Clarence was a great host. The house is exactly as pictured and including more stocked items for guests and a normal airbnb host. Very response and easy to communicate with. The house was perfect for us and the beds were heaven

Great place to stay! Greg was very responsive. We were within walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. Overall it was a great location for visiting Washington DC. Not far from the main attractions. We took a short Uber ride to and from the National Mall.

This location was great for getting to all the sites along the National Mall. We had fun pretending we lived in the city for the week. The inclusion of the prepaid Metro cards was a huge perk for our family and helped our little ones get around with less walking. The house had everything we needed for a fun and worry-free family getaway and the clarity and depth of communicating what to expect was above and beyond.

Great spot—spacious and comfortable. James was communicative and flexible about check-in, which we appreciated. We brought our baby and were thankful for the pack n play James provided.

My family and I loved our time in DC and Nathan’s home was a perfect retreat after a long day of sightseeing. Everything was tidy & beautifully decorated! Nathan was a gracious host that made sure we had everything we needed! Thank you! Until next time… 💛

Gladys place was perfect for our group's school trip. We traveled in a group of 6 people and it was more than enough room to accommodate everyone. We used public transportation daily and it was easy to navigate. Approximately 20-25 minute drive towards Capitol Hill and approximately 45 minutes to an hour for the public transportation route. The home looks just like the pictures and was very clean. Gladys was quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed.

Michael's house was a great spot for visiting DC. The nearby metro was very convenient to get to the capital mall and onsite parking was helpful for us driving in from North Carolina. The home is smallish (as is normal in that part of the city) but the space is well designed and was plenty comfortable for our family of 4. The cherry tree in front of the house was also in full bloom and made the home one of the prettiest on the block. I would definitely stay here again.

I brought my family to DC for the first time and couldn’t decide between a hotel or Airbnb. I’m glad I chose this Airbnb! Very spacious on three floors so my family of six could spread out and be comfortable. Truthfully, we were out all day for the two days we were in the city so only came back to sleep. I enjoyed the convenience of having a grocery store nearby too. The house was stocked with everything one could possibly need if something was forgotten (shampoo, conditioner, floss, toothpaste, toothbrush, etc) and the kitchen had snacks for my family which were devoured. Lovely place that I would rebook if coming back to DC.

Lesly was a great host and the Airbnb worked really well for our spring break vacation. The grocery store was a 5 minute walk around the corner but the metro was a bit farther - 10-15 minutes. The bed was comfortable and there was pretty much everything we needed in the apartment. Also, the washer and dryer were a big plus.

This is a beautiful place on a canal i didn’t even know existed in DC. Even with the canal empty of water, which does reduce the charm a bit, it’s still very charming and the location is fantastic. Right in the middle of Georgetown, but manages to be quite quiet. 2 blocks from the river and about a 25 minute walk from the Lincoln Memorial end of the mall. Closest metro stop is foggy bottom, about a 15 minute walk. Uber never took more than 3-5 minutes to arrive. We used all of these ways of getting around. We are a family of four, two adults and two kids aged 8 and 12. The two bedrooms upstairs both have their own bathrooms. We didn’t use the outdoor area at all since it’s in the alley behind the property, but it’s nicely set up. Kitchen had ask the basics for us to have most of our meals at home, but the sushi restaurant next door (!) and Il Canale, an Italian restaurant about 100 feet from our door around the corner, both gave us great meals too.

It was a good vacation, the house was cozy in good condition, comfortable, the bed was very good for me, I slept quite similar to my bed so I really liked that part. I just wanted you to take into account that large families like mine, which was 6 members, found the bath soap short, but for the rest I was 100% comfortable and happy to have been there and the city was beautiful. I recommend everyone to visit it and stay here.

We had a perfect stay here. There was 4 of us and there was plenty of space and everything in the house was very clean. The rooftop balcony was a cool bonus. The one parking spot was a little tight as listed, but we fit a pathfinder in there perfectly fine. The area was very walkable and we used uber/lift to get closer to everything else downtown. We would definitely stay again!

The home’s location was everything! With many restaurants, shopping, and the metro all walking distance - it was awesome! Also, Brian’s home felt like home away from home. He prepped for our stay successfully and so nicely! Thanks Brian for a wonderful stay!

A small group stayed here in order to attend a conference at the Washington Convention Center. And the house was perfect. It was near lots of eating options. We used the three separate bedrooms. We appreciated having the dining room as space to work in the evening. And it was an easy walk to the metro and a quick ride to the convention center. It was just what we needed. Thank you!

The home was just as described in the listing. We had 7 adults and 1 infant staying in the home and more than enough space in both the bedrooms and communal areas. The home was very clean and safe. Folarin was so kind and reached out before checkin with very clear instructions and made the entire process so smooth. Highly recommend!!

A little further away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but has a nice quiet porch to hang out on. Can’t beat a pool table and the beds were all very comfy. Would stay again!

Great spot and exactly as described. 2nd bedroom has no door and is in your bath from the primary bedroom to the bathroom. Was a minor inconvenience and something I missed on the description, but a minor inconvenience. Again amazing place and location.

Sparkling clean apartment and great location. We were traveling with our adult son, so it was really great to have two full bathrooms. The deck was our favorite part of the apartment. Please note that it is a basement apartment... and there aren't many windows. We had fun exploring the restaurants - ate delicious Mexican and El Salavadoran food, and loved Elle Bakery.

Great place, great location. Stayed here with my husb and 2 kids, and the place had everything we needed. Walkable to the sights and to a metro station. With the craziness of the cherry blossom/spring break crowds, we were super happy to have stayed at such a great location. Place was clean and quiet!

Stayed 3 days and it was the best three days I’ve ever spent at a bnb, space is beautiful and squeaky clean it’s right value for your money

This place was a great find for a large group that wanted to stay in the city. Beds were comfortable, house was clean and host was very responsive and helpful. We had fun meeting some locals at the bar across the street, the restaurant down the road and at the neighborhood convenience store. The street noise was definitely noticeable but thankfully the host provided sound machines. If you’re sensitive to noise while sleeping, I’d recommend ear plugs.
