss. Es gibt sogar Wasser, Kaffee und Snacks. Einmal hörten wir Abends einen Hund bellen, aber das steht in der Beschreibung und war nicht weiter schlimm. Die zusätzlichen Heizstrahler waren auch super, da wir gerade einen Kälteeinbruch hatten, als wir in Washington waren. Ich empfehle die Unterkunft weiter.

It was a clean, comfortable and well set up cozy place to stay. It had the amenities for a relaxed stay. The host was responsive and available with solutions to questions asked. We had a good time. Would stay there when next in Maryland. Azuoma

This is the best stay if you are wanting to stay outside of downtown DC but walkable to the capitol. Close to metro stations and the navy yard by a short walk. In the description, they are very clear that you are on the bottom floor of their home so you can hear them moving around in the morning and at night but it was never too much for us. We had three people and two slept on bed and one on the pull out couch. Both were very comfortable and we slept great. The host was very flexible with our check in and let us check in early! Overall, we loved this stay! A lovely and safe neighborhood!

This home was perfect for a short trip, I always love to cook on my trips and Catherine’s kitchen was complete with all we needed. Both bedrooms were good and peaceful, and the coach was comfortable. The space on the backyard is really good, unfortunately when we were there was really cold outside but next time we will enjoy it more. For sure we will select this place again if we go to DC. Thank you!!

The place was as described! Getting from your car to the door is easy and it is well lit, it is also In a nice area and felt safe the whole time there! I would highly recommend and not to mention the inside is really spacious! more room than originally thought! Jason is a great host and is really fast with his responses !

I stayed at Jacob's place while conducting research at the National Archives. I really appreciated that the house was within walking distance of the archives! Additionally, the large dining table allowed me to work in the evenings after returning from the archives. I highly recommend Jacob's place to anyone conducting research at NARA.

Serena was an amazing host. She was very responsive and periodically checked in with us to make sure that everything was great. We had our infant and she thoughtfully set up a pack n play for us which was so helpful so we didn’t have to pack a travel bassinet. We have another trip to DC later this year and I would definitely stay again.

It is in a great location with amazing hosts! It can get loud above you sometimes which wasn't a problem for us but I think should be noted. Overall, a great experience, and I highly recommend you stay here on your trip to DC!

Alexis's place is located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood in Alexandria - conveniently located to grocery stores and just a 10 minute drive to the metro train station. Alexis is a wonderful host. The place is clean and comfortable with everything that we needed for our five night stay. Alexis is very knowledgeable of the area and is always available to offer suggestions. We would recommend her place to anyone!

it was quiet and such an beautiful place

David and Agi were great host, it was a very fun experience, my friends and I visited DC for the first time and it was only a short 20 minute drive to downtown and George Town where we spent most of the time, the air bnb was very clean and looked exactly like the photos it was also very private and quiet. David and Agi were very nice and flexible with the parking and instructions on checking in and checking out were very clear. The Airbnb had all we needed, we could’ve had asked for a better place to stay, my friends and I made a great decision, we will be back in the future. Thank you so much David and Agi!

We absolutely loved this place!! It was perfectly set up, especially for a family with a kiddo! The kitchen was well stocked with utensils in case we wanted to cook and the location cannot be beat!

This is definitely the nicest Airbnb that I've stayed at in a long time! I really liked the space, it was really comfortable and felt like the sort of place that someone might actually live in comfortably, rather than a place that was always just intended for short-term stays. I really appreciated that. Everything was super clean and the kitchen was awesome--it had lots of counter space and everything I needed to make dinner with no trouble. And the hosts were very responsive and friendly! I'd definitely recommend this place and would stay there again.

This unit was perfect for our group of four visiting DC. We especially appreciated the short drive to the Metro, where we could park and ride all day. My girls loved having their own beds in their own room. The couch was super comfortable to relax on in the evenings, and there were several books and games for entertainment. The fridge, freezer, and cooking area are compact, as described, but we had no trouble storing or making all of our meals there. It is well equipped. We would definitely recommend this unit!

Great stay for a 1 on 1 spring break trip with my 12-year-old. Shree helped us right away at check in. Comfortable and great location. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic place that was perfect for two travelers. Tiny bathroom with very limited space for toiletries but the host provided a small cart outside the bathroom which was helpful. The shower was great and the bed was comfortable. Key pad entry was convenient and easy to use. Appreciated having our own parking space!
