Excellent place, beautiful to the eye. The place has everything and much more than I bargained for. My whole party was pleased with everything. Will definitely come back and do it all over again.

Such an amazing stay with Kimberly! I felt right at home from the moment I walked in the door. The space is beautiful, and I felt very comfortable. The kitchen was the highlight for me (it always is!) because I love to cook, and it's so nice to be able to cook for myself when I'm traveling. I had plenty of room for my computer and workspace, since I work remotely. Kimberly was so friendly and welcoming, I couldn't have asked for more. It happened to snow quite a bit while I was there. Kimberly was very proactive, giving me updates about salting the driveway, path and stairs to the basement. She let me know when there would be someone to shovel (twice during and after the storm) and offered to let me walk through the house if the stairs became slippery with ice (they did not). It was a beautiful, peaceful place to stay, surrounded by houses and trees. I absolutely loved it, and highly recommend Kimberly's place to stay.

Great stay for a family reunion! We stayed here for a weekend so the grandparents could spend some time with their grandkids and this house was perfect! The kids loved the indoor pool. House was spacious for a pretty big group, kitchen is awesome for hanging out. There's a walking trail just outside the house that took us through some nice neighborhoods and had a couple great views of the lake. Joan was a great host - she gave us clear instructions for checking in and answered my questions very quickly during our stay. Thanks Joan!

We're very grateful to have found this listing in the Manassas area. It was the perfect base for our visit over Thanksgiving, very comfortable, well maintained, beautiful inside/out, and wonderfully located. We were able to take advantage of the Bull Run Battlefield Park and trails, conveniently located just steps from the spacious backyard. Our Host, Val, was most accommodating and responsive during the entire visit since she occupies the apartment at the lower level of this amazing home. She most graciously provided all the fixings for waffles and coffee for our first morning there, also gifting us cookies and popcorn for an evening snack. Everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms was available for consumption or use. Music soothed us during morning coffee and Prime Video entertained us in the late evenings. Forest Walk is a home-away-from home and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Our group loved our stay at Brian’s place! He is a great host and we saw it through the communication as well as throughout the home from the overall experience to the little details that helped our group settle in smoothly and fully enjoy our time there. Fully recommend it as a peaceful retreat in a beautifully furnished space that is still accessible to lots of great spots around for outings.

The place is very peaceful. There was great light coming in from the East. Also there were a lot of plants and I could hear birds chirping outside. There were kids playing in the neighborhood and people walking their dogs. It was a very safe and family friendly neighborhood. As someone stated before, there is a hill that you have to walk down to access the basement entrance. In the bedroom / dining room there is a small table and small refrigerator. There was also a massage table set up in the main room. There is a kitchen sink with some pots and pans, plates and some silverware. There is also a hot plate which I guess you would plug in and use as a stove. Then in the back there is a keurig machine, coffee maker, microwave and toaster oven. There is a staircase, with no door, that leads up to Haiyun's level. The bed is very firm but has an egg carton foam mattress topper. I took that off and I slept really well. The mattress doesn't sink in the middle either. The internet worked.

Isaac was extremely responsive! Very nice! We really enjoyed our stay! Our son moved to the area so we will be visiting several times a year. This will be an excellent place to stay. We had 6 guests and we are all coffee drinkers. The selection of coffee and tea choices was very much appreciated. The kitchen was even bigger than what we expected -It was great for us to enjoy each other's company. The bathrooms were very clean! Plenty of linens. Issac's Manor made our trip so much more enjoyable and we highly recommend staying there!!!

A nice quiet place easy parking friendly owner

Brittany's place was perfect for us, we were traveling with toddler and dogs. The house was perfect and great backyard, it is walking distance to a park, Walmart and other restaurants. We had a plan to take a train into DC which was 15 mins away from the house.

Overall good stay. Host was responsive and my family enjoyed our time together.

Sharia was a great host and her space is really lovely! The bedrooms were spacious and had comfortable linens and mattresses with good closet space. The second bedroom had silver and Paris accents which was perfect for my daughter as that’s her favorite. 😊 The cleaning company failed to leave clean washcloths for the bathroom and Shafia contacted them and had some delivered in a timely manner. Shafia gave us some great recommendations for shopping and dining, and also the easiest places to catch public transportation. The area felt safe and overall very quiet. The upstairs had some squeaky floors that we could hear but nothing overly annoying or disruptive. The space was clean and matched the discription. Would definitely stay again!! Thanks Shafia for creating such a lovely space.

The property was absolutely beautiful. They have done an amazing job decorating and making it a relaxing comfortable environment. Definitely a place you wanna come back to. I had my two dogs with me and we were able to walk one afternoon and they absolutely loved it. The first time that they’ve ever been that close to horses since they were both little pups..

Beautiful place - beds were comfortable, 3 full bathrooms, well stocked linens and supplies in kitchen and bathrooms. Great location, plenty of parking and many restaurants within 1-2 miles.

We just spent 8 days over the Christmas Holiday in Sadikshas home. We enjoyed our stay with our extended family of eight. Everything was very clean. The bathrooms had lots of storage. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens. The large kitchen was great and accommodated making Christmas cookies with my four grandsons. An added bonus was the great playground just three doors down. The location is a nice established neighborhood with easy access to grocery stores and shopping. I would book this again if I needed a place to stay.

Kelly was very nice and detailed with instructions and expectations. Communication was great and place is just as described. Location worked great for the purpose of my family travel. It had all necessities we needed and we felt comfortable, a home away from home. Would definitely be back 🙏

Baljinder's house was exactly as described in the photos and information provided. Lots of space, clean, ample amenities, and great communication from the host. Easy self-check in. Great backyard area and near many places to eat and explore. I highly recommend staying at Baljinder's beautiful and cozy home in Bristow, VA!
