My husband and I had a wonderful stay here. Everything was exactly as described, and the atmosphere was peaceful and quiet. The location was perfect, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby.

Sarah was a great host ! The house was quiet and comfortable ! The Alpacas are very friendly and love to eat right out of your hand! The dog was very friendly and greeted us like she knew us. This place was very clean and the beds are comfortable! We spent 4 days and loved every minute of it . I would definitely stay here again .

Amazing property, it was perfect for what we booked it for. Will definitely stay here again, the house was cleaned, the neighborhood was great, everything was close by, and the communication was great, I even got an early check in which was greatly appreciated!

We’ll definitely be back! The house was absolutely perfect for our family trip to DC. Location is excellent, so easy by car or Metro. House is very clean, furniture is in great condition and comfortable, amenities were perfect, so many nice little touches for our stay. Beds are SO comfortable! Our family kept talking every day about how comfortable the beds and bedding were! Communication with Burke and Sarah was top notch. They were always very quick to respond if I had questions, and they were very proactive about communicating before/during our arrival to make sure we didn’t need anything. It was winter with snow/ice and we came back from sightseeing to a salted sidewalk to the front door, a nice touch! Check in/out literally the best experience I’ve ever had. Overall can’t say enough good things about the house. Felt like staying at a friend’s house. It was warm and cozy on this winter trip. I’ll definitely book here again for any future family trip to DC! Thank you!

My son and I had such a peaceful weekend. The area is sooo beautiful quiet peaceful...just really got to recharge and relax. the cottage is stunning and we loved how we got to see and pet the horses. I really hope to come back but thank you for being an amazing host!

would stay here again. the house is beautiful, the property is awesome, & it has just about everything you’d need. just watch your step on the decks/platforms - some of the steps are incredibly narrow!

The unit was absolutely beautiful and stunning—far better than the pictures could capture! Every detail was thoughtfully designed, making our stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay!

This house was perfect for my team's work trip. It had plenty of space, with everyone having their own bathroom, and the location was ideal—easy to get everywhere we needed to go. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable, and the kitchen well-equipped. Although the owners mentioned noise from the fire station across the street, it wasn’t an issue at all. Andrew was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Terry is constantly improving and renovating his property. He wants his guests to have a great stay. Terry is also a really congenial and hospitable host. He LOVES pets/dogs. You'll enjoy being his guest.
